KPC Promise Hospital of Wichita Falls

Fantastic experience: My late wife was a patient here for most of April after she spent a couple of weeks at United Regional. Those weeks that she was there, she received exceptional care from her nurses, the doctors, and therapists. I visited her every day and not only was Diane treated well, so was I. There never was a day where one or all of the staff on her wing asked about my well being. I will always be grateful. I wish my wife was able to have stayed longer. I truly believe that she would be still alive. Thank you to everyone at Promise Hospital of Wichita Falls for being so kind to my wife and I. I will never forget it.

Fantastic experience: My wife was moved to KPC Promise on Nov 1st 2021. When she came in her future was uncertain. She had a tracheostomy. She was struggling to breathe, move, or do much of anything. She even had a code blue. Fast forward. Her trach has been removed. She is walking. And she she is being transferred to Encompass tonight. Hopefully after 2 to 3 weeks of rehab she will be home. I have no doubt that her recovery is due to your amazing staff. Would of loved to personally thank by name, but way too many of them who went out of there way. Thank you. Lali and Dennis Bierschenk

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank the kpc Promise Ltac unit for taking care of me during my stay they took awesome care of me some went outta their way for me. I appreciate all the staff very much. Cant say enough about the staff that took care of me. I am on the road to recovery.thank yall very much

Fantastic experience: Very professional. Everyone was nice and did a good job taking care of me. They brought me back to life after being on a ventilator. I am now off the ventilator doing great. I love everyone of them and wish they could come home with me!! Thank you to everyone that helped provide me with great care!

Positive experience: A very close friend I mine stayed at KPC Promise in May of 2020. Liesha at front desk was warm and welcoming and Was incredibly helpful. The social workers were so kind and helpful too! During my friends stay he was not allowed visitors so they assisted my friend with signing paperwork, helping him operate his phone and helping him with some important calls. The nurses were attentive but there were lapses in timely pain medication administration otherwise I would have given a 5 star rating. I would recommend KPC Promise to others who Need a LTAC Thanks,

Fantastic experience: My Dad spent almost 2 months here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The nurses, especially Jacob, were so good to him. When he came in, he “had one foot in the grave.” Today, I am happy to report that he is coming home, tracheostomy free and oxygen free! Thank you all for the good care you have my dad.

Fantastic experience: This facility was very professional while my husband was in their care, they would let me know what medications they were giving him, and what it was for. I want to thank all departments, from Physical Therapy, Resp., kitchen crew, to housekeeping. Thank God for you all, stay Blessed!

Fantastic experience: Promise Hospital is an awesome place to work. I feel so appreciated, and also feel the work I do makes a difference in peoples lives. We have amazing staff of nurses, respiratory therapists, CNA's, doctors, housekeepers, maintenance, and administration! Everyone has the patients and their family's best interest in mind!

Fantastic experience: So thankful we finally made it to The Promise Hospital after going through a living nightmare! We are so grateful for the wonderful care that my husband received on his stay at The Promise. He pretty much used everyone in this hospital stay from Doctors, Nurses, Aides, Respitory, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Wound Care. We were so blessed because his care was exceptional. Last but not least so thankful this 5 star facility has a 5 star COO. Yes I would recommend The Promise Hospital to anyone that needs long term care!
