Fantastic experience: My wife recently had a stroke and from hospital to Windsor rehabilitation center the staff there was great treated us like family I would just love to thank them from the bottom of our hearts ty vm most appreciated ❤️

Fantastic experience: I will like to recognize Tajia Amparon. She is a very caring and attentive CNA. She is always willing to go beyond the call of duty for our residents…. Tajia always makes sure that her hall and residents are well taken care for. She always has a big smile and good attitude!

Fantastic experience: It is a great place I work there as house keeper residents love to talk us as we clean the rooms I see the nurses working hard the office stuff is always nice too want to want to recognize 2 of my co workers Rachelle and Pamela they both really hard working people and I want to recognize the boss Algeree she is rock star she helps a lot

Fantastic experience: Well to start off I love my job love talking with the residents also my coworkers. Not to mention my boss Olga Rios I've been working with Olga for 19 years she thought me so much and also she's always help us out when we need her.i thank her for all she does. My self I've been here for ten years and hopping for many more years if God's willing.

Fantastic experience: Lupita, one of the cna’s is such an all round worker. Always willing to help others, pick up extra hours, trustworthy, and such a caring person. I’m glad I’m able to call her a fellow co worker.

Fantastic experience: It’s so easy for someone to walk into a place and see one bad thing and post a negative review. I have worked at Windsor Corpus for two years and I have seen the struggles that our staff went through day in and day out with covid. We lost so many employees who decided they did not want to take the risk of working in healthcare or they just decided to follow the money and travel. Today I want to acknowledge the staff that stuck it out during the hardest times and when we needed them most. People like Foxy, Diana, Rebecca, Bettye, Jessica, Maya, Lupita, Maria, Herlinda, Rosalie, Sherri, Sonia, Velvet, and Alannah show me time and time again their compassion for our residents. Come to see your loved one once a year and you may perhaps find them soiled. Come see us regularly and you will be able to see the same compassion that I do in our staff and you will see that we will work on fixing any issues that arise.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new hire nurse and this facility is always clean and smells nice. My fellow nurses work as a team to make sure our patients are taken care of and their needs are met. I want to recognize Maya our night shift nurse for always helping out and going the extra mile to disinfect our work stations, not only hers but everyone else's.

Fantastic experience: As an employee here at Windsor I must say I’m glad to be part of a wonderful team. We have some great Administrative staff, ADONs Christal and Jennifer are awesome, we can always count on them when we need an extra hand. My nurse Foxy, med aide Sandra do an awesome job with the patients and are very helpful on the hall. Also I’d like to give some recognition to housekeeping staff Rachelle and Nacole for doing an awesome job in keeping the rooms nice and clean.

Fantastic experience: I've worked in long term care for 19 years. I've worked here at Windsor Corpus Christi for 3 years and have had the privilege of working with some amazing coworkers. I could go on and on about how well everyone works from the front door receptionist and office personal to housekeeping that keep our home smelling clean and amazing to laundry that helps keep our residents looking nice and spiffy to dietary that keeps our loved ones healthy and happy. To all of the caring cna's that are the back bone to the amazing nurses. And awesome therapy team that keep your loved ones moving and pain free to maintaince that keeps our building a safe place to live and work. I'm not mentioning anyone in particular because there is no I in Team. But there is an I in FAMILY. And I feel like that's what we have here. But the real MVPS are the family members that allow us the privilege of taking care of your family, and for welcoming us into your family as well. It's truly been an honor

Fantastic experience: I run the Robert Villegas Foundation and I work with Gracia Hospice. I go into several buildings in our area and I am very impressed with the care they provide and the hospitality of the staff when I am there. Patients and staff always appear happy and willing to help. Patient care is truly their priority.

Fantastic experience: I recently began working at Windsor Nursing & Rehab. This is a terrific place to work. The staff is outstanding and they are all great team players. Each department treats the residents with kindness and compassion. I want to express my gratitude to Ashley and Teresa for the excellent training they have consistently offered. I am confident that my choice of employer is excellent!

