Fantastic experience: To God Be All The Glory as our number one Healer Above All in the Name of Jesus Christ Amen. Bayside Care Center staff and entire team has provided excellent service with quality caring support as they took care of my mother from the very first day she was admitted to this health rehab facility to the very last day that she was discharged. The food is good too! Thank you everyone for the excellent service and quality care and support of my mother's healing and recovery from her heart attack and Open Heart BY Pass Surgery. We felt welcomed and any of our questions and concerns were answered right away. Great job!

Negative experience: if you do not care about your loved ones, send them here! where the nurses talking bad about a resident! treats them poorly.. place is filled with roaches, rats, possums .. u name it .. staff very rude! food, my dog wouldn’t even eat it! -100/5

Negative experience: I went to visit my mom, there were so many cockroaches in her room they were crawling on her head!! I don’t know how this place is open.

Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend you sending any of your love ones here! Nurses are rude, fatalities is dirty just so much.My parent was filled here and took forever to send them to ER.The next day I went to get their things it was packed and was about to be thrown in the trash.Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Helpful and attentive to my Dad's needs. Super pleased with the communication and level of care he is receiving. The nursing staff really care about their jobs. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Don't answer phone. I attempted to contact Nurse to talk to her concerning my mother. Phone rung for four times then I was disconnected. I tried numerous times and the same thing repeatly happened. Need a better way of answering calls

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this facility if you or a family member is in need of short term rehab or long term care. They got a new Administrator and DON last year and let me tell you, they are seriously committed to the facility and the residents. Both have taken the time to communicate with me 1 on 1 personally many times. The personal touch means a lot when we are in such scary times and with covid restrictions cannot always go in. I trust my aunt in Bayside's care and wouldn't want her anywhere else. Nurses are always extremely helpful when I call. All around I am satisfied.
