Fantastic experience: Hats off to the physical therapist at this location. They are always here for my needs professional /therapy needs, they all go above & beyond & are caring. Facility is clean I would recommend. This is my 2nd time using them & the are just as good as the were 7 years ago!

Fantastic experience: I found APT (on google) after moving from out of state and using many PTs for several years for various things, and this has been the BEST PT office I’ve ever been to. Every single PT, PTA, and staff member are so helpful, professional, and kind. I have seen the best improvement in my health compared to where I have been before. They communicate why they are doing exercises they’re doing, they encourage you, and believe in your healing journey through PT. Fantastic experience: Arlington Physical Therapy is a wonderful to get better! Each of the staff members cares about my overall well being! The therapist are top-notch and the assistants are as well. Owners Guillermo and Ana Marie Guillermo are not only excellent as therapists but they make sure that their staff is well trained and work well together. I’m going to this clinic because of scoliosis and weak in neck and shoulders from neck fusion that happened about 23 years ago. My neck and shoulders are stronger. My pain level has dropped from 8 to a 2 over the course of the past year! I thank God I found this place! I’m very pleased with each therapist I’ve seen, Ana Maria, Guillermo, Zach, Josh, TJ, Debbie, Andrea, with the assistants Jordon, Teresa, Zac, Chalah,…..just cannot go wrong with any of them! And kudos to Hayden at the front desk for his friendly greeting and scheduling. This place brings blessings from the moment you walk in!

Fantastic experience: Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! They saved me from having to pay for an mri and several Dr appointments. Quickly diagnosing the problem and having a treatment plan that saved hundreds of dollars and possibly an unnecessary surgery! So grateful for them.

Fantastic experience: Recently I was invited to visit APT by an aquantance while visiting family in Arlington. I learned more from Guillermo regarding my torn rotator cuff in 45 minutes than I had in three years of visiting an orthopedic surgeon. He gave me a treatment and information regarding what kind of PT I should visit when returning home. I feel this was going above and beyond since he knew I wouldn't be a patient. Fantastic experience: Everyone I have come in contact with at APT has been kind, helpful and calls me by name when they see me. From the front desk where Hayden handles scheduling appointments and completing paperwork so well, to Jordan and Teresa getting me in to see my therapist; as well as, preparing my heatpack and tens unit at the end of the appointments, I could not be treated better. Fantastic experience: This is the second time that I have used APT. I had a hip replacement and needed minimal PT to strengthen some muscles that had atrophied as a result of overcompensating. I was so grateful they were still available. About 5 years ago I was sent to PT for neck pain and migraines after a motor vehicle accident. The first place I was sent to just did not make me feel comfortable so I went back to my physician and asked if there was any other place I could go. They referred me to APT. The difference was night & day. About 2 years ago I was sent again for PT for back pain that really was a bone-on-bone hip that needed replacement. I made the mistake of choosing to use a facility that was convenient for work, the whole time questioning why I didn't just return to APT. After the hip replacement, I was again referred to PT and went straight to APT. I will never go anywhere else again. The one-on-one treatment that you receive is unmatched. Every session begins with hands-on deep tissue release and stretching and ended with TENS and heat therapy. The time was spent teaching me new exercises that I could do at home, with most of the session concentration on using equipment that I would not have available to me otherwise. I felt like that was a more appropriate use of my time than just giving me exercises and leaving me on my own. The patient-to-personnel ratio is very low, either a therapist or a patient tech was assisting me at all times. Their hours of operation were very convenient, I felt like the staff went above and beyond to help accommodate me when I needed to reschedule. They treated each other and the patients with respect. You can tell how good an owner is by how the employees act towards you and each other. Aside from the stellar treatment I also had the satisfaction that I was able to direct my insurance payments towards a small business owned by a husband and wife that cared for their employees and their patients. I will also mention that APT is a faith-based establishment if this is something that is important to you when you are choosing a business to support.

Guillermo and Anna Maria the owners are very expert and very kind and extremely knowledgeable at helping recovery from my 4 surgeries in 2 years! They have excellent staff from the front desk to the therapists TJ, Josh, Zach, Dr John and the techs and helpers Teresa, Sarah,Jordan and Zac are so helpful and always motivating and have worked like the great team they are to help me return to cutting hair and serving my clients!!!

Fantastic experience: I started my treatment with APT over 7 years ago. I was on the verge of getting spinal surgery to address a pinched nerve in my neck. My quality of life was being impacted by numbness in my hands and arm and excruciating pain in my neck and shoulder. I was skeptical that physical therapy would solve my problems. I WAS WRONG!!! I started seeing improvement in the first 30 days of treatment and was back to working out and playing golf within 2 months of starting my treatment. I can't thank Dr Guillermo Morales enough for the amazing results and saving me from having surgery. I've been back to see Guillermo for knee pain and low back pain and had the same great results. Over the past 7 years I've gotten to know the staff at APT and it's a great family environment and the service is FIRST CLASS. Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about AOA. The atmosphere of healing is created through each of the Physical Therapist, the PT techs, and aides positive can-do attitudes. I always feel better after each session that encourages me to keep exercising to get stronger. Fantastic experience: I slammed my shoulder pretty bad but the folks here have been wonderfully attentive with their care recovery has been smooth going. Front desk had everything ready to go and make handling insurance and scheduling so easy. A check-in is such a snap. Once you make your first appointment you won’t be disappointed. Each therapist is so Personable and knowledgeable in their craft, it’s physical therapy I can look forward to every week. It’s personalized care that I can see and feel working! Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed and much appreciated the therapy sessions I have received from APT. They have helped tremendously with my back and spine issues. Having had a bad fall and injury to the back takes some adjustments and lessons to recuperate. I’m very thankful I was referred to APT. Fantastic experience: I have been going to APT for about 3 weeks. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and very amiable. Kristi was cautious with my exercise program until the MRI was read which she explained in more depth than the doctor. My pain started subsiding from my first treatment. Being a retired PTA, I am extremely pleased with their innovative treatments.

