Fantastic experience: Any time I need rehab, I always choose PAM, because all of the staff members are Great. From my actual care team to the kitchen, maintenance and housekeeping. Everyone always treats me with courtesy and respect. I always highly recommend this place to others when the subject comes up. And as much as I'm always ready to go home, it's always a little sad when I leave.

Positive experience: The therapy here is ok but the care for the patients is quite alarming. My son is quadrplegic from a spinal cord injury he is paralyzed from neck down & they did not give him a shower the entire time he was there nor did they change his sheets. They did not change his colostomy bag only twice & it needs to be changed every 3 days, I actually went up there myself to change it twice. Some of the aids had very aggressive behaviour towards him slamming him down onto the bed once when he was instructing them how to turn him because they weren't doing it correctly. There were some very loving & kind nurses there as well it was 50/50 but the ones who were rude or disrespectful or just too busy to tend to his needs made it a unenjoyable experience for my son. Probably if he wasn't completely disabled they might have treated him differently maybe he was too much for them. They said they specialize in spinal cord injury & that doesn't seem to be the case because they were unfamiliar with a lot of common issues that go along with that level of injury.

Fantastic experience: My experience here at PAM was awesome! My OT (Cathy) did a great job with teaching me how to put my clothes and shoes on . My physical therapist (Markeyia & Cassie) helped push me daily. My Nurse (Tasha) always came in to check on me. CNA(Jacque) came to see about me even if I wasn’t her patient for the day. Ms.Ruby Anne made sure my room was squeaky clean! Shout out to my case manager (Mrs.Iris) so kept me informed from day 1 and made sure I had the things I needed . THANKS PAM ❤️

Fantastic experience: This was my second stay at PAM. Didn't think possible but this journey was even more productive than the other. Everyone..each and every individual on the staff that I crossed paths with were extremely engaging. I was running pretty low on 'gas' when I arrived. Upon leaving..felt like I just 'filled the tank. My back pain is almost manageable now. My time with the physical therapists (which I so looked forward to) proved to be the highlight of each day. And the food was quite good too..I never eat three full meals a day like I did. The food was just such an enjoyable part of my stay. Please pass this on to all those good folks responsible. Regarding the physical therapy, each and Every therapist was quite 'tuned in" to my physical needs. Actually some of them could have worked me a little harder. I think what was quite impressive..yes, each one was very skilled at their chosen trade and each one delivered their chosen profession..with a Smile. Thank you so very much. ⁶

From physical therapy to personal care, they truly went above and beyond. We were updated regularly, and they always took time to answer our questions. The facility was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere — which made a big difference in her recovery. Thanks to their hard work and support, she has made amazing progress and is back home doing better than we could’ve hoped for. We’re so grateful!

Fantastic experience: The staff here care about their patients. Many have gone above and beyond to help me and sometimes just to listen to me when needed. I cannot recommend this place any higher for rehabilitation. They will work you, but you will get better if you follow their instructions. Choose PAM if you need rehab.

Fantastic experience: Pulmonary Rehab staff was great. Katie and Carol were always delightful and caring. Worked with my tools and encouraged me to work at home. It really helped me do much.

Fantastic experience: The staff was some of the nicest, courteous, and respectful staff I have had the pleasure of knowing. They treated my pain appropriately. Physical Therapy was able to get me up and walking. I would recommend them to everybody. PAM is the best rehab facility.

Fantastic experience: I am currently attending pulmonary therapy at Pam Rehabilitation first and foremost I would like to praise & acknowledge Ms Ashley Dumas & Ms Katie Meeker these 2 ladies are simply amazing starting with Ms Ashley who will find a way to help you get help & treatment even when your struggling financially And my favorite hard-working to therapist Ms Katie she has taught me so much about how my lungs work not only is Ms Katie informative but she's compassionate & extremely professional Pam Rehabilitation is giving me a real chance at living my life again & I am so grateful!!

Fantastic experience: My wife was admitted for stroke rehab. The therapist all did a great job and she had remarkable improvement. We are continuing on with outpatient care here since we have had such a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Good care, and they get your muscles and body back working. If you want a place to stay in bed, this is not it.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience here. I had a horrible accident and it left me unable to do many things independently. The people at PAM were kind and patient. They showed me the skills I needed to function in my new situation. I will be forever grateful for them. The PT and OT department is phenomenal and the nurses are amazing. I was very impressed overall.

Fantastic experience: My dad came to PAM following a lengthy hospital stay and was completely debilitated to the point he couldn’t sit on the side of the bed unassisted. He required 2 person assist to transfer from bed to chair. He had a wonderful team of physicians, nurses and therapist, and discharged home walking with a walker and requiring only spv for safety for the first week he was home. He continued his therapy with PAM Outpatient and has remained safely at home. We are eternally grateful to every person we came in contact with at PAM.

Negative experience: I would give them a negative 1 billion my dad went for inpatient rehab he was fine they changed his medicine, didn't give him enough fluids and now he is in ICU fighting for his life... NEGLIGENCE TO THE 10TH POWER,...

