The office makes a conscientious effort to stick to its timetable, but emergencies can happen, and delays occur. If for whatever reason, your appointment time is going to be delayed, we will do everything we can to reach you at the phone number you provided when you made your appointment.

AOA Orthopedic Specialists provides 24-hour phone scheduling.  Our scheduling department takes calls all day, every day of the year.  Special consideration in overriding lack of appointment availability can be achieved during normal business hours by members of our on-site staff.  If you feel your urgent needs are not being met please do not hesitate to ask to speak with a manager.
