Positive experience: These guys did good. They loved my mother in law and kept her clean and fed.

Fantastic experience: My Nana recently received inpatient therapy at Consulate. I am so glad she did. Excellent therapy department, and the nursing staff took really good care of her. We would definitely recommend it and return if there is ever a need again. Thanks guys!!!! #pandemicwarriors

Fantastic experience: I am so glad we chose your facility for my grandma. She recovered well and made many friends there. The staff treated her like family. I know it has been a rough two years for health care as the pandemic has reeked havoc across the world. We are so thankful for all you guys do and the time you spent caring for her.

Positive experience: Just got my mom home from here .I will say most of the staff was great. Understaffed some day to the point I felt sorry for the nurses and CNA. Now mom said food was horrible. She told me to not make chicken, rice or grits for a while... Therapy was great and that's the reason she went there. My disappointment is with case worker ( Dawn White,) met her Monday and even signed a paper that we talked and she said she would order a rollator after waiting this morning 2 hours after her discharge we never got it. Had several people looking for the case worker. So I came home without my mom have a Walker. Not happy about that. Admitting Staff are fabulous.

Fantastic experience: The staff were very warm, relatable, and caring. Excellent medical management. My mom is back to herself and even better. At 81 years of age I was worried that might not happen. The Consulate team treated her like family, and she was very happy there. Thank you guys for your efforts. You will definitely be our preferred facility for any future needs.

Positive experience: I would not recommend this home to my dog My brother was aditted 6;30pm and at 8:30 And at 8:30 the next morning he was found by my brother in the hall way on the floor beaten severly and three attendants sitting around him laughing at him because he could Not get to his wheelchair My brotherpicked him up and carried him to his room and bed. Fantastic experience: Staff has personal priorities they attend to before seeing to patients. There were several who did seem to care, but in truth, I was notified at 12:40 in the morning that my mother had fell. The next morning her skinned arm was bandaged, I asked the nurse on duty about the incident, she said the staff responded right away but I got a different story from my mother's room mate. 3 days later when I asked if the bandage could be changed another nurse assigned to my mother had no knowledge of my mother falling. The personal thing I saw was a puddle of dried blood on the tv room floor on a Friday night, it was still there on the floor Tuesday night. Fabric furniture in the tv room is beyond dingy, needed to be swapped out years ago. No one I love will ever go there again.
