Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely wonderful visit today at Waco Chiropractic & Wellness! I have suffered from lower back pain for years and I left the office today feeling like a new person! My visit was excellent, starting with the warm welcome from Rita to the exceptional consultation with Dr. Justin Dempsey! Dr. Justin not only took the time to really understand my issues and the pain I was having, but he even took time to speak with me about everything from nutrition to different exercises, all to get me to a pain free point! I would absolutely recommend Waco Chiropractic & Wellness to anyone! It is a great facility filled with wonderful people!

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a great chiropractor in the Waco area I would definitely recommend this one. My boyfriend and I were in an awful car accident just recently and in so much pain so we decided to call Waco Chiropractic and Wellness and from the very minute we called them they went step by step and helped us out from the very start to start our journey into recovery. We absolutely loved our first visit and were so astonished and amazed! Everything was professional and everything went smoothly the staff is so friendly and very helpful. We would definitely like to thank the ladies in the front desk as well as Miss. Fantastic experience: All of a sudden my mild hip pain of two years became severe with a pain scale of 9 out of 10. I thought I would have to be miserable with the pain for the following three weeks before I can go back to my home in New Jersey. I was so fortunate to see Dr. Justin Dempsey. After his adjustment to my spine and pelvis, my pain instantly dropped to a scale of 5. Today is 24 hours later. After I following Dr. Dempsey's instruction to do stretches, my pain already dropped to a scale of 2. I fee hopeful that If I can receive Dr. Dempsey adjustment for a few more times before I go back home, my long-time hip pain probably will be totally gone. By the way, the manager and the staffs there are very friendly. I also love the facility. Its atmosphere is very inviting. I especially like the the message table which gave me a muscle relaxation before the therapy. Thank you, Dr. Dempsey and Waco Chiropractic & Wellness!

Fantastic experience: I have been experiencing chronic hip pain for about 2 years with little relief, even after chiropractic care at another office. At the recommendation of my sister, I called at 8:15 AM to see how soon I could get in and was asked if I could be there by 8:45. AMAZING. The office staff was very friendly and even kept an eye on my 3 year old while I visited with the doctor. The initial work up took time but I left feeling better (already) and optimistic that we would get things under control. Dr. Dempsey was very thorough and very informative during our consultation. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: WOW! After getting surgery done (tummy tuck & breast augmentation) I booked my first lymphatic massage with Heaven. I fell so much in LOVE with her after my first massage that I booked another 6 weeks worth of massages. Every massage I went and had done I would see tremendous changes with my swelling and because of that my healing process was a piece of cake. My surgeon is based out of Austin and was blown away with how well my body has been improving and even asked where I was getting my massages done so he could send future patients there. I could not recommend her enough not only does her work speak for itself but you can tell that she is extremely hard working and knowledgeable. As a woman and business owner myself I am very impressed and pleased with her worth ethic and could not recommend her enough!! Thank you Heaven!!!

Fantastic experience: Big thanks to Dr.Dan for ALWAYS making my children and I feel welcome. I always feel a drastic improvement in my range of motion after adjustments with him. He is professional but also extremely funny, down-to-earth, and approachable. He really knows how to turn my frowns upside down. Loving the music choice as well! The other providers are okay too but Dr. Dan is a 10 out of 10 & also the reason my family stays with this office.

Fantastic experience: I was very disappointed in my service. I paid for a one hour full body massage. i specified to the massager that i just wanted my neck and shoulders done.. he said ok. He only did my back and never touched my neck and shoulders. It was not an hour, it was 46 min. My adjustment was not good at all he acted like he was afraid to touch me. I wont be doing service with them anymore.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Daniel is great!! I have had great experiences with all massage therapists as well. The only thing I would change is, I wish they offered dry needling. My previous chiropractor offered this to help with migraines and it helped tremendously. Unfortunately, she moved. Overall, I highly recommend Anthony Medical!

Positive experience: The staff is quite wonderful. The only thing I would complain about is wait times. I've come multiple times and even though I'm always early for my appointment and expect to wait. There has never been a time I'm not waiting 20 or 30 minutes AFTER my appointment time. Which I guess is expected for most doctor visits. However, if it's happening this frequently it tells me the office is not efficient with time management. What's the point of me showing up on time if you're not going to respect my time and the things I have to do in my day. Heaven forbid anyone who might come in during lunch breaks or take time from work for their appointment.

