Roxy Cook is the Admissions Director and she is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to admitting your loved one into the facility. If you need help taking care of your loved one University Park is a great facility to do so.

Fantastic experience: My husband was recently transferred here from the Dallas area. I was a little apprehensive about the move but decided to give it a shot and am I ever glad we did.. The first evening here they had live music and dancing the dining room. Residents were clean, happy, and clearly enjoying themselves. The staff is wonderfully layered. No one shunning their duties or begrudgingly doing their job. These lovely people literally care and appreciate each residentfor the people they are. That in itself is a rare find. We are so thankful to find a true diamond in a world of cubic zirconia The home is clean, smells good and my husband actually loves the food here. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I use to live there and I loved there, my husband died there in 2011, we plant a tree in the backyard! I miss them, they are really nice to me!!! Andy is the driver and I love him how he glow with me and the others people!!!! Mac Painter he is a good guy!!

Fantastic experience: This faculty has grown so much over the last year. They have finally built a great team in administration that all pull together until the job is done. The administrator does it all. She will mop floors as quick as anyone as well as her own job. Over and beyond. New decorations, updates, new, better staff. The care has improved tenfold over the past several months. I would be proud to have my family member have University Park to call home.

Fantastic experience: My mother has been a resident at Univeristy Park for 7 months. The decision to move a loved one to full time care is overwhelming to say the least. During the past 7 months, I have seen my mom come back alive. She is happier than she has been in years. The move created a magnificent social environment for her versus living alone. I live in a different city. Each time I visit, I have always found her to be well cared for, the facilities clean and the staff beyond helpful. I appreciate the care and respect they extend to my mother as their job is sometimes the least respected job. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent place to work. The staff are truly dedicated to the residents. They are creative and treat the residents like family. The building has been newly remodeled and looks beautiful.
