Negative experience: Called to make an initial appointment, young girl who answered the phone was so disinterested and unapologetically bothered to do her job. "Hi I'd like to make an initial appointment." ummm okay are you a current patient with us? Clearly doesn't understand "initial". From there it just got worse.. I just hung up, if this is the first contact for patients, I wont trust them with my chiropractic care. Why is is so difficult to find decent people in healthcare? So many do not belong in the profession.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to TBSS for several months now. First for physical therapy with Gabby who was great! Then I started getting ART on my shoulder from Dr Coulter...what a difference! I have almost full range of motion now! I highly recommend TBSS and Dr Coulter...you will be happy with them and the results you get!

Fantastic experience: Dr Coulter is great. He is the first Dr that I have gone to that has been able to help reduce my neck and back pain. Finally am starting to feel human and normal again in the first time in over 20 years without back and neck pain. Best Chiropractor I have ever been to and strongly recommend him especially if your current provide is unable to provide you consistent relief.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Coulter was outstanding. I had never been to a chiropractor before and I came in with major SI joint problems. After two sessions with him, I the pain was completely gone. I feel like I’ve gotten my life back! I appreciated his understanding of athletic performance issues that directly related to my experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 3 years now. I started going for PT and chiropractic adjustments after a car accident injury during my first pregnancy. I continue to go for maintenance and even after moving out of St Pete I still make the drive to come here for my regular adjustments. The Elliott brothers are both knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Negative experience: Great doctor, but good luck seeing him. Consistently 1+ wait times. Disappointing :(

Negative experience: The tampa bay spine and injury is a complete joke. They have very little access to anything that most places have. I have been to quite a few different chiropractic offices and let me tell you they barely see me, very little service with no actual customer service they are the worst. I usually leave in more pain than when i got there. Stay away if you enjoy your body and health...

Fantastic experience: The doctors are very personable and thorough. A great place to get treatment at. Would recommend to anyone. The doctors truly care about the healing and treatment of our patients.

Negative experience: I saw the great reviews for this place so I came in for physical therapy as it was recommended by other doctors to try before surgery on my L5-S1 herniated disc.. When I came in I was convinced to give Chiropractic alignment a chance to try and help my problem. I have had bad experiences with Chiro before so I was apprehensive. I gave it a try and got an adjustment. While that day I was fine it was the beginning of 4 weeks of pain. I now cannot fully bend forward without experiencing soreness/pain. I went from a 1-2(Chronic) level pain to an 8 over 4 days. After that I healed but I only healed down to a 2-4 pain range. My appointment cost me $488 of which most of it was covered by Insurance.. I was still left to pay $62 of which I do not want to pay. Pain caused increased depression and weight gain. The staff was friendly so I cannot fault that but overall this experience really messed things up for me.

Fantastic experience: The care I've received here has been absolutely phenomenal. I have visited for a sports injury and an auto accident and they helped relieve my pain and get back to being as active as before with little to no complications. Don't forget to do the stretches they teach you at home, too! It makes a world of a difference. Thank you for the exceptional care! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Been visiting Dr. Scott for months now and never felt better. I've had lower back and neck pain for years, not anymore. If you've tried everything to alleviate your pain and haven't been able to, go see Dr. Scott at Tampa Bay Spine and Injury asap!

Fantastic experience: The staff were super friendly a knowledgeable. They value physical therapy in conjunction with chiropractic adjustments. I got immediate relief after an adjustment and physical therapy treatment. Dr. Scott talked to me about what was going on with my body so that I understood why he was doing the adjustments he did. Erin, PT and Esther, ATC are so sweet and make you feel really comfortable while they work on you.

Fantastic experience: Total Wellness Group has a great staff that truly cares their patients. They have multiple chiropractors on site, and great physical therapists and assistants. Having more than one chiropractor was really cool because each one uses slightly different techniques. So, if one way wouldn't get the bones to pop then another way usually would. They have down to earth people that you can talk to instead of those places that just have a "move the meat" attitude. I would fully recommend this place to anyone in need of chiropractic or physical therapeutic services.