Fantastic experience: I cannot fully put into words how I can effectively review Anthony Medical and Chiropractic. My adjustment schedule with Dr. Daniel and muscle work with Vanessa has vastly improved my quality of life. I literally feel relief upon leaving after my appointment. The staff in the facility are top notch and my experience has been very positive. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Been going about 6 visits and I have had different massage therapist. They all have been good, but today's visit with Isaac was by far the best. After my massage, the chiropractor was actually able to pop that spot in middle of my back. I changed my visits to be scheduled with Isaac. Wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I love seeing Dr. Dan and Dr. Hutcherson. They explain what they’re doing as they adjust you and we always leave feeling so much better. They also give you tips and tools to use at home to help you in between adjustments.

Fantastic experience: It goes without saying that every Anthony Medical and Chiropractic Clinic has exemplary providers and services. However, getting treatment here from Dr. Hutcherson, Dr. Daniel, Camerin the NP and the CTs- Maria & Yuha in ANY combination...will be perfection every single time. They are a true team and collaborate seamlessly to get you feeling better ASAP. As far as massages go, you are not going to find a more therapeutic one anywhere, and much less for that price. They really have pretty much anything you need under one roof. I wasted 6 weeks with my medical doctor sending me for all kinds of labs and tests for something that this team was able to alleviate in literally the first visit of my treatment plan. Follow up & maintenance is key though! It's easy to forget that after feeling so good with each visit.

Fantastic experience: Dr Taylor is the best never had such a wonder Dr. He goes out of his way to treat you and figure out how to get you well. You always feel like family never just a number. If you ever get a chance try Dr Taylor I have brought all my family members even my 6 year old that's how great he is .

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the staff here I've gone from needing muscle relaxers 2x daily, while being almost immobile, to logging over 6k steps and unloading pallets of pain 2-3x a week. At the onset my treatment seemed expensive, but if they charged twice their rate it would still be worth it. I am fighting sciatica in my left leg, and making progress where doctors and pain management specialists only had me coping moderately. 20+ years of hard manual labor, driving trucks, and general abuse have taken their toll, but with the therapies, and education, provided by the staff here I'm back in control of my daily activities. Seeing a chiropractor, and corrective therapist, has led to a more well adjusted life.

Fantastic experience: My Case Manager, Tierney, was in the room with the chiropractor during my alignment to be able to know first-hand what my scheduling needs would be, knocking down any time that would have been communicating those needs. Very considerate of the patient/customer(s)’ time. Tierney took her time in explaining my follow-up options with my insurance and we were able to book all of them in one sitting.

Fantastic experience: Every trip here is awesome. Great front desk staff, adjustments and attitudes. Ive had 3 herniated discs. All of the machines and services here have helped so much. BUT I would love some type of controlled decompression/stretching machine or service for the spine. It would be something unique to this facility that I have not been able to find anywhere that I feel would really put it over the top and would absolutely help the healing process