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about this place. They saved my dad’s life in so many ways. He broke his back AND has Alzheimer’s. Our first stop was the ER, and you know how that goes. Needless to say, he was terrified. They took care of him and dare I say loved him back to health.

Negative experience: Will play games to make you stay had I known this I never would’ve signed up for in-patient Physical therapist are awesome here.

Negative experience: Worse ever facility. It is no more than a step up from a nursing home. My father in law came in being able to get around on his own. When he left he needed assistance. This was supposed to have been help to get him off the walker and back driving. Neither has happened. He is now in another facility for the help he needs. Like many he was able to go to the restroom on his own, but yet they put him in a diaper. No one seems to know who did it or why? The staff is lazy and unconcerned and really are useless. I could go own m, but leave it at that. Please DO NOT take your love ones there.

Positive experience: Overall it was good but I did not like the food. The staff usually comes when I call. Melissa the CNA was very nice and Markeyia the therapist was really nice and she helped me pack.

Fantastic experience: COMPLETELY SATISFIED with this facility! They treated my father in law with the up most respect and very kind and gentle with him! Very punctual and attentive to his needs. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: The entire care team was great with my mother in inpatient care. They helped her with PT, OT and Speech Therapy and referred us to a behavioral inpatient care place to help out with some neurological issues. My mom has also been in outpatient at PAM and that’s great as well. We’ll be returning to outpatient care once she’s out of the inpatient behavioral center.

Positive experience: Staff at PAM was friendly and helpful. The therapy helped my husband very much to get back to some normalcy when home. However communication between staff and departments was nonexistent. Many troublesome occurrences could have been avoided with better communication.

Positive experience: My husband had physical therapy at PAM and was well taken care of. The staff seemed prompt and caring, and the therapy greatly helped my husband. My only complaint is that someone took a whole bag of chocolates out of his room. Which makes it a trust issue.

Fantastic experience: Ms Teal doesn’t have a Goggle account but asked me to rate as above and said the following; “Got Covid July 2021. Was in the hospital 56 days. Didnt get much care at all in the hospital at all. Then i went to Pam. Thank goodness for them. Sabrina and a few others (forgive me fot not remembering all their names) were awesome. Got me up and out of bed and out of the room. Finally had me walking. I am so thankful for them. So thankful. I could say more but some people dont tead long stuff. Again PAM thank you”

Fantastic experience: I am using therapy at PAM. Hands down, the therapist are the best you will find in this area. They work hard, are uplifting and encouraging. They truly care about your rehab and you getting to the best YOU! My experience from the moment I walk in being greeted and helped by an awesome front desk crew followed by friendly hellos in the halls from staff then having therapy sessions from the best are a 10. I highly recommend this facility.

Negative experience: The staff there is rude and lazy!!! My aunt was placed there. And upon arrival,she could go to the bathroom without assistance.They put her in diapers?! She sat there and didn't eat for 3 days. They didn't try to give her meal replacements. She said the staff was rude. The nurses were rude and lazy!! I called to check her status. The nurse said,'she knew nothing!'.. She was placed on oxygen while in there. They didn't send her home with any oxygen!!! They threw away her clothes. She's worse off now. Than before being placed there!!! IF YOU LOVE THE PERSON WHO NEEDS REHABILITATION. PLEASE DONT SEND THEM THERE!!!!

Negative experience: After a full court press by Monica to get my dad to this facility after his hospital stay, we had high hopes that his time there would produce positive results. It was a total waste of time. The nurses and doctors could NOT get on the same page regarding his medication, and as a result, he missed most of his precious opportunities for physical therapy and occupational therapy. We talked to everybody to try to get it straightened out, from the nurses to the doctors to his case manager to finally, the CEO, Todd, but to no avail. They all knew what needed to be done, and yet it never happened. He left a couple days early because “he was not progressing”. He also left with a raging UTI. To end this on a positive note, the food was great!

Fantastic experience: This is a the best place in the golden triangle to go for therapy hands down and the nursing care is very good they definitely care about the patients . They get it right the first time.

Negative experience: The worse ever! There’re several other rehabs in our are that are so much better and care more for their patients than this one.

Fantastic experience: This is a great physical rehab hospital. The staff from dietary to nursing to physical therapist and aids treat you like family. They really get to know you and work with you to find a solution to make sure you are getting the right food and medical care. And the food is great. I highly recommend this hospital for your family and personal rehab.I will state that you have to put in the effort and work for the physical therapy to work. You put in your effort and the rest will fall into place.

Fantastic experience: My son goes for outpatient therapy for severe traumatic brain injury. The therapists are awesome, attentive to his pain levels and have really helped him. The gyms and treatment rooms are clean and I always see equipment being sanitized after use.

Positive experience: The nursing side is ok but the person that submit to the insurance to get patients is rude, nasty, and lazy.

Negative experience: My aunt was sent there after a fall and some fractures. The most un-informed staff I've ever seen. Doesn't feel or smell clean. I wouldn't send my dog there.
