Negative experience: I don’t normally do reviews but at this point might at well give people a heads up. Honestly the doctor Elsa is the best human I’ve ever met. I went from getting no answers for years to seeing her for only a month and getting multiple answers. She’s genuinely saved my life over my time with seeing her and I could not be more grateful. I plan to keep going to this doctor office just for her. However…her office staff are really struggling. Since I’ve started going here I’ve had constant issues with getting in contact with them for results or even to schedule an appointment. Today I called three separate times only to have to hang up after 45 mins with NO ONE answering it. I finally got ahold of someone at 4 in the afternoon on the 4th time I called. They explained they are understaffed right now. Which I absolutely understand but someone waiting 45 mins to not get one single answer is more than just being short staffed. Along with the fact this has been a problem for a very very long time. Even based off their reviews you can see it’s been an ongoing issue. I love recommending people to see Elsa just sucks I have to warn them about possibly never getting in contact with her because the office staff. Also please note I work in an office that gets hundreds of phone calls a day with just two girls handling it. It was a very rare occasion that anyone went more than a few minutes without someone at least answering and asking to put them on a brief hold.

Negative experience: Honestly the communication here lacks and if you care about your health/life, I'd look elsewhere. Currently in a situation that could be cancerous and there's absolutely no urgency, the PA was nice and I thought thorough but maybe not so much. I'd probably avoid anything related to Texas Tech medical because it's all probably the same.

Fantastic experience: One of the best experiences I have ever had at a doctor's clinic. They genuinely care about the patient. I highly recommend Thaddee Uwimana, NP.

Negative experience: Can’t answer the freaking phone and every time I go in no one is on the phone.

Negative experience: Doc was nice but they never EVER answer the phone. I must have called 30 time in one month. If you're on hold don't expect them to pick up either. I finally gave up an got another doctor. 2 weeks later they call me to verify my appointment. What a joke.

Negative experience: I've been going to this office for a little over 2 yrs. And I have to say it has completely turned to **** the Dr's are great but the whole front office is horrible they r extremely rude and disrespectful. Since they've hired these new women to work the front they seem like they have no idea what they are doing. This is the only place where when I go in I have to fill the same paperwork for my insurance when my insurance hasn't changed. The women at the front said it needs to be updated every 6 months, so I said well I was just in last month and I was told with attitude well we still need it so I did it and then the next time I go in 2 months later they tell me I need to fill the same paperwork out again so I asked I thought you needed to update it every 6 months and I said well this is the 2nd time in 3 months and I was told "just fill out the paperwork" I have never been to any Dr's office with such disrespectful people in my life and they r lucky they don't work for me!!

Negative experience: My daughter was referred here from her ER doctor for a follow up visit after her car accident. When she called the office and told them she needed to schedule an appointment with the neurosurgeon for her broken back sustained from a car accident, front desk scheduled that appointment no questions asked. Fast forward 3 weeks, my daughter and her fiancé made the 2 hour drive today just to be told that this appointment should have never been made and was turned away. She was also treated poorly by another staff lady who was incredibly rude and had an awful attitude about her being in the wrong place. DO NOT COME HERE!! My daughter left emotional, in pain and confused as to why these ignorant people scheduled her appointment in the first place!!! Train your staff, get a grip on customer service and DO BETTER next time!! People who come in aren’t just a number, they are human and deserve kindness and respect!

Negative experience: I was treated so awful just now. I had a very emotional break down that caused me to have to leave my job and see an emergency psychiatrist. After waiting over an hour I was connected with the rudest most cold doctor I've ever encountered which have been a LOT. Only to be told after all that she cannot fill out any paperwork for me because she's not comfortable with doing so. I was seriously so shocked as this message was relayed to me with such cold hearted disposition. Needless to say I was hung up on after expressing concern regarding this and I cant stress enough DO NOT GO HERE! ESPECIALLY FOR YOUR MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS.