Fantastic experience: Three years ago my wife started going to Anthony Medical towards the end of her pregnancy and continued with it when our sweet daughter was born. We then took our daughter for a newborn adjustment and ended up taking all three of our boys. For years I told myself I would never go. My wife finally convinced me to go and I’ve been going regularly now for an adjustment and corrective therapy. I’m a big believer and absolutely love it! Fantastic experience: So happy that my son finally convinced me to go see a chiropractor, for year's I have had several individuals tell me how uncomfortable it is. I finally went with him as he had scheduled us both an appointment, he has always seen a chiropractor. For me it the first time seeing one, and Dr. Taylor has been seeing me ever since. I no longer have any more pain and my slight limp has actually gone. I will continue to see Dr. Taylor for he gas also helped me with my breathing as well. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Anthony Chiropractic for several months now. It's great to see Dr Daniel for an adjustment then off for a 45 minute massage. Let me tell you... Victoria and Dee are THE BEST! I always request that I get one or other. They ask you what area/areas you are having problems with and by the time you leave you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. I honestly can't say enough great things about my trio. Dr Daniel, Victoria, and Dee. Highly recommend. I have yet to have a bad experience here.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit today. I have had a crick in my neck, shoulders and back for over a week. My appointments were with Dr. Taylor (male) for adjustment and Maggie for massage. When you walk into this office the restrooms are right in the hallway. So nice. Then you walk to front desk and a greeted with all smiles. The ladies up front were so helpful and kind. I then had my visit with Dr. Taylor who sat with and discussed in detail what to expect during my visit. He was very professional and put me at ease. I was very nervous to branch out from my other doctor. I am looking forward to my next visit with him. I then went and looked over the financial part of my visit with the case manager Lucy who was so sweet. Answered all my questions and even was acknowledgeable of my case. This was nice to do before getting my massage so, no worries after. Next, was my massage with Maggie. I loved my massage. I have had plenty of massages in my life to compare to each other. Fantastic experience: On November 5,2021 I had a great experience with Dr.Daniel he really pin point exactly were I was hurting so bad .the staff makes you feel so welcome .they gave me a free massage for being a new patient ,the young lady that gave me the massage was phenomenal .and lady Lucu was so good answering all my questions giving all the details . Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit, I have never been to a Chiropractor so I was a little nervous. Dr.Spicer was very nice and thorough, she explained every step to me and what to expect which eased my mind. The adjustment was great and so was the massage after. The staff was very friendly and inviting.

Fantastic experience: I had ACDF surgery 5 months ago and I was still having major issues with my back. My surgeon basically told me there was nothing else he could do and just kept giving me meds and sending me for injections and pt. I had a co worker who referred me to Dr Dempsey and it took me a month or so to get the nerve up to go. To say I was scared on my first visit would be a huge understatement. I almost threw up at one point I was so nervous about him adjusting my back/neck after surgery. I almost walked out and told him I can’t do it. I am so thankful I chose not to! This man is AMAZING!!! I instantly went from being in chronic pain to almost no pain. No joke!! He “put my head on straight” literally! My HEAD on straight..... He knew exactly what was causing my pain just by talking to me and looking at me. The staff in this office are all so nice and make you feel so welcome. They really do make you feel like you are family there. They even bring their sweet dog to work with them. I wish I would have known about this place before I had surgery. As for the weightloss comments, they NEVER force you on anything. They simply tell you about all the Amazing products they have (not all weight loss). If you choose to purchase them or not they don’t care. They really do care about their patients. I will never go anywhere else! My husband and kids will be using Dr Dempsey from now on. By far best decision I have made in a very long time!

Fantastic experience: Justin is THE BEST. I found Waco Chiro and Wellness last year when I was in Waco for the summer and my back pain and vertigo was the worst it's ever been in my life. After two adjustments my dizziness had basically subsided and I proceeded to come in for adjustments 3 times a week for some intensive treatment for the next few weeks until I had to go back to Arizona. The only thing I don't like about Dr. Dempsey is that he does not live in Arizona and I can't see him regularly! He truly cares about his patients and their OVERALL HEALTH AND WELLNESS. The big problem I have with western medicine is that too many physicians and medical practitioners seek only to treat symptoms vs figuring out where the issue(s) stem from and why you're experiencing pain, discomfort or complications. The Dempsey family is just different. They, as a team, are wonderful and care about your overall well being. At least, that has been my experience. Was in town again today for the first time in a year, I walked in remembered and got a hug from Rita as I left! I would highly recommend Waco Chiropractic and Wellness !

Fantastic experience: My husband hurt his back at work today and he was in a lot of pain. I called here about 2 hours before they closed hoping they could see him same day! The business manager took my call and said they were busy with 8-9 patients, but tell him to come and we will work him in. Not only did they work him in last minute but everyone was so nice and caring! I really felt like they were genuinely concerned and wanted to help him get better! Fantastic experience: I came to Waco because I go to Baylor and I knew that I would need to find a good chiropractor. My chiropractor from back home recommended Dr. Dempsey so I went and checked him out. After about a year being one of his patients I can honestly say that I've never felt better and I haven't been hurting since. Fantastic experience: I have been seen by Dr Dempsey since he opened his clinic here in Waco. I have been receiving chiropractic care since 2000 while living in Florida, England and now Texas. From my past experience with Chiropractors, Justin has surpassed them all. I am not easy to adjust and Dr Dempsey has always been able to make the tough adjustments on me that most of my past Chiropractors have had problems with. The Clinic has a very professional staff but with a family atmosphere. I highly recommend Dr Dempsey and the other members of his growing services. I will continue to be a customer for years to come

