Fantastic experience: I was referred to Creed Family Therapy in May 2021. Kelly, Rebecca, and Sharae were always in the best disposition to listen, provide support and make the necessary accommodation so I could fulfill my goals of jogging and horseback riding again. After a year in physical therapy and two surgeries, I have reached my goals. My appreciation and love for this team go above and beyond. I will miss you all!

Fantastic experience: A couple of years ago my son worked with Sharae’ Carter for physical therapy on his legs for several months. She did a great job, was very kind and motivating for him. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Creed Family Physical Therapy by our son’s pediatrician due to him not walking. We met with Dr. Carter for nearly 11 months and she was able to build our son’s motor skills, balance and abilities far beyond the level he started at. Her availability was amazing, she was always flexible when we needed to switch his appointments around and both doctors were super friendly! Unfortunately we have since moved from the area, but if we had the choice to use Freed for all of our physical therapy needs, we would! 100/10 recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have gone to Creed Family Physical Therapy Center. After seeing the incredible results that my husband had after working with Dr. Freed after my husband's back fusion, I decide to go there as well. As of today, my husband is pain free, and I am currently working with Dr. Freed to be able to recover from a bulging disc and problems with my facet joints in level 1 and level 2. Dr. Freed helped me to recover from horrible muscles spasm with dry needling. I have tried massages without results. She also designed a specific exercise routine that is helping me with the recovery of my bulging disk.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful for Creed family Physical therapy! I had an old Achilles’ tendon injury that wasn’t healing and thanks to A regimen of ultrasound, deep needling, stretching and exercise I am headed in right direction after only 4 treatments! I didn’t realize I had scar tissue inhibiting my range of motion. I’m now able to start running again! Thanks for helping me reach my goals!