Fantastic experience: About the same speed and ease of contacting as most physician's offices in this city (if not faster!!) I called on Wednesday and had an appointment within a week. Great place for primary care, especially if you are low income. I had lots of face time with an NP and didn't feel like I was waiting a long time just to be seen. They definitely made me feel comfortable and well cared for.

Negative experience: Everytime I call for anything they never answer the phone iv been on the phone for almost an hour before they answer or it hangs up on me

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE CRAZY. IF YOU ARE IN PAIN THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU ITS DEPRESSION AND THROW PYHC MEDS AT YOU AND REFUSE TO LISTEN YO ANYYHING YOU SAY. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. CANT GET ANY ACTUALLY CARE HERE.

Negative experience: Try calling and no one ever answers. You always get the high call volumes and then can sit on hold forever. Timed it to over 2 hrs once before I just hung up. Been waiting almost 4 months for the nurse to get me a referral. Lost my job because I need the referral so I can get surgery. The only saving grace is i love the dr.

Negative experience: This is one of the worst places I’ve taken my kids too. My sons appointment was at 8:20 and we have been waiting over an hr just to get his shots! I will never bring my kids to this place again!

Negative experience: The office staff here are rude and never answer the phone. I was on hold for over an hr trying to make an appt. After they had called and left a rude voice mail about not being able to refill my meds since it had been 6 months since my last appt. The dr. I see is awesome. But other than that I wouldn't recommend this place.

Negative experience: I set an appointment for 2 o'clock for lab tests. I arrived about 1:55. At 2:35 I noticed that walk-ins were getting called and though I was the first one in I was last in the lobby. I went to the reception desk to inquire what was going on and the first question I was asked was do I have insurance..I had provided my insurance already and was checked in so why this mattered I do not know. Guess they were planning on leaving me to wait longer if I hadn't of had it.. I left as I had to go back to work. My whole lunch hour was ruined. Still have no lab.

Negative experience: If i could give it zero stars i would this place has cancelled my appt several times already when i went it they said it was rescheduled but i never received a call only a text confirming my regular appt does anyone know of another clinic that won't be changing my appt all the time i still haven't seen a doctor smdh.... I've been out of meds for about 4 mths already.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is on a sliding scale for payment. I went today with no income and no insurance and was treated with upmost respect! He took time and really listened! I left feeling hopeful for the first time in awhile! Thank you T Uwimana apnfor treating me with dignity! ❤️

Negative experience: Today I called to get my daughter. She is in server pain. The reseptionist was rude and said the service has gone down and I it wouldn't be. my daughter would not be seenuntil the 8th. I asked why she said because the Physicians are full. I then said their services has gone down and would need to find a new provider. She rudely asked why the ER could not see my daughter. I told her she needs a refural to a specialistAnd only her doctor could do that.Then she said oh okay I can get her in at 9:30 tomorrow.I was like heck it took all that to get my daughter an appointment

Negative experience: They are horrible I was literally five minutes late to my appointment I stood at the window for 15 minutes before I was even seen there were two people in front of me and none of them said anything for 15 minutes and I was in there for an hour filling out paperwork and waiting they waited an hour to tell me that they couldn’t see me because I was five minutes late! They do not tell you this whenever you set up an appointment they wasted my time and I am extremely upset I needed to be seen over something really serious. So I rate this place zero stars if I could

Negative experience: I made an appointment a week ago I had a torn ligament in my right leg I could barely walk. I went in for my appointment yesterday and they told me they canceled my appointment and changed it to a different day. They never called me to communicate, or let me know. They claimed they didn’t have a phone number on file but when I made my appointment they made a profile for me I gave them my information phone number, address and such. Terrible service! I would not even give this place a star.

Negative experience: Doctor Fuentes is an angel of death. Hands out medication that patients should not take. And the office director lies using false information.

Negative experience: I've been in the medical field for 12 years. It is NOT ok to tell others about a potential patient's medical problems. That is in Violation of HIPAA! It's also not ok to corner a patient in a closet with your hand on the door so they can't get around you. Especially after they ask you to let them leave! That is abuse! And against patients rights! I will be reporting this facility.
