Fantastic experience: We are extremely grateful for the incredible team working with our son during his feeding therapy journey. Special thanks to Paige Cothran and Norma Gorecki for their dedication, compassion, and professionalism. Their support has made a noticeable difference in our child's progress and overall comfort during sessions. Although the waitlist can be quite long—and at times may take several months—it’s truly worth the wait. The staff here are knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to addressing each child’s unique needs. They take time to personalize care plans and communicate clearly with families, which has made us feel supported and informed every step of the way. We highly recommend this center to any family looking for experienced specialists who are not only skilled, but also truly care about the children they serve.

Negative experience: I’ve been calling every other day for over 3 months which is now 10% of my child’s life. Her speech is getting progressively worse and I don’t even have an appointment scheduled for her yet. Also, after 3 months of back and forth and paperwork and insurance authorizations, referrals etc they told me that they don’t actually accept ANY Cigna plans and that I’d be paying out of pocket. They told me apologetically that it’d be “three weeks” to be assigned a provider when I first emailed the paperwork over three MONTHS ago.

Negative experience: I sent all the documents they asked to get a diagnosis for my child.No response after that.when I try to call them all i get is voicemail or someone hangs up after multiple transfers

Negative experience: So very frustrated that it has taken 5 months since physicians referral and 4 since all documentation was submitted and I STILL don't have an appointment for my foster son's evaluation. No replies to emails or voicemails.

Negative experience: Requested paperwork for evaluation. After 2 months of waiting for their reply, they denied services because they do not accept either of our medical coverages.

Fantastic experience: My son is 9 so he seen the sports physical therapists. A woman. But all the therapist seemed great. She took her time with the evaluation and gave us all the information we needed. Pleasant experience.
Fantastic experience: This place is awesome!
Negative experience: The nurse “ Laura “ in the ER is the most rudest person I’ve ever met! Makes you feel like your child is not welcome in this hospital. I waited in the waiting room for an hour , skipped me 3 times and the security guard that was on duty felt so bad he had to get up and tell her my daughter was crying , I was skipped and she still didn’t feel the guilt to help me or at least excuse herself!
Fantastic experience: The facility is beautiful. From the intake/ receptionist to the physicians...everyone is great and happy to do their job. The Doctors are knowledgeable and caring. Parking is easy and the facility was easy to find. overall my son and I had a great experience.
