Fantastic experience: Daniel is very good at what he does. I lossed feeling in my right index finger, thumb and middle finger. I have seen him now 4 times and I have some feeling back. When it comes to the nerve system Daniel can help, using dry needle, he can get you back on track. I highly recommend Anthem physical therapy to any one needing physical therapy. I all but gave up that I would never get feeling back in my finger. I cant wait till i can touch an object and tell what it is. I am now more optimistic and hopeful thanks to Anthem physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is a friendly and kind Physical Therapist that had worked with me. He is caring and understanding and lets you know what might be going on with your body. He talks to you and treats you like your someone and wants to know how you feel. He also works with you one on one and always remembers what he is treating you for. He is the best Physical Therapist I ever had. I will go back to him again if I need to. I highly recommend him. Try him he is GREAT!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan was by far the best physician that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was so tired of going to other doctors and just getting the " take this pill and come back in month " response. Dr. Dan immediately got to work on my shoulder injury and within a 20 min visit the pain in my shoulder was gone as well as my neck. The entire visit he was explaining to me every thing he was doing and why it was important. He even went as far as writing down my girlfriends name just to make sure he can greet her by name during the next visit. Personable, Knowledgeable, and Caring. 5/5 stars would recommend to absolutely everyone !!!! Go see Dr. Dan immediately !!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dan is one of the most kind, caring, and knowledgeable medical professionals I have ever met. I had bad pain and was unable to use my right hand, and he was able to help me relieve my pain and use it again. I also enjoyed his dry needling and how knowledgeable he is when it comes to explaining what causes the pain I was experiencing as well as how to prevent it. Overall, I can't recommend Dr. Dan enough and if you need physical therapy definitely check him out!! :)

Fantastic experience: I called Dr. Dan to get a functional capacity evaluation exam done, which is very expensive, Dr. Dan went out of his way and found out that I needed a much cheaper exam done, he saved me a lot of money! Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Anthem Physical Therapy for anyone who needs drug free pain relief or physical therapy. I get dry needling treatments once a week for my arthritis pain in my fingers and for my chronically stiff and painful neck. I have had pain in my neck for over 25 years and nothing seemed to help before. I was told that this pain just comes with age. After trying dry needling I realized that there is a remedy out there that not too many people know about. Dry needling treatments are extremely helpful in relieving my pain instantly and they last for about a week or a week and a half. The treatments are very affordable, drug free and I finally found something that actually works for my pain without poisoning the rest of my body. Dan Seubert is a great doctor and his treatments help me live a better life.

Fantastic experience: I was privledged to have met Daniel via my NP. I had extreme shoulder pain (do hair, eyelashes and medical billing). So I use my arms/hands a lot! It was suggested to try dry needling. My pain was probably 7-8 and I couldn't sleep very well. After 3 visits with Daniel my pain is pretty much gone! I can't recommend him enough! He is very knowledgeable, patient and really cares about helping people! Thank you so much Daniel!
