Negative experience: Can’t ever get someone on the phone. Can’t make an appointment. Can’t leave a message!
We are sorry that you have experienced problems when calling. We have tried to call you back now three times and the administrator has called herself and left a message. Please answer when you see 409-813-1677 on your phone.
Negative experience: Wife went went in for a pregnancy test. We received an 8 dollar bill 18 months after the fact. I immediately paid it online. We received a bill for the exact same amount 2 weeks later. I called the billing office and said “we paid this, I have the confirmation on my back account.” The lady said there is a delay in their system and it should clear their system in a few days. Being distrustful of their online payment system I sent a check using their PREFILLED PAY SLIP (so a lot lower chance of clerical error than when paying online). I watched my bank account and sure enough they cashed the check and it’s stamped with their office stamp. This was done inside 7 calendar days of me writing the check. Today we received a THIRD BILL for the same amount for the same services that we’ve now paid twice for. This place is incompetent and if they don’t clear this up I will be retaining a lawyer. I’m tired of being harassed by this “medical practice”
Positive experience: I have several family members that see providers in this group and each one of them have all good things to say.I have accompanied them to few visits so I will base my review on that. The surgeons are great, have observed Dr Ordonez and Dr Stevens, they both take the time to talk to the patients and answer any questions they have, easing their minds at any concerns. The staff at the surgery center is always helpful as well. Their pulmonary center is also great. While it is a VERY busy clinic the staff is always nice. It is hard to get them on the phone at times but after seeing how busy they are I understand. My mom really likes Dr Iribarren, he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain his treatment plans and his diagnosis. Their Nurse Practitioners are also very nice and knowledgeable as well, Doug has been her favorite. While we have only experienced their Lumberton and Vidor Primary Care clinic they do have multiple locations. The NP at the Vidor clinic was great, she was very friendly and approachable, took her time with my mother in law instead of rushing through the visit. My grandmother sees the male nurse Practitioner in the lumberton clinic and he is always so nice and also doesn't rush through the appointment.
Negative experience: The Beaumont Clinic offers inconsistent care. Family member went in with upper respiratory symptoms. Was treated and prescribed medication. Was told to contact clinic if symptoms did not improve. When we contacted clinic for continued care because still having problems we were told no openings available try another location. We diid not like the response but we did reach out to the other locations. None of them had openings any time sooner than Beaumont location and that was 8 days away. When we asked if possible for Dr. to continue care until we can get in so this would not settle in the lungs we were told to try a minor care center. REALLY?? So 1st you are in the process of treating a patient that is still struggling . 2nd you tell them to contact the clinic if not improving and when they do you tell them to go to a minor care center when they are already under your care for this We were shocked .

Negative experience: Never get meds called in that pertain to my actual medical condition. They are swift but definitely not thorough.
Negative experience: Dr. Arfeen is great. However, the office staff either doesn't know how to do their job or they just plain don’t do it. Calls are not returned, prescriptions not called in promptly. Referrals not done in a timely manner. My referral wasn’t done because someone didn’t document the request, from 3 weeks ago, in my chart/file. They’re nice when I go in, but business is not being taken care of. I gave it 2 stars, because the entire staff is not bad. Diana (allergy) is one of the good ones.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Iriabarren is great. Always takes his time to answer any questions. His staff is also very good. Ive begoinging to him for a year and a half and am compleatly satisfied.
Fantastic experience: My issue took trying 7 different meds b4 one would control it. Dr. Iribarren worked diligently until one was found. His office is efficient & I get return calls b4 end of day. No problems with refills.
Negative experience: Drs ok but the staff dont take care of perscriptions.

Negative experience: Dr. Stout is our Dr and we put up with diag clinic because we really like him. My complaint is it is almost impossible to get a hold of anyone when I need to call. Even when I leave a message no one calls back. I want to make an appointment. Why isn't there an easy way to do this? This has happened to me many times in the past and I had to actually go in to make an apt. This is difficult because I live 40 miles away. Please figure it out. Maybe online or a dedicated line just for apts?

Negative experience: Why is it 1hr consistently after your scheduled appointment the dr finally comes in the room? 1hr 15 mins still waiting.. drive to Houston and you're in and out usually before your appointment time. Will be finding a new dr
We are really sorry to hear of your experience. We have multiple facilities and would really to like to know which facility you are referencing so that we can communicate with specified group to improve patient satisfaction.
Fantastic experience: The staff is hardworking and they care a lot for their patients. Dr. Adabala has been great with my mother. They are very busy and spread thin so sometimes it is hard to get in contact with certain areas over the phone, but that is expected at most offices.
Fantastic experience: I've never been here. I was at the Silsbee Diagnosis office. Where Dr iribarren comes on Wednesday. Excellent Service to understand my COPD.
