Fantastic experience: AllCare has helped me so much with improving my range of motion on my ankle. I felt so helpless because I was unable to walk without limping due to a horrible trimalleolar fracture on my ankle (broken ankle in 3 place) AllCare performed some amazing excercises that was a game changer for me. When I first started I was on crutches and was unable to walk unassisted. Hard work and dedication and a therapist who truly cares about his patients I can now say I walk unassisted and even my doctor is amazed! Thank you Russ at AllCare Physical Therapy. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: As an athlete himself, Russ clearly understands the challenges of keeping the body in top shape. He quickly yet thoroughly assessed my chronic injury, and came up with a range of potential options using multiple tools from his vast therapy toolbox. We came up with a plan together, and after just a few sessions, it was clear things were on the right track. It's been a pleasure to work with Russ and his constant attentiveness, expertise and personal demeanor have had a major impact on resolving a very challenging long-term injury.

Fantastic experience: I used All Care years ago for a hamstring issue so when I had a replacement shoulder I had remembered how great Russ had been in past so I chose to go back to him for therapy. Russ is very personable & knowledgeable about PT. The staff is extremely friendly & efficient. This facility is also lgbtqia friendly for everyone that wants a safe environment. Keep up the amazing job you all do!

Fantastic experience: I’m an 83 year old with lower back pain who has been through several unsatisfactory corporate physical therapy treatment facilities. I had all but given up hope until my doctor got me in touch with AllCare which is a local business. There I found in both the owner Russ, and his assistant Doug, two consummate practitioners who have given me renewed faith in finding a solution to my lower lumbar pain. The major difference I have found with AllCAre is that both Russ and Doug act more like care provider coaches rather than just put me through the motions. They explain to me which of the many muscles and ligaments I’ll hitting in my effort to strengthen my core. AllCare also has all the possible equipment I need and so far after only a week I am starting to see some improvement. Lastly, I don’t want to forget both Beth and Sandy on the front desk who are so kind and helpful in accommodating my scheduling needs. Conrad Boyle

Fantastic experience: I've seen Russ for 10 years for various Orthopaedic problems. He's very knowledgeable and meticulous. He has state of the art equipment. I've been to several other physical therapists i n St. Petersburg and Tampa. When I went to All Care I never went to anywhere else. Russ is the best there is!

Fantastic experience: Having had a knee replacement I went to All Care for Physical Therapy, Russ and his staff were professional, courteous and friendly and accommodated my schedule. Russ worked with me to get the range of motion in my knee that was required. I would highly recommend this Physical Therapy and fitness center facility.
