Fantastic experience: When looking around for a place for my mom I left several messages at several different places. Not one of them returned my call except for Seven Hills. They are very polite on the phone and willing to do what they can to help you. They take their time to make sure you have all the right information. They don't act like their to busy to talk to you. They don't try to rush you off the phone. That's a major plus. This is our second time putting our mom here. She was doing good when they released her the first time, but then she started regressing so called them. They were full and said we will put you on a waiting list. To my self I said yea ok there's not really a list. But to my surprise they called me back a couple months later. They do what they say they will do. Mom loves it here also.

Fantastic experience: It was very pleasant visiting this facility and visiting my dear friend. The facility was very clean no ordor . The staff was pleasant and very helpful. Very enjoyable experience.

Positive experience: I feel that once my mom was admitted, and I was able to speak with the staff, that they took good care of my mother's needs. Her diapers were clean anytime I visited and that is very important for her condition. If I had any concerns it would be that she was alone after her physical therapy and such was completed for the day. And that's what happens due to her having alzheimers/dementia so I understand that would be the situation. I am her daughter and I get sad for her. Overall I was pleased with her care.

Positive experience: It was my first visit but everything seemed up to par. It was clean everyone was busy and helpful. Don't know about the food or nursing staff but everything seem pretty nice for the first visit

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy visiting my brother at Seven Hills. The staff members are just so very kind and helpful , very patient and thorough . I truly am blessed to have him surrounded by so many people that love him.

Fantastic experience: I know people have different experiences with places such as this. Our experience here was, thankfully, very good. My Mother was here, first as a Rehab patient early last year, then later in their Long Term care area. We received instruction and guidance on the best way to get her on Medicaid so the financial burden was minimal. Any time there was an issue they called me. I was also called with occasional updates with her care and how she was doing. Any time I visited the staff was attentive and told me what was going on and how she was doing. I knew her health was failing and it was only a matter of time before she passed. That happened recently and the staff was thoughtful and caring, helping me greatly with final arrangements. I'm thankful I was able to place her here in her final months, very pleased she received loving care.

Fantastic experience: My mother is a resident at Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation. The staff is very nice and attentive- always upbeat. Also, the buildings and rooms always look clean, too. It's also very conveniently located in town. My family has been very satisfied with Seven Hills Health and Rehabilitation. I would very much recommend this facility.

Positive experience: My mother resides here and I paid several visits to this place in 2017. I am back here again in 2019. My first impression in 2017 has been confirmed on my second visit now. This is a well-run place. Very clean, very quiet, well equipped, well staffed. Professionalism is evident in all aspects of services rendered here. The Staff are particularly friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: My husband was a resident in the rehabilitation section of Seven Hills for a month, and I was very favorably impressed by the care and competence of the staff there. The facilities were always clean, and the staff, including both the nursing and the rehabilitation personnel, were always very responsive and worked hard to aid my husband in his recovery.
