Fantastic experience: I KNOW physical therapy... and Barrow's is amazing! Do you need/demand aggressive treatment like me? Barrows has it! Are you new to physical therapy and need to ease into it? Barrows has it. They listen and they know their way around the human body, and thats exactly what you need when you require PT! Work hard and you'll get better! Fantastic experience: Barrows P/T is a great place in central Fresno for your therapy needs. Staff is very friendly and they know my daughter and address her by name at every visit. The therapists are very considerate and compassionate towards my special needs daughter and adapt the therapy sessions to meet her temperament and tolerance. We have been coming here since 2014 and will keep coming back as long as my daughter needs therapy.

Fantastic experience: I was 68 years and had both knees replaced with titanium and plastic. I was a tennis player before and Barrows took note of that to the extent of modifying some of the therapy to the aim of returning me to the tennis court. I benefited greatly from the specialized care and the friendly encouragement I received at Barrows and I recommend them highly to anyone who would ask me. I am now scampering around the tennis court as well as anyone my age could rightly expect.

Fantastic experience: Almost all the staff are friendly, and they're professional. I had the pleasure to work with Rachel who's very caring and knowledgeable. She's really hands-on the entire time I have been under her treatment. She's really great, hats off to her! Unlike the other Rehab clinics that I've been to, PT Barrows Fresno spend more time applying therapeutic massage to patients vs allowing for active exercises. This did help with my pain and sped my healing. The techs are awesome too. They know what they're doing and they watch if you're doing the exercises correctly and patiently work with you until you demonstrate it correctly. They have a great collaboration, speaking the same lingo. Last but not the least, the staff at the desk. They do make you feel welcome and provide you individual attention. They flex too, if they seem to see that the staff are busy, cleaning and spraying the place and ensuring that the patients space is disinfected. This place does make you feel welcome, safe and well-cared of. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends!

Fantastic experience: Hands down! Not even close! This place Barrows Physical therapy heads and shoulders above the most cutting edge PT I've ever experienced in my 57 yrs. I've had shoulder, elbow surgeries in the past and this go around is for my knee. This place second to none as far as hands on PT goes. I recommend nowhere but here for your PT needs. I've even had a couple stints at Sierra Pacific orthopedic center where I witnessed Even pro athletes there receiving PT. Barrow blows them all away! Not even close! I'm so Blessed to have found Barrows and I wish anyone in need of PT service finds this place in their recovery. Thank you Barrows Physical Therapy for giving me my life back. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Barrows Physical Therapy for little over 6 months now. I originally visited due to really bad lower back pain and vertigo. I was a bit skeptical about seeing a Physical Therapist for vertigo as I assumed it was more for learning to walk after an accident or surgery like in the movies but, a really nice MRI Technician at the Selma Hospital, told me about his similar experiences with his own vertigo and how much it improved after PT so I gave it a try. And I'm really glad I did, I've learned a lot about the body, how it works and how it shouldn't work, and my self in general. Its without a doubt changed my life for the better and I'm truly grateful for their help. While I originally went in for mostly my lower back pain they informed me that my neck also had problems that might be causing issues, possibly from unconsciously compensating for my back pain using my neck and over time since I was seeing great results, I extended my visits for my neck as well. After a few months I improved so much that I spent several months building a room. And months later when I ran my self back into the ground overworking and catching Covid, they were my first choice to get put back together and learn more injury prevention. The people there from, the secretaries, aides, to the Therapists are all really nice, understanding, and patient even with my anxious and overly complicated ramblings. They also will work with and around your current medical issues, giving me alternate programs for exercises that were rough on my injured wrists is one example. So don't wait If you're having pains in your limbs or vertigo as if there's anything I've learned from my time there its that things will only get worse so stop them before that happens or you'll make new problems compensating for that injury.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. Talk abouts hands on and 2nd knee surgery so glad to do business with Barrows office again! They give me the exercises I need to heal completely plus hands on to relieve the swelling and pain too. Can't say enough about how everyone is so professional including office staff. Run to this place after surgery if you need physical therapy.

I am particularly impressed with therapist Gary Peterson, who really understands my issue and has developed a program that is leading promptly to full recovery. Fantastic experience: Borrows is by far the BEST place for Physical Therapy. I have chronic back & leg pain due to multiple major car accidents. My pain management doctor was ready to refer me to a surgeon. I asked to try Barrows Physical Therapy since I'd been a patient there years ago. I had major relief on the first visit, they have everything yoy need & more. My therapist ask questions before treating me at every visit.You'd swear his hands were magical. He'll find the source that's causing pain, explain it to you ,& teach you ways to release the tension .The entire staff is attentive to every client from the front desk until you walk out the door. If you're looking to actually get better , go to Barrows Physical Therapy. You won't regret it .

Fantastic experience: The office staff are so friendly and welcoming. We take our baby to see Jessica. And she is so good with him, even on his grumpy days! Fantastic experience: Dan Barrows is an excellent, thorough, extremely knowledgeable therapist. During my initial evaluation he watched me walk in and already knew much about my symptoms from just that brief observation. As a therapist who has had to rehabilitate his own spine and body after two accidents, he was able to speak from a place of knowledge and personal experience that I found to be not only medically/ professionally insightful, but also compassionate and encouraging. Dan teaches in the PT dept at Fresno State so you know he knows his stuff, but he also brings into his practice a heart formed by his faith which allows for great compassion and wisdom. I recommend Barrow’s PT to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Barrows PT was very positive. All the staff were very friendly and helpful including the office staff. Auto insurance can be a nightmare but Denise was very helpful with that. All the physical therapists and techs were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Due to the great therapy and techniques received I am much improved. I was taught area specific exercises that I can continue at home for maintenance and continued improvement. I highly recommend Barrows Physical Therapy and will return for any further needs.

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I have had the need to be a patient at Barrows, the first time for my knee and this time for my foot. When I went for my knee the first visit I could hardly walk in the front door, it was much easier to walk out. This is such a friendly, well organized office, very professional and on top of everything that needs done. From the minute you walk in the door and are greeted by the office staff to the gym and the assistants who keep you moving through the proper exercises to the Therapists as they work on your problem, everyone is knowledgeable friendly and ready to help. Fantastic experience: The staff is so friendly & I am definitely feeling the difference as opposed to where I was going before. There were even times where I had to cancel and/or reschedule appointments and the front desk was so attentive to everything. My favorite part of Barrows are the text reminders that I receive for my appointments my schedule is all over the place so the reminders really help. And the rest of the staff Vee, Nick, Paul, Rachelle,Denise etc. you all are so amazing keep it up. I will definitely think of Barrows first for my physical therapy needs ☺️
