Fantastic experience: Everyone is super nice and helpful.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very polite and very professional had a good time talking to him and I like the pre check-in deal it was quick easy and fast I was there maybe 15-20 minutes or so maybe a little longer but it was really fast I enjoyed my time there. Would definitely use them again.

Negative experience: I think the front desk is sloppy without destiny at the helm. The replacement is not it.

Positive experience: Busy busy busy came in with 3 coworkers to do a drug test for work knowing that we work 22 miles away and 2 got in and out then I got moved to the back of line had to ask hey did you forget about me. They said no we just got busy..busy I know but heck needed to get in and out just like my coworkers did. Then the very nice tech was so apologetic super sweet guy.

Positive experience: Came for a preemployment drug screen. Everyone was pretty much there for something employment related. Employers refer to this place for on the job accidents as well as pre employment screenings so the actual patients get priority. Expect to wait a while if you’re not urgent. I waiting an hour to pee in a cup. Not like the in and out experience at quest

Fantastic experience: They had one receptionist because they were slow all day. 8 of us walked in at the same time and was overwhelming for her. She handled it with professionalism and got us all in and out. 20 minutes tops! I would definitely use this place again if needed.

Negative experience: Not enough staff. It’s kind of terrible that there’s only two employees taking people back to test (drug test, physicals, etc) and there’s like 20 people who’ve been waiting for almost two hours. Other than that staff are great.

Positive experience: Fast and convenient . I did some blood tests and drug testing for a job. The nurse who helped me only did the urine drug tests at first, and I mentioned that I got an email saying I may need blood tests t to oo. She was very kind and told me I should show the front desk ladies the email, which I did and sent it to their email after the testing. I also called the hiring lady for my job and she said they sent this place the email for what needed to be done, but I guess they didn’t get it. Im glad the nurse suggested I ask before I leave. This job is very important to me and I would have been really upset if I left without getting everything done!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff. Could use a automatic door for wheelchairs and a automatic door buzzer for going to the bathroom. Staff at front desk had to continue to stop what they were doing in order to open door for people that needed to use the bathroom.

Negative experience: Fricken joke. I'm here for a piss test for a company, I walk in and hand them my DL (which they take a copy of) then I have to write down my cell number. Then they send me a stupid link to fill out a form, I ended up filling in the information I already gave them, what's the point of them taking my DL. I HATE online garbage, then my signature "wasn't accepted", it's my sig. Absolutely infuriating. The staff members are okay, but Emily really helped with my frustration and was patient with me, explained a few things and stuff just made a bit more sense. Still unsatisfied with the whole digital stuff.

Negative experience: They were waaaaay too understaffed…. First attempt I spent 2 hours there and still didn’t complete my work steps… & attempt 3 hours and finally completed my work steps…. Workers were kind but you could tell they definitely need more help and a better way to get customers through that process quicker:(((( frustrating when you only get a hour off for lunch/have to tell your boss twice sorry for taking soooooooo long…

This has been a horrible experience for me dealing with CPS and their invasiveness. As invasive as these test are, the staff at Nova made me comfortable. Great work y'all!!!!! Amazing humans!!!! I tip my hat for y'all!!!! I highly recommend Nova.
