Fantastic experience: Courteous and professional. From when I walk in the front desk always let's me know I'm checked in and are so helpful with printing off appointments. My therapist is helping me to feel better and I am so glad I chose PT over surgery. He has assigned me exercises I will continue to do after I'm done with PT. Thankyou Dr. Martin Busch for helping me to build strength and to feel confident that I can heal.

Fantastic experience: I had a big ol' hip pain to where I literally had to roll out of bed. Erin is helping me strengthen those gluts and core area. I feel so much better and no more pain. I will keep doing all the exercises she gave me to get strength and keep it. She's very knowledgeable and makes it fun. I totally recommend Total Function.

Fantastic experience: Total Function PT (Research Location)is the best place for comprehensive rehabilitation and mitigation for muscle or nerve pain/weakness. Although all of the staff are all consummate professionals, STACEY GRESHAM is a dedicated practitioner who has a true gift for healing. She created an amazing home exercise program to allow me to maintain progress I made during our visits. PT has allowed me to undo some nerve entrapment in my right elbow and nerve compression in my neck which was causing pain and sensory issues in my extremities. I stay away from addictive drugs to resolve these issues because it only masks these symptoms- true healing takes targeted work. IF you are serious about getting well and participating faithfully in your PT program, Stacey is the lady for you. She is very popular (rightly so) so book your appointments early! ASHLYN is the best office manager and deserves a raise. She works tirelessly to make sure patients are not hit with surprise bills from insurers and understand how many visits are covered. JEN was a great administrative assistant and certainly deserves her recent promotion.

Fantastic experience: I seen Jen. All the time and she is the best. She definitely knows her stuff and is the best PT out there. I've had a few surgeries and have seen a few therapists and now I wont see anyone else but Jen she has a great personality and definitely takes care of her patients and is interested in their care. She always goes above and beyond for her patients.

Fantastic experience: Great experience. Initially went in with terrible biceps tendinitis, pathology in my AC joint, and popping in my SC joint with pain throughout my shoulder. Was assigned to Dr. Katie Kinsinger who diagnosed me with a collar bone that had frozen and an improperly moving AC joint. It took a series of appointments, but through physical manipulation, strength exercises, and targeted dry needling, all of the popping in my AC joint is gone, the rotator cuff eased out (which I didn’t even know I had a problem with), and I’m back in the gym and rock climbing. I was skeptical about dry needling at first, bu Dr. Katie made a believer out of me!

Fantastic experience: I began seeing David for shoulder and back pain stemming from old injuries which were aggravated by becoming a mother and caring for my child. After seeing him for a few months and implementing the at home exercisers my pain was greatly diminished and I was able to do tasks I wouldn't have dreamed of doing before going to see him! Such as hiking with my child in a backpack carrier. I have been to multiple PTs and chiropractors over the years yet never saw relief. I admire the holistic approach to care at Total Function and the friendliness and care towards their patients, I highly recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Due to SI joint issues, I painfully limped into Total Function...a few short months later, I I skipped out of there pain-free! David Canales (Doctor of Physical Therapy) was extremely thorough, perceptive, and personable. He properly diagnosed my lower back/SI joint issues, provided the most appropriate treatment during each appointment, and prescribed the workout program that helped get me back to the physical condition I wanted to be. I couldn't have asked for more.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to come for your PT needs.. very friendly and helpful and understanding. The dry needling has given me my life back, I'm no longer having to use a cane and my lower back and sciatic pain has greatly improved. The pool therapy gave me better range of motion and increased my stamina and mobility. Katy my PT was a great help, i would highly recommend her to any3needing PT

Fantastic experience: I have lived with constant and severe pain resulting from a failed back surgery for 13 years. I have participated in many physical therapy treatments (From SEVERAL LOCAL PT Companys), throughout the years, and can tell you that the "treatments," not only caused more pain but, they also, failed to help relieve any pain, or correct ANY of the issues I have had to deal with...UNTIL NOW: Total Function (I attend their North Springs Office & Pool Therapy, but they have a South Colorado Springs Office as well) Physical Therapy is AMAZING...I am dealing with a lot of pain, and more pain then I was (in different areas), but, it is due to releasing all kinds of knots, tightness, and other issues on, near, or around my surgical site/and surrounding areas. My Therapist, Katie is truly a Gem. Not only is she very professional, she is kindhearted (I can tell she cares, this is an important aspect to me because in other PT firms, I really was regarded as just a number, and a standard set of exercises were used for everyone else, was also used for me "the cookie cutter" mentality, that we were all the same, and of course PT is so much about tailoring a treatment plan to a specific individual's needs, and Total Function treats me and my unique set of circumstances, as an individual) Katie is also EXTREMELY knowledgeable and well trained, for example, she has used several different techniques, to aid in improving my pain levels. She is so awsome, that when 2 of my other Dr.'s wanted me to get some more PT, I asked (begged) to be sent to Total Function, and am now with Katie more. I am seriously grateful for the opportunity to receive help from such an amazing, well trained/educated, as well as talented young individual! And, having been around their North Office, as well as the Pool, I have met, spoken to a great, professional, and caring group of people (Stacy has been quite helpful, and I have only EVER seen the Therapists hard at work with patients)! Asland, the Office Manager, ensures everything runs smoothly. If you (or someone you know) is in need of ANY type of Physical Therapy, and aren't sure where to go, save yourself lots of time and trouble and go to Total Function, as they are the best and will not disappoint you!

Fantastic experience: I came here for a pinched nerve in my neck that caused my arm to fall asleep several times an hour. After several sessions with Katie my pain was gone and I felt 100% again. She was amazing and gave me a great maintenance plan so it hopefully doesnt happen again. Wonderful service and great staff!

Fantastic experience: I came to Total Function after having a lumbar back fusion. Just the slightest touch was painful, my leg muscles had become weak from years of living with spondylolisthesis and my tailbone continually wanted to roll back to the position it was before surgery. The therapists were very patient and attentive to my needs. They continued to work with my back, legs and tailbone relieving the pain and providing simple exercises to regain my strength. Each visit they assess your progress and continue to work areas of concern. They were kind and compassionate and I am very grateful for the care I received! Excellent experience!

Fantastic experience: I have gotten therapy here for multiple different injuries that I have acquired in my overly active lifestyle. The staff is very nice and competent with a wide array of different techniques to try. They also taught me about my body and connections, helping me understand my injuries to a deeper level and having a better connection with my body. I will be coming back the next time I inevitably hurt myself in some way.

Fantastic experience: I came to Total Function Physical Therapy because I had extreme pain in my lower back and restricted movement. I started seeing results after two weeks of therapy and after three months all my pain was gone and I had full mobility. I learned several exercises to do at home that helped fix my back and prevent future injuries.
