Fantastic experience: As a physician, I can be kinda picky when it comes to my own care. Shea PT was flawless!! I felt welcomed and was treated kindly, with some much needed care due to a back injury. EVERYONE was nice and friendly and helpful and EFFECTIVE in my treatment. I loved the equipment used - with some tolerable use and support for my even minimal relief (at times at the beginning). The treatments were affordable, gentle, and helpful in getting me back up to speed so I could return to work and more normal movements again. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO!!! "Dr. Dee"

Fantastic experience: I have nothing but praise and high reviews for Shea Therapy. I'm very pleased with Leah, my therapist. She's with me the whole time I'm there instructing and watching me to make sure I'm doing everything the correctly. I've been to other PT places, but nothing like this place where you get one one. I have highly recommended to my friends already. Oh, and I feel improvement at 3 visits already.

Fantastic experience: Sheila is the best hand therapist. She was able to explain things to me very well, showed my progress, and got me back on the basketball court very fast. The staff here is friendly and welcoming and I recommend any athlete and any individual to work with Sheila (OT) or Talal (PT).

Fantastic experience: Excellent staff. Giselle, Mari and Talal are extremely competent, patient, caring. Wonderful people! Friendly front receptionist staff too! Heartily recommend Shea as a great place. The facility is clean and throughly sanitized. My rehab is going great giving me more strength with considerably less pain and discomfort. Go Shea!

Fantastic experience: I have spent the past 3 months with Shea Physical Therapy and we have made great progress with my ACL and meniscus surgery. All of the staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. Talal and Giselle are the absolute best, I don’t know what I would have done without them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Robert Pena was excellent in getting my left knee back to pre-surgery status. He used the correct exercises and gave me exercises to help strengthen both knees. The after PT exercises are helping me to continue getting stronger. Thanks again for your support.

She is awesome and did an excellent job evaluating, supervising and demonstrating all my therapy. She answered my questions and provided me with extensive knowledge of my injury. Fantastic experience: Pass experiance turned me off to therapy howeve Robert Pena changed all that. He is the go to guy. He explains every exercise and why it's being done, great attitude and listens with empathy. Will not go to any other in the future. Coworkers are there to step in and are never a step away. Love these people.

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased and extremely happy in getting my Physical Therapy at Shea Physical therapy. Just opening the door I get welcomed by Genesis with a smile. My therapist, Talal, Giselle are super. Making sure that I was doing OK. Very friendly. They are very dedicated to their work and again very concerned about me. I never had a boring day. There was also a student by the name of Gabby. She was wonderful . Very friendly and she also possessed the same traits that Talal and Giselle have. Fantastic experience: After a oral cancer operation, Anita took me from eating my meals through a straw and being in almost constant pain to being pain free and eating normally. What a blessing.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Leah Lemon, PT. She listened and tailored my exercises to my changing needs from sciatica to meniscus pain. She explained the focus of each exercise and quickly adjusted if needed. She shared professionally and personally which made her a joy to work with. Fantastic experience: When I first went to see Robert Pena, I could barely lift my arm due to a SLAR tear in my left arm. Due to their expert care and patience, I now have a most full range of motion and continuing to improve. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and where we were going with the treatment. I could not have had the improvement without them (Robert and Alex)). Great place, and very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Leah Lemon is the best! Bright, cheerful, professional, knowledgeable! And, you should have seen my doctor’s face when I showed him what I could do! He was very impressed with my progress! Also I’ve heard stories about how painful physical therapy is—-that was not my experience at all!

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST care at Shea Therapy! My PT, Robert, got me back on my feet just in time to attend my concerts and Washington DC vacation earlier this year when I had to rehab my knee. More recently, Robert helped rehab my shoulder. I can now bake and get through my day without any shoulder pain. My therapy sessions were never the same and always more challenging to build my strength, range of motion, and endurance! The staff was always friendly and they always maintained a positive atmosphere for their patients. Thank you Robert and the Shea Therapy staff for your excellent care!

Fantastic experience: If you were looking for a physical therapy facility that is full of caring, happy, experience, people Shea Physical Therapy is the place to go!! From the moment you step in the door until you leave, it is all about you. My husband has been having Physical Therapy there and we are thrilled with the care he's receiving. I accompany him and am treated so well too. The office staff it's always smiling and helpful. Our therapist Robert Pena really takes great care of him-great personality & really works to help him to get better. Robert even posed for a pic for my water aerobics class traveling mermaid Tahita. LOL! Scheduling is always made around our life. I personally have been to many physical therapy facilities in the Coastal Bend and was satisfied with all of them, but this one tops the charts.

Fantastic experience: After 4 years and numerous therapists to treat my lymphedema, I feel fortunate to have found Anita and Hilda at Shea PT. We have found solutions in management of my lymphedema that have greatly improved my day to day life. Anita constantly personalized my treatment and has found solution to issues that i have. Hilda has been great in making sure I am comfortable throughout treatment. Anita has founded a Support Group for those of us suffering from lymphedema to discuss problems and share ideas on problem solving. Front office staff is always friendly, professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Shea PT for abt 7 weeks so far and have worked very closely with Mari and Paige. Mari is very sweet and has helped me tremendously with Paige's guidance as I am getting better daily. As for the ladies at the front office, they are all so kind and polite. They greet you when you come in and also when you leave. I couldn't ask for a more pleasing experience and would strongly recommend anyone to get their PT there. TY.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful experience working with Leah Lemon, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS. When I first arrived at Shea Physical Therapy, my arm mobility was almost non-existent. Leah's expertise, knowledge and techniques got me to where I needed to be. So happy she worked with me and gave me the necessary tools (home exercises) I needed to be able to move again. She is extremely thorough and is quite good at what she does. THANK YOU LEAH and THANK YOU SHEA PHYSICAL THERAPY for getting me back to normal!!!

Fantastic experience: My grandmother Mary Russell went to therapy here and had a wonderful experience. All the staff are very respectful and kinda along with the facility being clean and spotless. Also want to give a special thanks to Robert and Alex that worked with her. They were amazing. I would highly recommend them and this facility to anyone and will have her doctor send her here again when she needs it.

Fantastic experience: So listen. Look. I know you've probably read the other reviews and think "are they really that good?" am I right? Let me tell you from personal experience, you are in good hands with Shea and his team. I highly recommend Robert and Alex, they've greeted me, were courteous, listened to my concerns and helped me focus on what hurt the most. With their help and at home exercises I have regained strength in my knee.

Fantastic experience: Shae Physical Therapy was like visiting Cheers where everyone knows your name. They all are like family. Joyce was like a sister as were Paige, Blakelynn and I have to mention Robert Peña When I began therapy I wanted to escape for I was scared of using my leg but that soon passed. Fantastic experience: All i can say is THANK YOU ROBERT AND ALEX! I came in for rehab on a knee replacement, and I am able to do things now that wasn’t able to do before the surgery. I had some issues with my straightening and bending my knee correctly for many years; the surgery was able to do so much, but Robert and Alex worked with patience and compassion and determination to help me get my knee back to normal. I will be doing my other knee after the first of the year and I will be going back to Shea Physical Therapy and I will be asking for Robert and Alex, my therapy rock stars.

They were so considerate and patient, while also pushing me and challenging me to get better at a healthy rate, as fast and safe as possible. Fantastic experience: Michelle Antoni is an excellent therapist. I give her 10 stars. She is friendly, caring and very professional. When I started with her I was in excruciating pain and now I feel so much better because of her. I can't stress enough what a great job she has done with me.
