I’ve been to other physical therapy but did not stick with it as I was getting no relief and the environment was uncomfortable.. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: New Stride is an excellent facility offering PT and OT, Massage, Pilates, Yoga and Dry Needling. I am very pleased with my progress, lessening my pain and discomfort. I am also increasing my muscular strength and endurance with their targeted treatment methods. The entire group of professionals and staff go above & beyond to help each individual!

Fantastic experience: Great one on one Physical Therapy compared to larger "Therapy Mills" that don't even know your name. They truly know their clientele and personally care for you. Don't even think about larger P.T. places that one therapist tells you an exercise and walks off then another comes up and ask you what you've done.