Fantastic experience: I worked a few places myself and this home has been over a 10 year stay for me.. All places and I do mean all have ups and down… when you learn to work together and form a good rapport with the family and residents nothing else matters.. I want to acknowledge Mary with activities for being patient and truly caring with the residents of the home.. Rather you know it or not, I have watched you go up and down the halls and communicate with the patients and giving them the things they need or want without any issue. The time you spend with those who hardly get visitors is heart warming. Your patience is greater than any I’ve seen. Thank you for being exactly who you are. you are awesome!!!! And then there’s our HR Janie Ramirez wears the crown of excellence.. why? Well because she is approachable, greets you with a smile, problem solver, and never had an issue with my pay. So yes she does an excellent job… Top of the line!!! Thank you for being you….

Fantastic experience: As an nurse I am so glad I decided to move to Windsor after being with another facility for 3 years. The nursing staff is amazing and always there to help whether it’s with the residents or other staff members. The DON Melissa truly cares about her residents and staff. She always answers the phone when you need some support. Comes in early to make sure she knows all 3 shifts and how she can help them. I am truly happy to be apart of this team and facility.

Fantastic experience: Hi. I just wanted to say that my aunt used to be a resident here. And another aunt of mine Cathy currently is still employed at Windsor. I think that the staff try their best to provide the best care possible. I've seen first hand the caring and compassionate people whom work very hard for their residents and the families. I just want to say Thank You.

Fantastic experience: As an employee here I will say it is a great place to work. I am about to complete 10 years of employment, and though I can't speak for everyone I can say I love my residents. Nursing facilities are hard on people in general either as a job or as a resident but I will say this is one of the best places in town. I can also speak as a family member whom has had loves ones placed here, my sister was here and was loved by so many, my aunt has been a returning resident whom has stayed 3 times and I am sure will return if need be and finally my husband has also needed services.. all in all best nursing facility in town by far!

Fantastic experience: It is easy to walk into a business/facility and find things you don’t like about it. However, spend a day in our shoes and you will quickly trust our staff and see the compassion we have for our residents. Caring for the elderly is not an easy job and I most definitely appreciate and respect the hard work I see out on the floors daily from the nurses and cnas. We may not work at the pace that an outsider may want us to work at but we can guarantee that each resident is treated with respect and compassion. As the social worker here in the facility along with all the managers we will ensure your loved ones receive the nurturing care they deserve. We each wear our crowns straight and learn from each other daily to continue to provide excellent care to our residents. A special shout out to Rhonda (assessment nurse) who over sees our long-term patients. I can always TRUST that she is well informed of the needs of our long-term residents. She ensures their overall needs are being met from receiving the appropriate type of rehab to ensuring their diets match the nutritional recommendations related to their medical history.

Fantastic experience: I've worked for Windsor 8 years now and I absolutely love love being part of an awesome team. The teamwork here is undeniably stupendous and the care offered by staff is superb. I wouldn't trade my employment here for any other facility in the world.

Fantastic experience: I have worked at Windsor Corpus for 9 yrs, many of those years have been spent working with Diana(charge nurse). Our Windsor family is lucky to have her on our team. She is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, dependable, and takes ownership of her hall. I believe any patient she has cared for would agree. Fantastic experience: As a young nurse, I’m thankful for the training and willingness to teach from Diane. She excels at attention to detail and responds to situations as they arise accordingly. Whenever I need guidance, she’s definitely the first person I go to.

Fantastic experience: The nursing department is absolutely amazing!! The staff all hold such a high regard to patient advocacy. The attention to details is what sets this facility apart from others. You notice it in the diligence and level of care they take with each individual task. Even the receptionist, Harlie, greets you with such a smile, you instantly feel welcomed. It is just a positive and friendly experience from the moment you walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: I’ve worked here for 3 years… I must say having Melissa as our DON has been such a blessing. She really does care, about not only the residents but her STAFF! Her work Ethic in my eyes does NOT go unnoticed. She’s definitely a rockstar and a great asset to this facility. All the nurses I’ve worked with in these past 3 years have been nothing but amazing! My nurses Jessica, Emilee and Maya at night really shine bright and care for our patients like no other. Their ability to multitask and take on all that comes with a shift, really amazes me! They too are superheroes! Janie in HR has always been there for me as well, she has never let me down. Any concern I had, she’d make sure she’d get an answer for me. Christal and Kelly our ADONs have also been part of the backbone of this facility! They truly are Angels and continue to strive for success here at the work place. They really do make it feel like home. Overall I love my work place and I hope to grow and gain knowledge as days go by.

