Fantastic experience: I was at encompass for 17 days. I can not say enough about the care I received there. The therapists were all so caring and worked so hard with me. Maddie for PT, Lauren for OT and Caitlyn for ST. They worked so hard with me and my progress was amazing. Still have a way to go, but they started me on the road to recovery. All of my nurses were so pleasant and i never wanted for anything. If you are in need of therapy this is definitely the place to go in Wichita Falls. Ali, our case worker made everything easy for us at every step. I never had to worry about any appointments or going home arrangements. She always had everything arranged.

Fantastic experience: I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to take care of me. Everyone from the staff down to the Nurses, Nurse Techs, and my Therapists all get a 10. I was treated so well I hated to leave. Highly recommend this facility. Was there this past 2 weeks after having back surgery and I'm much better because of Encompass. Have been at Encompass 4 times in the last 6 months and each stay everyone gets a mark of 10. What an awesome facility. Thank you all for a great experience every time.

Fantastic experience: They took very good care of me several years ago. I may ask my PCP about going again if I don't feel better after my next set of Rituxan infusions.

Fantastic experience: My brother was just transfer there. Every time I called about the transfer process, staff was VERY kind and helpful, eased my mind and gave me all the info they had. Encompass was more concerned with my "incoming" brother as a patient they had not even seen yet than the hospital he was leaving who gave me no information at all about the transfer process. I have a very good feeling about the care he will get here!

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! From the intake to discharge was first class. The only hospital that I would have liked to stay longer because of the staff. Special thanks to Lexi and (Leo again) in physical therapy and Haley who is my personal favorite in occupational therapy. They are real pro's and the most sincere, reassuring and caring persons one could ever hope for.. The nurses and tech's are always right there when you need them. Special thanks to Mark the RN that treated me so well as all the others did. If your fortunate enough to get Dr. Boyer as your Doctor you've hit a home run! He is caring and listens closely to you. I know Encompass must be happy to have him on staff. I haven't even mentioned the food... The food is A++ I don't have enough room (or time) to go on about the great food. Thank you Encompass for getting me back on my feet again (literally). They were truly a blessing to me.

Fantastic experience: I will recommend Encompass whenever the opportunity arises. My grandmother was a tough case. She had just about given up and they seemingly brought her back to life with their care and expertise. She was pleased with the challenging daily tasks/schedule, the food, and all of the staff she encountered. I’m forever grateful.
