Fantastic experience: Lauren was great to work with! We took her lactation and feeding group class prior to delivery. After delivery, we did an in home lactation visit which was super convenient with a newborn. Both visits were very informative and helpful to my husband and I. Lauren was able to help answer any questions and concerns we had.

Fantastic experience: Courteous and caring professionals took care of my needs. The therapist was knowledgable and accurately accessed my abilities as he provided ways to encourage my spirit and increase my physical strength. Very satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Kay (and the rest of the staff that I met) is absolutely wonderful. She is so sweet and caring and she made me feel so comfortable. After just my first session I left with a wealth of knowledge and a much more positive outlook. Other nutritionists in the past have told my to do XYZ, even if it didn't work for me and left me feeling confused. Kay included me in figuring out a good plan tailored to me and explained everything thouroughly. I finally feel like I can be successful with an healthy eating plan and with only a few tweaks.

Fantastic experience: I was a little bit worried about what was going to take place .Because of other issues that I had going on. BUT AFTER AND DURING MY TIME THERE TODAY. I WAS WELL PLEASED WITH MY THERAPY AND CONSULT. I LEARNED A LOT IN MY VISIT.AND I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT.

Fantastic experience: As a retired therapist I highly recommend the PT Thomas. I had horrible shoulder pain with very little AROM and with his help the pain decreased and my AROM increased.

Fantastic experience: Kay is so wonderful, kind, patient, passionate, and knowledgable. Definitely always enjoy my sessions and feel like I am truly gaining the information that I need to succeed from her. The other staff that I have encountered is always just as amazing! Every single one has gone above and beyond for different parts of our family. They all take the time to answer any questions, pay so much attention to detail and provide a personal, welcoming experience. The office staff is on the ball and always so friendly. We are so grateful for the care that we have received and highly recommend Kelsey and her team!

Fantastic experience: I had a in person meeting scheduled with Lauren Sams (Lactation Consultant) and was unable to attend. Compleo was able to schedule me a telehealth meeting with Lauren within 2 days! I learned so many new things during my hour telehealth session with Lauren, that I feel when my baby is born, I will be better prepared to begin breastfeeding her. The information and guidance that Lauren provided will assist in a successful transition from the hospital to my home environment. Thank you Lauren! Kristy 31 weeks pregnant

Fantastic experience: I came to Compleo for lactation consultant services. I was not able to establish breastfeeding with my oldest child so when I was pregnant again I knew I wanted to seek out a lactation consultant as soon as possible. Lauren met with me near the end of my pregnancy and answered all my questions and helped me come up with a game plan for while I was still in the hospital to help get breastfeeding establish right away. As soon as we were discharged from the hospital Lauren came to our house and did home visits for the first few weeks. Despite all of Lauren's help my baby was still failing to gain sufficient weight and I needed to begin supplementing with formula. Lauren educated me on the different types of formula and helped me choose what was best for my baby. She helped me feel confident with supplementing while still working to find the root of the issue that was causing the lack of weight gain. Lauren suspected my baby may have some oral ties that were causing poor milk transfer so she referred me to an SLP for evaluation and it turns out my baby did have a lip and tongue tie. Thanks to Lauren's attention to detail and her referral to the SLP we were able to get the ties released and breastfeeding greatly improved. Lauren's passion for helping moms feed their babies in whatever way works best for them shines through in every session. She is thoughtful, thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. I can honestly say without Lauren I would not have been able to breastfeed this baby either. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: Very clean, updated facility. I visited Lauren for a lactation assessment with my newborn and we left encouraged and hopeful for a successful nursing experience. She was timely, very knowledgeable, and so positive, such a lovely experience!

Fantastic experience: I recently had surgery on my leg and saw Thomas today to start PT! He was great and explained EVERYTHING to me (which is something I highly value) and even did some manual work to help relieve some of the swelling and pressure I’m still dealing with! Already feeling great and it’s only day one Can’t wait to see the results as I continue to work with him! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We love Compleo! We have worked with Lauren for a few months on breastfeeding related issues with my son. If it weren't for her, I could have never kept breastfeeding and my son's tongue tie would stay undetected. He's now almost 9 months old and is still exclusively breastfed (in addition to eating solids for the past ~3months).

