Negative experience: I was told that my insurance was covering therapy 100 percent. No one asked for any copay. Then I got a bill for almost $500. Did they lie to me? I don't know! Now I'm getting threats of collection agencies. I will never go back!

Fantastic experience: From the time I hobble in the very first time, starting with the receptionist and thur out the whole staff, was the MOST pleasant welcome you could possibly get!!! Fantastic experience: Paul was very transparent with my daughter’s treatment plan. When she initially started she was very hesitant to get past a point of being uncomfortable so it made the progress of treatment very slow. He pushed her and showed her that she could only progress and get better if she was uncomfortable and her progress took off from there. Should we ever need PT services again, we will definitely seek services here at LiveWell.

I have used their services several times and am always so impressed by the warm welcome I get from Nicole every time I go, to the professional therapists who have helped me make great progress over the past few months. Luz, the owner, is so warm and caring, and Luz, Paul, and Autumn worked very hard with me to help my pain subside. I highly recommend this business!

Fantastic experience: I had never had physical therapy until recently when my doctor suggested it. I was familiar with LiveWell because my husband had gone there after 2 knee replacement surgeries and recovery from a broken femur. I was very impressed with LiveWell! Nicole, the receptionist, greeted me each time by my name and is just a ray of sunshine! Luz is so thorough and professional. I mainly worked with Paul and he was very patient, kind, and considerate with me. They each made me instantly feel comfortable! I would highly recommend LiveWell!

Fantastic experience: I had some complications from my neck surgery.I had issues with dizziness. The team did a great job teaching me different exercises and stretches to strengthen my neck muscles, and I'm doing much better.

Fantastic experience: I hate doing thearpy but the people at Live Well are the best. From the receptionists who checks you in to the therapist who makes you groan and sweat they are the best. I have been going to the since my knee replacement in 2010 to a rotary tear in 2024 and in between. They know what they are doing. They work well together and there’s no riffs. I can’t say that for other places that I have been to. These are wonderful people. They will do therapy with you if you will pull their ear.

Fantastic experience: I have used Livewell on more than one occasion. It is an awesome group of professionals who always brighten my day. Always ready to answer any questions I may have and compassionate about any worries that I have had ready be straight forward and honest. All while pushing me through the pain but careful to heal without suffering. Giving up is not an option at Livewell. I would definitely use this place over any other but I hope I never will need to.

Fantastic experience: Livewell Physical Therapy is the best in Beaumont! I have been through multiple foot surgeries, each requiring extensive physical therapy. Luz and her entire team create such a fun, motivating atmosphere. They are experts at pushing you just enough, but not too much! All members of staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I consider them all to be personal friends now. I can’t say enough about this place—it is wonderful!

Fantastic experience: I return to Live Well each time I need therapy for deteriorating/replaced joints. Always pleased with help received and with each and every person at the clinic. All courteous, friendly, enjoyable.

Negative experience: I do not recommend this physical therapy clinic. I went here post op for a ruptured patella tendon. They did not push me or help me go further. I used half of my visits allowed by my insurance and did not make progress. I did the exercises at home every day. One of the PT’s told me they weren’t going to have me do the exercises my surgeon wanted me doing because they didn’t like it and would have me do it once to check it off the list. They also did not communicate with my surgeon to let him know I wasn’t progressing. My surgeon said if my new PT and I can’t get me caught up within 2 weeks he will have to do another surgery.

Positive experience: The staff is friendly and the location is convenient. There wasn’t a lot of variation in the exercises I did. I did the same set of exercises at each session. There was minimal supervision while doing the exercises. I’m sure that my sessions helped my flexability and I intend to continue doing the exercises on my own.

Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend Livewell PT. Everyone in this practice, from the front desk to the therapists, are cheerful and courteous and make each session a pleasure. Dr. Maria Luz is exceptional and really helped my shoulder start moving again. I am so glad I went to them instead of ignoring my pain like I had been doing for almost a year! Thank you Livewell PT!

There is no delay in seeing therapists at the scheduled appointment time. The staff is customer friendly, providing a supportive environment. The therapists and technicians are ever professional when dealing with clients. Though I did not experience working with them all, I determined their commitment to client care through observation. Dr. Maria Luz Dayrit greets with a smile each client upon their arrival along with a status check on their well-being. I enjoyed my interactions with her. Customer service is A+ and it is without reservation that I recommend Livewell to anyone who is in need of their services.
