Fantastic experience: Willow Creek is a great facility. I have had two family members here. The staff are friendly and competent. Night shift is the best. The doctor is physically in the building every week if not more. The building may not be as modern as others, but it has a homey feeling, and is very clean. The floors have been remodeled as well. The places in town that used to be ‘good’ have gone down terribly. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care.

Fantastic experience: Willowcreek provides care for many residents from different walks of life. Showing up everyday alongside Julie and Blanca I feel confident that everyone will be cared for with the utmost love and compassion. We show up every day and night to ensure the community has a safe and loving place where their family members can rest and heal.

Fantastic experience: Willowcreek has shown me a level of compassion I didn't know I was capable of. With a strong team consisting of Lisa and Blanca who ensure the residents are cared for and all of their needs are met. Throughout my time here I have met so many amazing people and feel honored to have held their hands and wiped their tears in their darkest times.

Fantastic experience: Here for I.V. Therapy and Short Term Rehab. Facility is nice and looks newly remodeled. Staff is courteous and the Nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is always good and the substitutes are great. Hamburgers or Chef Salad to name a few. Staff always checking on us and making our stay so pleasant.

Negative experience: Willowcreek Rehab and Nursing Home is in serious need of improvement—both in staff behavior and the overall condition of the facility. The building is outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly feels trashy. It’s not a place that reflects the care or respect residents deserve. The weekend staff, in particular, are rude and unhelpful. They often refuse to “volunteer” to take residents out for their scheduled smoke breaks, which may seem small, but it’s a basic freedom and part of their routine. These are grown adults, many of whom didn’t choose to live in a nursing home, and they deserve to be treated with compassion, not like a burden. If you’re working in a facility like Willowcreek, you need to understand that this is community care work—your job is to help people, not mistreat them. Management should be ashamed of the current conditions and the staff behavior, and they seriously need to invest in both staff training and updating the facility itself. I am sure there are some decent people who work here but from a first impression it’s pretty disappointing.

Negative experience: My mom was transported here from hospice. When she arrived we met her there. She had a fall before being transported and had covered her right pants leg in blood. We asked them to get her changed and showered as soon as possible. After getting her things in place we left. We had a bad feeling about 4 hours later and decided to go check on her. When we arrived she was still wearing the same bloody clothes and she was crying her eyes out because she had peed herself because they wouldn't take her to the bathroom. My mother is only 64 and very capable of using the restroom. She has end-stage copd which is why she was there. After checking her breathing machine I noticed that her o2 was set at .5 it has to be set at 3 or she doesn't get the o2 she needs. We immediately took her out of there. This place is horrible. Something needs to change. If you have someone there do surprise checks. It was 9pm when we popped in on them. I would seriously consider other facilities.

Fantastic experience: I love the feeling of being family in this facility. The love from the staff to each resident goes above and beyond. The dedication given to the residents daily shows. Even thought they are small, the residents are first priority.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Willowcreek has made some amazing updates , added a female secured unit and truly have staff that go above and beyond! I encourage anyone to come check it out bc this facility has improved overall and has some amazing staff who truly care !

Fantastic experience: We were unable to care for my mom at home any longer. We looked at many nursing homes. Some are new and fancy and others were not. When we walked into Willow Creek it was warm and inviting. We were greeted by Hayden and she gave us the tour. They are updating their facility and it is very nice. She showed us around and when we were done the made the statement " We might not be the biggest or newest but we love our Residents". That statement sealed the deal. We felt peace in making the decision to place my mother there. Everyone of the staff are very attentative and caring to all of their residents. My mother enjoyed the activities and especially church. She enjoyed eating in the dining room with her friends. I would like to name everyone but to name a few her Nurses Jessica and Roxanne, her aid Felicia and everyone that took care of Mrs Dora. She loved yall. Thank you for caring for our Mother.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this facility several times!!! It is always nice and clean. They have renovated this facility and it looks great!! The main thing also is that the residents look good and are well cared for. I look forward to my next visit and getting hospitality as always!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been volunteering here at Willowcreek for about 18 months and I and so glad that God put it in my heart to become a part of this family! I love the residents and they love me back. The staff here are so wonderful and loving. I have seen how hard they work and how dedicated they are to taking care of the residents. It takes a special person to do what they do!