Fantastic experience: Premier Health and Wellness is the best in the area! I was in an auto accident a month or so ago and they were able to get me almost immediately! When I got here I was in quite a bit of pain and Dr. Justin was awesome! Really fixed my pain and took the time to explain what was going on with my body and what had happened after my wreck. I have been back three times a week for the past month and they treat me like family--I love it! The whole family is awesome! Dr. Travis, physical therapist, has also worked me a lot on getting back range of motion and has helped me a lot! This place is top notch!

Fantastic experience: To say that I was skeptical of Chiropractic Care would be an understatement. How could someone contorting and cracking you make you feel better? Well, I am here to tell you that I was dead wrong. Going to a Dr. Dempsey has been a life changing experience. I came to Dr. Dempsey after a friend set up an appointment for me when I hurt my back. I was scared to death, but the pain was outweighing the fear. Miss Rita was my first point of contact and took away almost all my fears. Dr. Dempsey was patient and explained exactly what he was going to do. At that point I was relaxed and ready to get feeling better. I went in for a simple back injury not expecting anything else, but once again I was dead wrong. I have been suffering from severe Migraines since I was three years old. Some attacks could last for weeks. I have been prescribed every drug under the sun and provided emergency care that did nothing to help alleviate my pain. Up until my first appointment with Dr. Dempsey I was still getting Migraines daily, sitting silently in pain trying to work and live my life. I can’t believe that I can say that in the past seven weeks I have only had two Migraines. The Migraines that I have had are nowhere as bad as they were and only required taking simple Advil to get over. There are no words to express how grateful I am for everyone at Premier Health & Wellness, they have literally changed my life for the better. Fantastic experience: I had a neck injury a few months ago which caused constant dizziness and nausea as well as migraines almost everyday. A friend told me about Dr Dempsey and after just one adjustment all my symptoms stopped. All of the staff were friendly and professional and made my experience wonderful. Dr. Dempsey was very informative, friendly and professional as well. I have since been back a second time and the experience was equally as good as the first. Fantastic experience: I came into their office unable to stand, I had to lean on my husband and any movement hurt... I am talking a level 8 and 9 on pain scale. While cleaning my fridge out my sciatica pinched and instead of resting (I had company coming) I pushed through and hurt my back in the process. Anyways so I go into the office looking kinda crazy leaning on my husband, and they were so nice, right away seeing my discomfort and bringing me ice and just overall made a fuss about me to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I'm used to checking in and getting ignored, but that wasn't the case here. They actually care about the people who come in and want us feeling great! I had never been to a chiropractor before this, but after 4 days of mostly crawling and crying I would've done anything for relief! They did not disappoint. It was a Thursday and I was able to walk out, it still hurt but I didn't have to lean on anything! I went again Friday and felt the welcoming atmosphere once again, and he got me able to walk even better and straighter with less pain and I was able to go to my husbands company picnic in Dallas on Sunday! If you would've asked me before walking in there Thursday if I would make it to the picnic I would've laughed saying no way! But it happened and I owe it all to this family run office with really nice people!!

Fantastic experience: I had a lot of tightness and pain in my upper back/neck and it would cause migraines. Had this problem for a few years getting worse and worse. Got so bad I had migraines and tightness for days at a time. Was scared to death to see chiropractor but my husband had been to chiropractor and said it helped. We just moved to Waco and found Dr Dempsey. He explained everything thoroughly and took his time no rushing us or anything. My very first adjustment gave me a HUGE improvement. I see him regularly and wish I had started seeing him sooner. But thank God for him he's really helped me in so many ways just with these adjustments. What relief! Also the ladies at the front desk are so nice and welcoming. I never felt so welcome at any doctor before. I suggest anyone who has pain to see this man first just to see what he says he really knows what he's doing and I am ever so grateful for his help. I will continue to see him regularly.