Positive experience: I am reading all these comments and you can clearly see upper management complimenting each other. What about the front line staff?? I can say, I had a relative there recently and the CNA's on 300 were great. Amanda, Rosa, Patricia and Felicity were always attentive and you could tell they were very compassionate for their job. They truly deserve a raise, for sure! The nurse Diana, juan, and Rebecca are awesome nurses. Overall the facility is beautiful and clean.

Fantastic experience: As a vendor, this facility has great smiling employees from the time you enter in the front lobby to the nurses station. The facility never has a smell and always looks clean. Nurse Diana and Rachel are always wonderful. Great Job!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: This facility has come a long ways.. From losing staff to traveling agencies. They surely have see their struggles with nurses/CNA's. I am glad to hear that they are well staffed. Kuddos to HR for competing with competitive wages. Mary Jane is a top notch administrator. I love that she empowers her department mangers and recognizes the value of each person. It really shows that she is a leader of an AWESOME TEAM!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a PRN Nurse at Windsor and have been a nurse in long-term care for 11 years. This facility is one of the cleanest places I have worked at. I always see the Housekeeping staff working so diligently. Residents, staff, and families appreciate the polished and shining environment. All of the faculty at Windsor treat each resident with compassion, respect, and empathy. For example, CNA Pat consistently anticipates patients' needs and remembers to follow up when needed. I see her providing a nurturing environment when caring for residents. Pat is an outstanding person, and where’s the crown of Trust.

Fantastic experience: I have been a resident here for a few months and things are great. The staff is very helpful. Everyone here seems to really care for the people like me who live here. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone either needing therapy services or needing some help and can no longer live on their own. Windsor Corpus is the place to go.

Positive experience: As a nurse I found the administration and nursing staff to be very caring, compassionate, and ready to help all the residents. We have a very caring DON Missy and has done an amazing job staying on top of everything that needs to be done. We have have wonderful CNA's that care and respect our residents. I love my job there and everyone does their best for all the residents ❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I have been working at Windsor for 7 years and I love being apart such a great company and awesome family! In addition, I really want to recognize our Social Worker, Roxana. She always goes the extra mile for our residents and making sure their needs are being taken care of. Love that she drops whatever she is doing to talk to a resident that stops by her office. Her compassion for her job really shows!

Fantastic experience: As one of the newer hires at Windsor I can honestly say it is a great place to work. The team work the staff show is amazing & it is very comforting to know they are all there to help when the time is needed. I received wonderful training, the Adon’s (Christal & Jenn) & DON (Melissa) are always there for me day or night no matter what. Nurse Skyler is one of the most passionate & caring people I know. She always advocates for the residents & family members. She goes above & beyond everyday. I’m so glad I get to work with her each day. I made the right choice in transferring to this facility.

Fantastic experience: My wife stayed here for a month (Nov-Dec 2109) while she received wound care and rehabilitation. She suffers from advanced dementia and therefore required continuous care. The staff (physicians, managers, nurses, CNAs and housekeeping) is wonderful, caring and were always available. They truly care for their patients whether they are short-term or long-term residents. Their job is very demanding and these caregivers are true heroes in my book. I stayed with my wife during the day and I got to know some of the staff very well so I can attest to their diligence in care giving. As to some of the negative comments on housekeeping, I will say that it is a challenge keeping everything spic-and-span considering the amount of traffic and demand on the facility. They do the best that they can and they do a pretty good job. I would recommend this place because of the loving staff; they’re top-notch.
