Cleveland Clinic - Sports Medicine Center

Fantastic experience: Had outpatient surgery today with the ambulatory surgery center. Nurses were phenomenal, anesthesiologist listed to my worries and made sure he took extra care with me. Did a block prior to the OR and talked though the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable, block was so good that I came out of surgery not needing any pain meds whatsoever. Staff in the OR were caring and made sure I knew everything happening, down to the anesthesia going in the IV. PACU nurse was the same as pre op, which made it more comfortable as she knew all about me. I was in and out in 4 hours, and I am still pain free from the block..

Positive experience: I’m giving this review a 5 for the nurse, Rachel and Sharita , and a 1 for the Dr. I made an appointment with Dr Menachi to get a knee injection because my dr is no longer there. When I got there I was told he didn’t do knee injections but the nurse said she would check. How are you a knee orthopedic dr and don’t do cortisone shots? Anyway, the nurse came back and confirmed he didn’t do them instead of him coming in to see me and to tell me himself. I thought that was very unprofessional. Fortunately she was able to get me in with another dr about 45 min later, unfortunately I was not able to go back to work and I don’t get paid for time missed. This should have been told to me on the phone. I probably will not be keeping Cleveland Clinic to treat my knee, even if I eventually get a knee replacement.

Fantastic experience: I had right knee surgery today, after my first consultation they got me in right away knowing that I was in pain. I was very nervous today and the surgical team did everything to make me very comfortable and important. I could of not asked for a better team. Prayers and will wishes to them all.

Fantastic experience: Appointment was easy to make, check in done with computers in the lobby. The X-ray department was quick and employees were very nice. Doctors were very thorough and took their time, giving good explanations and options for therapy/recovery. Would definitely recommend. Saw Dr Miniaci.

Fantastic experience: The son's high school football trainer referred us here for a shoulder X-ray. Ortho Express drop in hours start at 4:30pm and I was expecting a long wait. Amazingly, in an out in about 30 minutes.
