Fantastic experience: All the staff were friendly and helpful. After an evaluation, I was assigned to Benardo to oversee the therapy needed on my shoulder. I progressed nicely, with just the right amount of therapy to reduce pain and to gain mobility with strength. From what I could see during my seasons, everyone being cared for were also receiving excellent therapy. They were very considerate of my hearing deficiency. If you are having issues, get a referral from your primary physician and contact PRO-PT Physical Therapy Fresno!

Fantastic experience: Due to my profession, I have carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger. When I started therapy 3 months ago, my right hand was barely functioning and I had a lot of pain. This impacts my job as a primary healthcare provider significantly, and I was desperate. I’ve had the most amazing, talented, dedicated PT Bernardo treat my injury, and have recovered 30% due to his intense therapy. Bernardo impacted and changed my life significantly, and is responsible for my recovery. I am forever grateful and lucky to have been his patient. I learned today that he will no longer be at pro PT , and am truly saddened. Wherever he goes, I know he will continue to change lives, like me, and the world is a better place because of Bernardo. Fantastic experience: I completed my physical therapy at the West and Herndon location. I credit my success to Brad and his intern, Robert. The knowledge, education and support they provided, helped me to continue my rehabilitation journey.

Fantastic experience: I had a C-4, 5 &6 fusion done. After nearly 6 weeks of being in a cervical collar post surgery, I was left with very limited mobility and loss of strength. And I had a little anxiety as I approached physical therapy time. My anxiety was alleviated starting with my first session. Jocelyn started me out slow, with exercises to increase my mobility. As that improved, she started adding exercises to increase my strength, and even adding exercises to increase strength and mobility for my golf swing! And on top of that, she even showed me how I could do different exercises at home, at work or at the gym. I can’t say enough great things about Jocelyn and her team at Pro~PT at Herndon & West. They were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to answer my questions in language I could understand. And, the results speak for themselves. I am 100% pain-free and have great mobility in my neck. I’m playing golf again with a full swing and I even played five rounds in one week with no pain or discomfort anywhere. Hats off to Jocelyn and her team at Pro~PT! You guys rock!!

Fantastic experience: Jocelyn and her team are an awesome bunch. They truly care about patients as individuals and are almost infinitely understanding. Zero issues from day one. Andrea, Bernardo, Brad, Dulce, and Mari were all the dream team. Happy that my need for therapy is over, but should the need arise, I'll be asking my doctor for the opportunity to come back to this facility.

Fantastic experience: Listen up. There’s a Physical Therapist who holds a doctorate from Duke University, working in a small, convenient, upscale practice. Most importantly, Andrea listened to me about my lifelong sciatic pain. She taught me how to deal with it and control it. I can now get rid of it , sometimes, but I’m still working. Yes, it’s work, but it’s great to have a realistic goal. What’s your other option?

Fantastic experience: I was skeptical that physical therapy could help my slipped and bulging discs in my back. I’m very happy to report that it made a BIG difference! Jocelyn is soooo knowledgeable and explains everything so you know how the exercises help exactly. Everyone is so friendly and nice. Fantastic experience: Pro pt physical therapy at 6770 north west Ave in Fresno cal. This phasility is great they have very kind and wonderful people with God inspiring attitudes that work here. Andrea Manganiello is my therapist and is helping me recover from a neck injury I suffered in a garage fire. She's kind, sweet, energetic very knowledgeable in treating me with a therapeutic plan consisting with excercises and information on getting me back to a normal healthy injury free life again. My headaches are finally under controll plus my neck pain is tolerable, I can finally move my head from side to side. And this is only my second visit. Thank you Andrea

Fantastic experience: I had a grand experience of having my physical therapy at Pro-PT. I had L2 and L3 lumbar involvement and the therapist worked all structures and musculature around the injury in order that the actual work on the lumbar region would be supported. Everything was explained in detail, reasons and processes, so that I could get a deeper understanding and get full benefit from the therapy. I highly recommend Pro-PT. Not only has the physical therapy enabled me to regain mobility and stay as active as I like, but the people were marvelous as well. It was an honor working with them as they helped me heal. Fantastic experience: As a Senior, I have been to many Physical Therapy facilities in Fresno and have found" Pro-PT West" to be the overwhelming best. My Therapist, Brad, listened to my concerns, explained what was happening in my neck and shoulder, directed me in all my exercises and designed activities I could continue with equipment I already had at home. Brad is the most knowledgeable and caring Therapist I have ever had. All the staff were very friendly, equipment was cleaned after every use and there was usually only a few other clients in the large room when I had my sessions; which was a concern I had with Covid. The therapy really helped me. Thank you all so much.