Fantastic experience: The entire team at Compleo is amazing (our family has worked with 6 of their therapists - 3 PTs, their amazing PFPT, the personal trainer, & the dietician!). First of all, Dr. Kelsey Baas is simply the best. If she hadn't sent me to the ER after TWO other doctors sent me home, I would have lost my right lower leg because I had arterial thrombosis and required an emergency procedure to fix the blockage! While everyone we've worked with has proven exceptional at their job, I want to highlight Aubrey Smith, DPT whose excellent diagnostic skills far-exceed those of many doctors in town who had never even heard of my rare condition. The work she does is nuanced, highly skilled, and holistic. If you need help with your pelvic floor, don't hesitate to book an appointment with her - she makes what could be an awkward experience very comfortable. Finally, Thomas Anderson, DPT does an amazing job of manual PT & patient education. In addition to providing me with the helpful tools I use daily to alleviate my low back pain, he has worked his manual therapy magic many times. I will always go to Compleo for my PT needs, and I recommend you do the same. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Went here to see Aubrey Smith for pelvic floor therapy and she was amazing! She helped me so much with some pain I was feeling and helped me strengthen my body! Ten out of ten would recommend. Every woman who has had a baby should be in here!

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Courtney A. At a very low point in my life. I was dealing with digestive issues my whole life, but after the birth of my son, I had hormonal, sleep, and body image problems that was causing me deep pain. Courtney showed me a new way to look at my relationship with food, and has given me hope to heal for the first time in a very long time. She was extremely attentive to me, and her compassion is radiating. We need more people like Courtney!!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is amazing. She LISTENS to your concerns and will address each and every one in depth. Not to mention she will make the environment as comfortable as you would like (such as turning the lights off in the office for a fussy sleepy baby to nap during your visit) ! She has given this stressed new mom hope, along with an achievable plan of action!!

Fantastic experience: My sessions with Aubrey have always been pleasant! She is really helped me with my needs and provides great stretches for me to do with whatever I’m struggling with. I’ve learned so much about the pelvic floor and how certain stretches and positions can help or hurt. I love that she educates women on things they can do to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. I’m so thankful to have her as my therapist!

She made me comfortable right away, and She took the time to explain everything so I could be educated about my concerns. I highly recommend her!! Fantastic experience: I did pelvic floor therapy with Aubrey Smith. I had a phenomenal experience. I suffered urinary incontinence when working out after having 2 kiddos. I had no idea how beneficial pelvic floor therapy would be. I saw so much improvement after a few visits. I can happily say that I haven’t had any issues after continuing to apply all the therapy I received from Audrey. Pelvic therapy is a must!!!

She was so helpful to me and my new baby, I am so glad I found her. I love the fact that she is also a pediatric dietician - she is so knowledgeable and driven to keep baby fed and momma happy in the best ways possible!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Maggie Roeger at Compleo for the past 7 months and think she (and Compleo) are extraordinary. Compleo, because every therapist sees only one patient at a time. This means that Maggie really knows my capabilities, knows how to challenge me, and gives me ample time (while on the treadmill of course) to check in about how I feel about our progress. I learned recently that this is not the norm in most PT clinics. In regards to COVID, they are very careful about exposure and clean the equipment thoroughly after every appointment. The space is large and well-ventilated, and masks are always worn. In addition, every staff member is incredibly careful about quarantining after exposure. Maggie has changed my life, simply. When I started going to PT I couldn't walk for more than a couple minutes due to chronic lower back pain and tightness. Maggie never stopped challenging me, but also moved at a pace that felt doable. And when I would come to her and tell her something felt miserable to do, she would change it! I, of course, have to do my own work at home (my walks and my exercises), but Maggie feels like a partner in my mobility. I've cried to her so many times about the slowness of my progress, and each time she would reassure me that progress that is slow is the progress that sticks. And now 7 months later I'm able to take pleasure walks and easy hikes with my family. I could never thank her enough. All this to say, if you need to see a Physical Therapist, this is the clinic to go to.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baas was professional, kind and patient with our 4 year old son (and us). We walked away with sound techniques we could easily use at home and on going, after therapy ended. Her facility is beautiful and clean. I always felt clear on what we needed to do and what to look for each week. I would recommend this highly skilled Physical Therapist to anyone, especially to moms!! Best in Waco.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Kelsey. She worked with my 10 month old son who was having mobility issues. As a nervous first time mom, Kelsey met us and evaluated him and put my mind at ease about what was going on with him. He made tremendous improvements after just one session. We are so thankful for her!
