Fantastic experience: Up until now I can only speak about finding the place and getting my mom admitted into a long term care situation. All the staff I deal with, especially Ladonna have be super super helpful. Not only with admission and paperwork related stuff but also making sure that family is involved in the whole process, and maintain informed. Having dealt with a few other skilled nursing/LTC facilities in the past I can definitely say that the experience with Advanced Rehab was A LOT better. I live in South America and can't take care of my mom from so far away, but something tells me that she will feel taken care of. I will write reviews in the future to report on her stay and hope that it will be as positive as what I have experienced up until now.

Positive experience: Bowie Advanced has some of the most warm, caring, and loving CNA's. They make you feel right at home. Daily housekeeping throughout the building, in house laundry, awesome rehab department and daily activities. I just can't say enough about the staff!!

Fantastic experience: The DON is always available to answer questions and always willing to help staff, when a nurse is asked for not just one comes but usually multiple, I’ve not only worked as a CNA but I’m currently a nurse and I’d honestly allow this facility to care for my family, especially Nicole the nurse, I like how they’re so accommodating when it comes to needs of the family as well as concerns they don’t just take care of the patient but provide comfort to their loved ones. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that needs care. Bless you all for everything you do, I promise it doesn’t go unrecognized.

Fantastic experience: I have 3 generations of family here. I only wish the menu was a bit more versatile. Some good and some not so good. The rooms are cleaned well and so are my family. I love the personal attention my family is getting and they require a lot sometimes. I wish you could keep coffee and/tea out all the time. It might not be possible. I cant bragg enough about the therapist. Number one in my book! My sister requires that knowledge they offer to not let her get hurt. Love the therapy. The cable tv had issues but it seams o k. Since its the one thing they do the most. Activities are good and interactive with very very sweet ,fun people. I have grown to love my families neighbors at these functions. The one person the most interactive is the aids. Thank God for the care and attention to detail the nurses have given to my sister. They literally kept her from a bad mersa when they told us they did a swab of an infected area just to be sure. The hospital in our area sent her back to the senter but because the nurse did the swab we caught the issue that the emergency room did not. We went to Dallas to have her properly diagnosed and treated. I think the nursing staff are proactive in my families very best interest. Thank you for the business office as well. I dont understand the process but Dian keeps us informed of all paperwork or changes in paperwork we need to have. One more thing nurse Gary and aid Kayla are our sweet friends now. All the staff help at all times but these two are key for us.

Fantastic experience: I am currently training as an administrator in training at this facility, this location was my choice to learn at because of the quality of care and hospitality this facility has been known for since it has opened.

Fantastic experience: Advance is a wonderful facility with a lot of caring individuals that work there! They have taken great care of my mom for over 8 years. My favorite CNA would have to be Michael he is great with the residents! He shows such great compassionate toward each residents. My favorite nurse would be Miss. Sheryl she has great communication with family! She goes above and beyond to help the residents. Advance is a great place if you want to see your family members progress!

Fantastic experience: I can speak as a former patient, as I was a patient at Advanced Rehab for 2 years on the 1300 hall. I had the most attentive nurses and CNA’s. I cannot say enough about the physical therapist. When I was admitted, the prognosis was grime . I could not walk, bathe myself or use the restroom without assistance.but over time and persistence of the PT. They would not let me give me up .Quitting was not an option!!!! When I left I was walking and able to take care of my activities of daily living, My only complaint was the food, but I guess that was just eating it after two years, Actually it is very good, I’m just used to my fresh fruit and veggies. I would not hesitate to have a loved one stay these. Dr. Mahmoud is the absolute must caring and compassionate physician. Anytime I had a concern he addressed it immediately. I will forever be grateful for him and Advanced Rehab for giving me my life back!
