Fantastic experience: Dan did an excellent job! Must go see him! Made me feel great for my first appt! Front office staff was great! Both ladies had smiles on their face and welcomed me in and made me feel like I was at home.

Her concern, experience & expertise quickly resolved my pain. She was very professional. I can’t say enough good things about her. I know that I couldn’t have gotten through this without her. Kudos to the front desk staff - they were always very kind & welcoming. This is truly the best physical and occupational therapy clinic in Waco.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience. I came in my first visit actually a few visits in tears from pain. My physical therapist Dan was absolutely awesome. He helped me work through all of the pain showed me how to resolve and strengthen the areas that needed to be strengthened. I am back to 100% thanks to this guy! If you need PT this is definitely where you want to have it done. Courteous, kind and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: Kelly P is by far the best physical therapist I have ever had!! She is truly an exceptional physical therapist!! I only wish I would have found her sooner, because it would have saved me years of pain and suffering. My issues are very complicated, and this is the first time a physical therapist has been able to decrease my overall pain and significantly improve my overall activity level. And, I have been to about 10 other physical therapists in my lifetime sometimes spending up to 6 months in therapy.

Fantastic experience: The person who gave this facility and staff a negative review just a few hours ago is sadly mistaken. I’ve accompanied my wife for several months now for physical therapy after total knee replacement and the staff is fantastic. That includes not only the therapists but the people fielding phone calls and checking patients in for appointments. I have witnessed them on numerous occasions placing people on hold, but they’ve never been rude to them in any respect. The only time I’ve witnessed them place someone on hold is because they’re answering someone else’s call or working with a patient at the desk. All the folks at Ascension Providence are considerate, compassionate and extremely professional in every way.

Fantastic experience: I worked with La’Toya Bigelow for my concussion/neck injury, and she was absolutely amazing!! She is nice and respectful, definitely connects with her patient. Everyone there is great!

Fantastic experience: We had several options of places to go for my husband‘s physical therapy. He had a real connection with Dan and Bill and others. They were wonderful to him, worked with him and encouraged him ; set reasonable goals for him , and we highly recommend this amazing facility. From the ladies at the front desk who schedule, to the therapists, the layout of the space - it is all first class and I highly recommend it. !!

Fantastic experience: Alan Davis was my physical therapist at this facility, trying to get through this sciatica on my right leg.He and the entire staff has been very professional and helpful with my ongoing therapy. Also this facility took care of my double knee replacement about 4 years ago. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

I came to Ascension Providence Physical Therapy S/P total knee replacement surgery. Alan Davis set firm yet attainable goals which helped me achieve full function and full mobility of my prosthetic knee replacement. Kelly Lathern is top notch -- she is extremely knowledgeable and supportive in assisting clients to achieve maximum range of motion through exercises and therapy and she demonstrates a truly compassionate and caring demeanor. Anthony Rodriguez is awesome -- caring, supportive and invested in clients' outcomes. They're the best, 100%!

Fantastic experience: I was sent in to rehab a knee injury. I hadn’t exercised in a few years and was pretty weak. Kelsey helped me find exercises I could do at home without equipment. Now I’m much stronger and have made a commitment to continue these exercises to stay strong. Very professional place! Highly recommend!

Whatever the issues (injuries and/or post surgeries), I have received the most upmost/exceptional knowledge, application, strategy and personal care. Fantastic experience: Waco physical therapy is without a doubt the best therapy clinic in Waco! I was in tears after my knee surgery but they pushed me past my limit and taught me so much! I have to have my left knee replaced too in the near future but I am no longer afraid that I will never walk correctly again. I totally trust the therapists and all the employees. They are the best of the best! It doesn’t get any better than that!

Fantastic experience: As of today, I have recently had both of my knees replaced. One in Dec. of 2022 and the other in March of 2023. The reason I was able to have the second knee done so quickly was due to the progress with my first surgery. That quick recovery was due to the treatments I received at Ascension Providence Sports & Physical Therapy! They are THE BEST!!! Neil, Bill and the rest of the staff are Great!. I could not say more. They know their stuff. My second knee recovery is no different! I am the Office's Biggest Fan and trust me, they have a lot of fans!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for PT for a little over a month now. I have 2 medial tibial plateau fractures on the inside on my right knee. Waco Orthopedic (Dr. Benham) referred me to this clinic. Dr. B's office did all of my scheduling. My only request was that they give me the cutest Physical therapist they had. I felt that it would make my healing a little less painful if I had a good view.... Apparently, they took my silly request seriously. When I started going, I was about 2 weeks in to my injury. I could hardly bend my leg or lift it at all. Anthony has worked 2 and 3 days a week with me and I have no complaints. I am able to bend and lift my leg now without hardly any problems now. I very much enjoy going to therapy here. The entire staff makes for a fun environment.

Fantastic experience: This is the only place I will go for my physical therapy. My mother recommended them and I have been pleased with the out come. They get to know you and its fun to do my pt there.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good therapy center the workers are really nice and helpful they are also very smart they get to you really fast you always spark a conversation they supply most of the therapy tools if I could I would rate it 10 out of 10