Fantastic experience: I have been really pleased with my treatment at Arlington PT! Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and caring. The office staff was also very helpful in getting a referral from my GP so I didn’t have to make an extra appointment with him. Hopefully I won’t need anymore PT after this, but if I do, I’ll definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: I came to APT in 2013 after I suffered a truly traumatic injury to my hand and a fractured femur. Ana Maria and Guillermo took such good and truly loving care of me. I returned this year 2021 with other issues and it was so sweet that both of them remembered me eight years later. Their business has grown a lot and for good reason. I adore TJ and Jordan but don’t tell them I said that! All their staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s a joy going there despite my pain, especially since I’m confident that I will receive much help. I learned of Arlington Physical Therapy from a facebook live webinar with Dr. Guillermo Morales on shoulders and rotator cup. What an awesome and informative video!! The authenticity in the work he does is impeccable. And if you enjoy the video like I did, you will LOVE him in person. Let me tell you -- each step of my way to getting care is impressive. Once you decide this is the place for you and you make the initial appointment, you will not be disappointed. Front desk is amazing. They did the legwork with insurance. You knew what to expect before you committed. All paperwork was emailed to me, made my check-in that much easier. Each Therapist is amazing at their craft. No judgment, just great assistance in getting you back to your optimal health. They genuinely care about your well-being. Don't be afraid to come give them a try. Here you are not just a number, you are a soul who deserves to move pain-free. And these Guys will show you how. When you go please say Hi to Carla, Janie, Jordan,TJ, Teresa and last but not least Guillermo. I cannot reccommend one over the other, they all are amazing!!! Always friendly and ready to aid. You will definitely walk out feeling better than you came. I am 1.5 weeks in my 8 week therapy and my mobility is 75% better than it was. A reduction in pain, inflammation and better strength and agility.

Fantastic experience: I came to APT in February of this year. I developed drop foot, after a Jones Fracture surgery in 2020. Their staff are so friendly and welcome each patient by name. It is a joy going there despite my pain, but the staff is attentive and encouraging the entire time. When I mention staff, I mean the entire staff, beginning with the front desk. The therapists are very knowledgeable and are very encouraging even when you know you are not meeting your goal. When I feel like I am not where I want to be, I always remember the phrase, “It’s okay, you will get there.” I have worked with TJ (the drill sergeant) Marybeth, Lucas and Guillermo and I think I have made progress. 4 weeks ago, I could not lift my foot but now I see some improvements. Fantastic experience: I have been wonderfully pleased with the entire staff at Arlington Physical Therapy. The focus of their treatment is individualized according to the patient’s needs. The atmosphere is always calm and encouraging. They are extremely flexible in altering their approach as the need arises. They are state of the art in their various treatment modalities. I have had tremendous improvement in using their treatment of dry needling. They are diligent in following Covid protocols. I can’t recommend them enough!!

Now I’m into the first week of December and am using the stretching and exercise activities to relieve my back and neck discomfort. I especially appreciate the expertise of T.J. and Josh. Fantastic experience: After total knee replacement and goal to get independent of walker use, the visits from start to finish with the staff at Arlington Physical Therapy were amazing! Very caring and very knowledgeable in what was necessary to become mobile and pain free . Had variety of their services offered and each one was comfortably and professionally perfection! We were very happy with being able to get their services in recovery period and will be going back again for laser and dry needling !

Fantastic experience: The therapists are very knowledgeable and have a deep caring for the patients. Their attitudes show that they care about doing a great job and their abilities cause patients to work harder at getting better. The therapists who worked with me were Jordan and Brett. They got results from me that I didn't think I could accomplish. As with all medical offices, those at the front desk set the tone for the office, and Linda was a bright and cheery asset to the office. She efficiently provides the patients with the necessary paperwork to complete their files in a timely manner, and she is caring and very pleasant to the patients. The techs are cheerful and very professional also. The owner Guillermo is an excellent example to his employees. Overall, this is the type of office that in which I would like to work everyday. Love this group.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this facility for a good while now. Each and every therapist in this facility are so kind caring and capable of serving you. They respect your issues and focus getting you the relief of pain and/or progress to make you a stronger or better you. The facility is extremely clean and tables are wiped down after each patient. There is no or less than 5 minute wait for your appointment.time. I have been to other therapist and have been disgusted. I am now a team '' Arlington Physical Therapy'' patient.

Fantastic experience: My doctor referred me to Arlington Physical Therapy a year ago. I was fortunate to get Kristi as my PT and WOW is she great! With a chronic issue that will never go away, she keeps me on course as requested. She hears my issues and has fresh reminders on how to cope/adjust and feel good all of the time. The staff get my appointment set and don't fret if I need to change. The team is encouraging and always cheerful. It's a great place to be a long-term client. Their insurance claim process is easy and check-in, check-out a non-event. The building has an elevator for those who don't or can't take the steps to the second floor. The doors are handicap accessible/electric. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
