Located in Waco, Texas, Wesley Woods is near major acute care hospitals as well as many residential neighborhoods. The facility was built in the early 2000's with a specific emphasis on Alzheimer's care and has since evolved into a 1st class rehabilitation facility seeking a rehabilitative program in an effort to return home after a setback.

Wesley Woods is now owned by a small company called Senior Care Management, LLC whose mission is to serve the more regional communities such as Waco.

What really sets us apart from other facility, other than our stellar care and reputation, is the fact that we offer all residents a private room regardless of payer source.

Out of everything that could be said about our facility, the main selling point is our staff. We have staff that have served us faithfully since our opening and are the face of our facility; cheerful, dedicated and humbly at your service!

Fantastic experience: I worked at this facility on 8/29/22 as an LVN with ShiftKey and right felt at home as soon as I entered the facility. The staff were very kind and assisted when I had questions. The two CNAs I worked with were amazing! The unit was organized and easy to access what I needed to care for residents. Dani was very detailed with report. I will definitely return if ever needed! Thank you Wesley staff!

Fantastic experience: My stepfather had been moved here from another rehab facility that was terrible! This place was wonderful. After a few days of rehab, his health declined and we had to call in hospice. ( he was 94). The staff and the administration could not have been more caring! They made a difficult situation as comforting and pleasant as possible. They went above and beyond to give us comfort and peace. Perfect place to take someone you love. I would definitely choose Wesley woods for a place for someone I love to rehab.
