Fantastic experience: I came to the emergency by car after falling and sustaining a 3” laceration to my forehead. I was taken to a bed inside the ER after a brief triage and registration. I had a CT scan, tetanus shot, and stitches. The staff was caring, efficient, and friendly. This took approximately 3 hours. Everyone was kind. I was particularly impressed by the nurse practitioner who managed my case and did the stitching. She explained everything and was reassuring.

Fantastic experience: Went straight to Baptist Outpatient Orange from my primary care doctor for an x-ray. Was in and out in 45 minutes. Very friendly and professional staff. So glad my doctor recommended this facility!

Fantastic experience: The staff are very caring and professional. With the exception of lady at the nurses station 3rd floor who totally ignored me when I ask a question. She just kept texting on her iPad like I wasn’t standing right in front of her. The rest of the nurses and staff were absolutely wonderful. Shout out to Christine 3rd floor day shift you are awesome! Thankful for everyone who assisted in my diagnosis & recovery.

Fantastic experience: Went had a stress test yesterday, the staff was great, professional. I had a college student in the room, very nice and I think she will make a gooden. The Nurse that was doing everything her name Mallory just like my grand daughter, the second nurse who help was Mallory I was out numbered. Everything Beas great.

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving the staff was friendly from the entrance. The nurses were very informative and professional. They asked questions and actually waited on your response. Fantastic experience: Very professional but still very personable. The intake people were extremely pleasant. The nurses were wonderful and I could not ask for a better GI doctor than Dr. Chenopotti. This assistant Dr. Cris was exceptional. The hospital was very clean and functioning well to be a Saturday. My Dr. Took the time to explain the entire process beforehand. He took the time to come and give me very detailed results afterwards. I think Baptist is the best hospital facility in Beaumont Tx.

The NP , and all that work with her Concerning my medical needs and diagnosing the problem was very satisfying. I am truly impressed with the attention Concerning my situation given me this 08/08/2025. I arrived at 04:42pm and was released by 8:30pm. . Fantastic experience: The level of care was excellent, from the ER up to the patient floor. The nursing staff saw to our every need, responding quickly to nurse calls and doctors orders and the doctors were thorough and rounded about the same time each day. Housekeeping kept the room nice and clean. The nurses were the highlight both in the ER and 4th floor.

I had a day surgery yesterday under general anesthesia & only wish I’d had pen & paper to record the name of every person that came in my room. Such a great experience! God blessed me with loving people who had great personalities & were very caring. They were all very good at their jobs. My husband has had ♡ surgery at Baptist and we experienced the same when he was in their care. Highly recommend this hospital. ♥️

Fantastic experience: Mother baby staff Jordan, Brittany, Kim, Lenzy, and Celeste are God sent. From the moment I came in to delivery my baby they handled me with care and was soooooooo supportive. I was extremely nervous and in pain but to have to much emotional support from them was absolutely amazing. I love them and will never forget my experience at baptist. It takes a person with a special type of heart and love for all people no matter the race or religion. These ladies are outstanding and deserve raises.

Fantastic experience: The nurses were friendly & took care of my needs efficiently! I was very nervous about this 2nd more diagnostic ultrasound & mammogram and was relieved when right after the tests the radiologist read them & said it was not the "c" only benign cysts. I didn't have to wait weeks for the reports. Thanks to Jesus and God bless everyone who has to have extra tests done.

Fantastic experience: I unfortunately had to make a trip to the emergency room. My experience with Baptist Hospital's ER was great given the circumstances. I was triaged quickly and they immediately began protocol for my symptoms. The nursing staff was extremely supportive and friendly. I highly recommend Baptist Hospital for your urgent medical care needs.

Fantastic experience: Fast & Friendlly staff. I went in having seizures and they took care of me promptly and we’re very nice and I got out of there by 6 o’clock A.m.

Fantastic experience: Went in for blood work this afternoon, I was seen quickly and the lab tech got my vein on the “first stick” Yay !!! As A side note I have over 30 appointments (including labs, phlebotomies and office visits since late April of this year) The entire staff has made this whole process bearable

Positive experience: Was mostly good...Concerning though that my vitals were made up on my paperwork (my vitals were only checked upon check in at the ER, not once after that) and the nurse began to discharge me with another patient's paperwork. I needed my knee immobilized, and the nurses put the brace on incorrectly. I learned this when the instruction booklet for the brace fell out of it later that evening when I took it off to take a shower.

Fantastic experience: I had chest X-rays at Baptist Hospital today. They were very organized and prompt. I was there for less than 30 minutes. Great job!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend visiting the ER for myself or a child. I brought my 12 year old in with a 4 inch hand laceration, checked in and triaged. Insurance verified, we sat and waited for 3 hours without being seen. I was Continuously told she was next in the Pediatric area when I inquired due to her constant complaining of pain. She was not given any pain meds because “she had to see the doctor first”. We left and went to Christus St. Elizabeth 7 mins away. She was checked in, triaged and seen immediately. Informed me it was serious and required stitches all within a hour, also given pain medication. As a parent we do not like to see our children in pain. We are new here to the area and I wish i would have known not to come here for an emergency or anything, total waste of time. Lesson learned on my behalf but i hope to help someone else. Please choose another hospital ER or urgent care for your needs.

Fantastic experience: The admitting staff was very professional and very helpful. The staff in the testing lab was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They were very helpful in explaining the procedure and I would highly recommend other people to have their testing done at this facility.

Fantastic experience: Had to stay two days for a complete hysterectomy. I have not one complaint about how all the staff took care of me. Every single nurse I had was amazing!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I was greeted so nicely by all the staff members and treated with the upmost care. I was a bit nervous as this was my first surgery that I had ever done, but with the staff members at The Baptist Hospital I felt in such great hands. They were able to ease my nerves and answer any question I had about my procedure. After the procedure was done I can honestly say I already feel 10x better and my recovery is going so smoothly. I will definitely only come here for any of my medical needs!

Fantastic experience: Hospital staff and care was excellent. The only problem I have is with Acadian ambulance taking so long to get there after being discharged. I knew if they don't have enough units they should get more people.

Fantastic experience: From the moment of my arrival after becoming a direct admit to Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas, Everyone on staff made it their mission to help me to get comfortable and begin my journey back to wellness. Staff members were almost immediately available, helpful, friendly, and accommodating to any need or question/need I had. All staff made sure to stop in, introduce themselves, help explain what might be expected to come next in my medical care, and in explaining any questions that I might have. They were very kind and welcoming to my spouse as well, and made us to feel at ease even though this was a mid-evening holiday weekend admit/transfer of care. Upcoming tests, labs, and procedures were carried out to the best of their abilities in a timely manner, and my call-light and requests for as needed meds/interventions were fulfilled in a timely manner. The day after my admit, my Hospital bed no longer was no longer in working order, and as soon as this was reported, the hospital staff quickly changed out my bed and my linens to help me become comfortable again. Tests and procedures as well as transfers to and from procedure areas were quick and easy, with pleasant, professional staff behavior at all times. A special thank you goes to Latifat and Gerardo who worked tirelessly to assure my needs were met and my road to healing was initiated within my first few encounters with them all the way through my 5 Dat stay with Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas. Their professionalism and kindness will remain in my heart and mind for many years to come. Thank you once again for helping me start my journey back to wellness!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Khalil took the time to actually listen to my concerns for treatment. He gave me options and answered all my questions w/o making me feel anxious or rushed. He has incredible bedside manner. He even called me after hours to make sure I was ok. I feel I'm in great hands.
