Fantastic experience: Being treated at this site and getting familiar with the staff is most comforting to me especially Dr. Jason who always has a good word to say just take your mind off of your worries.

Negative experience: I have been going here for 3 plus years and never had a problem until my monthly appointment 9/25/2024. I see Dr mark and everything was going fine until he says I had picked my medication on a certain date and I told him that was wrong I picked it up on the 28 Aug. he told me I had picked it up on the 9/7 and I showed him the bottle then he left the room to call them. I went through my medication bag because my daughters pick my other medication up and put it in my bag. I picked up a bottle that was suppose to be my cholesterol medication my daughter had picked up but it was another bottle of the pain medication that was filled twice but the pharmacy should had never filled it because they could see I had already picked it up on the 28th but they filled it again anyway. I showed him the bottle that was still full because I never used it because I still had cholesterol medication left from another fill not knowing it was the pain medication. I was called shady and deceitful and I have never lied and told him being deceitful would have been taking both pain medications. I have never been called a liar being a retired army officer this was was ridiculous that Dr mark was saying this after I told him what had happened but putting the blame on me and not the pharmacy that wasn’t suppose to do this in the first place. So I was asked to leave and that they would not see me anymore. That was it and I left the had nothing to say to me in what to do about medication I have been taking for more than 3 years and the dangers of stopping the medication without medical supervision nothing just asked to leave.

I've had to do physical therapy and they are wonderful. I would highly recommend to anyone I may come into contact with. Thank you all so much.

Fantastic experience: Nurse practitioner Connie is the best she is very caring, understanding, and knowledgeable when it come to someone who suffer from pain like myself. She will get to the root of things to get you some relief. Staff is awesome i would recommend anyone who is having pain issues to Dr. D. Jones office . Its not just meds to the problems it is answers. And results.

Fantastic experience: " A GOD SEND TO PAIN MANAGEMENT." Everyone there is attentive and polite. Actually listens to what you are feeling and what helps you to relieve your "Chronic Pain". I would like to give a very special thanks to Nurse Practitioner, Rhonda Reed. She has given me a new outlook and belief that Doctor's Do Care and that each patient is as important as the other. I have met Doctor, David Jones and I really appreciate his approach to meet every patient even he is not their primary caregiver at Spine and Sports. The staff is absolutely great and everyone truly cares. They say that nothing in life is perfect, well they haven't been to Spine and Sports in Beaumont, Texas. I have been a patient for a little over a year now and I am truly greatful to be a patient there!

Fantastic experience: Excellent care and professional staff. Superb doctors on staff are ready to listen to you and figure out a plan for you. Wait time is usually 5 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. I had to reschedule a couple of times and they were able to work around my schedule and get me in quick.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jones and his employees are so up beat. He's got a wonderful bedside manner, listens while assessing!! You discuss your care plan together and decide together. He's the best thing since sliced bread to me. Heard so many good things about him, and they are all true! If you have a need for his services, go to him. He's the best in the Golden Triangle.

Fantastic experience: Dr David Jones, and Mr Kris Spell ACNP-BC are true professionals, whom go far above and beyond in their field of specialization! They are not there to cut a script and move to the next patient. They are very compassionate, they LISTEN to their patients and will not let you go until they are confident your questions are answered, and concerns addressed! The staff of nurses and assistants are also true angels, that care about their patients! I've been through the ringer with chiropractors, physical therapists, neurosurgeons,etc.since my severe rodeo injuries, and this team is the first I've been completely comfortable with, addressing your pain issues, always with your safety and quality of life at the forefront of their practice of medicine!
