Fantastic experience: My uncle spent nearly 30 days at this facility. Our family has no complaints. Jessica/Sandra from Admissions, Ms. Tami and the entire D1 Unit Staff, Ms. Angel - Social Worker, Mr. Michael and PT Staff, Ms. Jackie - Activity Director, Dietary and Housekeeping all were very professional and showed great compassion and patiences towards my uncle. They were all attentive to his needs and anytime we had questions they were available for answer. Unfortunately my uncle passed away but before he did he got transferred to A2 Unit. He enjoyed being there he was able to meet other residents and share much laughter. Ms. H and her staff welcome him with open arms and showed the same compassion as D1. Although my uncle wasn't able to partake in a lot of the activities Crestview offer however we did get to enjoy the movie and popcorn night. This facility is very clean and conveniently located to Walmart, restaurants and hotels which was a BIG plus for my family. Thank you so much for caring for my uncle and making sure we as a family were comfortable. We will definitely recommend this facility. The Collins Family

Fantastic experience: My mother has been at Crestview since May 2023. Our family has experienced nothing but 100% care and support from ALL the staff at this facility, especially LaTonya. It seems to be more than a “job” for the staff here, they treat it as their ministry with the way they show love to each of their residents. Thank you Crestview for going above and beyond for my mom, it has made this transition into a new season of life for all of us that much smoother.

Fantastic experience: I worked for Crestview as a traveling nurse. This is one of the best experiences I had in a rehabilitation and long-term care facility. The administration especially CARE about the residents and the staff. I attended meetings specifically geared toward training the staff to provide great customer care to the residents. Administration visits the residents as well. Their doors are always open. The nurses on the floor are being pushed to provide a greater quality of care to the residents. The Dr's and nurse practitioners are always available. The culture in the community is slowly changing and the goal of this community is to be 5-Star AGAIN! I'm so glad to have been a part of the strong leadership at Crestview and am looking forward to the turnaround in this facility. I recommend that only the best apply to be staff here.

Fantastic experience: Mac40bully is my disgruntled brother making false allegations about Crestview they have been very good to my parents. He's real food a complaining about everything,and calling police

Positive experience: Crestview has provided consistent care for my brother for over three years. Their service is also a service to my family and is greatly appreciated. There have been concerns over the years however, the staff has responded in a professional and caring manner.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for rehab towards independence, this is the place. They coax you to progress in your own wellness/healing. Professional staff, well lit, clean, therapy and scheduled activities. Some patients are miracles in motion. Your progress is eventually up to you. Visitors are encouraged.
