Fantastic experience: Hello, I'd like to express my experiences with such fine level of care. My doctor, Jacob Chun is THE MOST CARING person that I have had. He has good follow -through, he listens to my needs, he is attentive to my health and makes good decisions towards my future care. Dr. JACOB CHUN always conducts himself in a professional manner, he is well- groomed, his staff is professional as well. The office is managed well. I've been a patient of this facility for 3 years and I am very pleased with the staff, management and my doctor. I travel 46 miles one way and it's worth it because they take superior care of me. Dr. Chun has performed bilateral knee surgeries which were good. I have no visible scars. He instructed me to follow his orders and I am maintaining good. Overall, Dr. Chun and his staff are genuine and I couldn't ask for a better doctor and surgeon. He's a blessing... love all the staff. Fantastic experience: I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Paul Chong. He is very thorough, friendly and caring as is his x-ray technician. He answered all my questions without making me feel like he was trying to rush me out of the office. My first visit was a month ago. I had been suffering with knee pain for over a year. By the time I saw Dr. Paul Chong I couldn't even step up on a curb. After an x-ray and an exam Dr. Chong told me the cause of my knee pain was severe arthritis. He gave me an injection in my knee and set me up with physical therapy. Today I went in for my follow up with no pain in my knee. I am very happy to have Dr. Chong as my doctor and I would recommend both him and Family Orthopedics and Rehabilitation to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chun and his staff at Family Orthopedics are amazing. My progression as I recover from a reverse arthroplasty has been more than I ever anticipated. Dr. Chun has an excellent bedside manner and always has a kind word and a smile (through his mask). From Clem to the ladies up front, you may never find a better group to take care of you. Fantastic experience: I would like to say I substained a bad injury requiring ACL/MCL re construction … Not only was I in pain but I was also nervous, every single staff member was extremely nice … upon meeting Dr. Jacob Chung I was in shambles .. DR Chung explained everything to me in full detail, he told me what to expect up to the surgery and even after .. I give Dr. Jacob Chung five plus stars for being such a great Dr and not to mention after surgery I have little to any scars ❤️ He is the best .. I truly thank Dr. Jacob Chung and his entire staff ..

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Henry Chou per good recommendations of a friend. Dr. Chou was friendly but very efficient, explained my situation very clearly and discussed my options, and we agreed to an action plan. I could not ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience: Was referred to Dr. Chou by another doctor for my back pain from herniated discs. He's been great helping me through the past few months with his treatments and consultations, very friendly and responsive in every way!

Fantastic experience: I injured both meniscus in both knees and I went to one surgeon who told me I needed to lose weight before he touched me. I was devastated! My PCP then recommended me to Dr Chun. Him and his staff are amazing! Once he saw me he recommeded surgery. He explained everything to me and has an excellent bedside manner. No weight loss required. He did my first repair In August and I'm due for the next one in a few weeks. He was so good I recommended my husband to him. Plus when I cut my finger I saw him too and he was 100 % correct when he said I cut a nerve which he recommended Dr Lee a hand/nerve specialist and he is just as good as Dr Chun. Thank you Dr. Chun you get a 5 star

Fantastic experience: I had an awesome experience today the doctor spent alot of time with me. MD Paul Chung made me feel comfortable, great bedside manor. I went in thinking surgery is my only option. But they are not out to get your money..if there is no need for surgery they will not do it...we will do further testing to confirm. I will update my post...soon advising the outcome. I hope this is helpful to some one. I recommend FAMILY ORTHOPEDICS

Positive experience: One Patient was allowed in the waiting room without a mask despite the signs-I sat right across from her in the waiting room and then out processed behind her after. Signs also said only patients however each patient in the small waiting room brought a family member. The staff was helpful the X-ray tech was very personable and kind. I received a phone call from them regarding my post which I appreciated and it tells me they care.

Positive experience: Great professionals, not a long appointment. Not bad wait time in lobby either. A tv with facts scrolling pass will be your entertainment. Quick insurance procedure. Nice portal and email updates.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for the courteous service! Each time my boyfriend and I went there after he hurt his foot we always noticed how kind and efficient they were. I wish more people knew about this place, to receive great care and feel better as quickly as possible. They offer so much information, even when being in the waiting room. One leaves so full of knowledge of tips in how to better ones lifestyle. There are also electronic screens on the walls revealing the truths behind the myths about health, for example the myths behind the flu and then provide solutions to take better care of oneself. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience, keep doing what you're doing!

Positive experience: Visit 1: Terrible visit. They close around noon on Fridays so when I got there they were rushing to get people out. Spent an hour and a half waiting then not even 5 minutes with the doctor. He glanced at my xray, had me move my arm a little, then said I had to go somewhere else and get an MRI and sent me out. Visit 2: A lot better. Still had to wait about an hour but, they didn't seem as rushed today. Got a little more interaction from the doctor. They also took note of my review and tried to improve which was very nice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Chong and the staff at Family Orthopedic is an excellent choice. I saw them for a broken collar bone. I had a motorcycle accident that broke my collar bone into 3 places. With their help I'm back at 100%, and most importantly back to riding a motorcycle
