And my physical therapist Dr. Nicole is responsive and adaptable as my treatment progresses. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field. Not to mention having a great personality!

Fantastic experience: Forward Motion Physical Therapy is my go to place anytime I have the beginning stages of a sport strain or injury. I am so incredible impressed by the expertise at the site. I have had the pleasure of having Margarita Mancheva as my PT and she is absolutely amazing. Every single time I have gone to her with a strain/injury, she has pinpointed the exact root cause within minutes. A combination of the work that she does in releasing/healing the area of injury, along with key/practical workouts for post therapy are spot on. She also doesn't drag the treatments on and keeps it to what is needed to get you back to what you need to do. The best part is that the site has a lot of expertise on sports injuries(along with others), so I don't have to spend much time explaining the sport itself, the activity and how the injury could have occurred. I am so thankful that I have found Forward Motion PT. Puts my mind at ease that I have a place to go to avoid injury and make corrections when issues come up.

Fantastic experience: From the first day I walked into your West Hills office, without an appointment to take a tour, I was greeted by your professional front office staff. Office Manger Chrstina worked with worker’s compensation to my case moved from another location to yours. My first appointment with Physical Therapist Dave was for an evaluation. He was very thorough and then did a great job identifying the next course of action to accelerate my healing process. He then sent me out to the gym to work with PT Aide Issac. Isaac was welcoming and took his time to explain the exercises that I was about to do. He demonstrated the exercises and then made sure I was doing them as instructed. I then had the opportunity to work with Physical Therapist Nicole. She was aware of what was going on with me, clearly she had read the notes left by Dave. She then took the time to ask me what worked and did not work with my prior sessions to adjust anything that was needed. I worked with PT Aide David J. He was very friendly and engaged me in conversation as I went through my exercises. I then worked with Physical Therapist Margarita. She completed a thorough evaluation of a different body part post-surgery. Her knowledge of what I went through with the surgery translated into a very effective PT routine that was easy to complete and provided me a roadmap for recovery. There are others in the practice that I have not had the pleasure to work with yet, but it is evident in their interactions with other patients that they are of the same caliber. Something of note, even though I have worked with three different physical therapists, every time I walk in, they are able to pick up where the other left off. The therapists read up on you before starting and make the next session seamless. I am very grateful to have found your practice, and I highly recommend you to everyone that asks me about where I am being treated.

Fantastic experience: Rita and her team are amazing, this is where we send all of our athletes. I own a softball facility nearby, and I appreciate her communication, ability to paint a clear path forward for injury recovery, and ability to put together plans for future injury prevention. If you are a serious athlete looking for longevity, I recommend seeing FM on a consistent basis!

Fantastic experience: To start, I have had a history of back pain due to my Martal Arts training and weight workouts. Margarita and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and since she trains in Martial Arts she understands better than most. Of course having a Doctorate and tons of experience with these injuries does hurt either. Speaking of doesn’t hurt, the prescribed stretches, recommendations for an inversion table.and massage virtually eliminated the back pain. I can’t say enough about Margarita and the team at Forward Motion. They are the best at acute injuries and preventative maintenance. Run, limp or crawl to see them. If you think this therapy won’t help , you will stand corrected ( pun intended)

Besides running a stellar business with 1st class employees like David, Nicole and Jesus, their personal care and knowledge is top notch. Besides their now 2 locations, they support Pool Physical Therapy at de Toledo High School and that has been my personal saving grace. So glad I chose them when I did!

Fantastic experience: I spend about a year doing PT here, before and after surgery on my shoulder and couldn't be happier with my recovery. The staff is friendly and extremely supportive. They helped me post op get back to my sport activities in 6 months which was my exact goal. Thank you so much for everything!!

Negative experience: Edited: Its unfortunate that I changed this rating from 5 to 1. They sent invoices almost 2 years later saying I owe money. They told me my insurnace covered treatments. But, I recieve a letter saying I owe them. I emailed them to know why and after they say they would look into it, I never got a response back. Yet they continue to send invoices demanding payment and threating to send it to collections. Its only until I threaten them with legal action that I get this excuse of "complications" with insurance and I signed a waiver to have to pay. I was never told of these complications, nor was it communicated to me via email, text messages, or phone calls they claim they sent.

Great explanation of treatment and help with pinpointing problem areas as well as exercises to overcome issues. I highly recommend forward motion. Fantastic experience: Been treated by several local PT's. Forward Motion had superior care. Every session included 30 hands on minutes with a PT and 30 minutes with assistant PT.

They helped fix my fractured elbow tremendously. Everything from massage, ice, stem, cupping, exercises, they do it all.
