Fantastic experience: This place is A+++++!! After 2-3 years of chronic back and hip pain I had almost given up on being pain free. I had gone to another physical therapist last year and had little or no relief. I thought I’d give it one more try. I picked Pro PT because of the positive reviews and also because it’s near GB3 and my home. On my initial appointment I met with Dr. Thomas Camy. I was immediately impressed by his expertise in assessing my problem and then designing a program that targeted my areas of weakness. For the last 6 weeks I’ve been working closely with Yesinia. (She’s a task master!) She’s encouraging and patient and always makes sure your form is correct and that you know what muscles you’re targeting. The other assistants are very helpful and kind as well. I especially want to recognize Colin. If you’re looking for a physical therapist and want relief, try Pro PT!! They truly are the real deal! By the way, my hip and back pain are substantially better!

Fantastic experience: Love this place and the people!!! Stephanie is my physical therapist and I love her laughter and wonderful outlook. She makes me laugh and work hard. I walk out feeling mentally good and knowing my body will feel great.

Fantastic experience: Pro-Pt is the best . My doctor sent me here for therapy for a siatica back and thigh pain and everyone I talked to said therapy doesn’t work but you have to go through it . So I did not expect much but I was also to the point to where I was up for anything because I could hardly walk it was so bad . Dr.Maria spent time talking with me the first day and discussed what we needed to do . The next week she went to work on me never caused me pain but had me doing exercises to help me every week it got better and better . I am totally amazed and so thankful for her care and help . I literally felt like a cripple when I came in and now that I’m done I feel and walk amazing . I do have to do exercises every day to keep this from coming back but wow I feel normal again .. everyone was so kind and caring and had a mission to make me whole again . I’m 100% satisfied and so thankful I went to them for help . Dr. Maria gave me her card with phone and e- mail if I had any problems to touch base and get help .. how great is that ! I’m sold give them a try you will be glad you did

Fantastic experience: Dr Kevin Freeman is an exemplary and a caring individual. He has developed a plan for me to regain my strength, endurance and manage my pain. He is very knowledgeable and has great patience in teaching me how to use therapeutic exercise to promote healing.

Fantastic experience: My daughter ruptured her ACL and both meniscus in the same leg. After surgery, we were sent to PRO-PT for rehab. Dr. Maria evaluated her and Stephanie Mapp has been the PT assistant who has worked her. I don’t have enough good things to say about her care here. They have been responsive and attentive to every concern and bump in the road. At the end of her treatment we added a shoulder injury. They pivoted and added that to help her her get back to what she loves. Great attitudes and great care.

Fantastic experience: Went in for knee and hip pain these past few months, and I have been blown away by how professional and kind the staff is. Dr. M. Chad DeLand was who was in charge of my physical therapy during that time. I could not recommend him enough to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable and polite physical therapist. If I ever have pain I need worked out again, I would go to Pro-Pt Fresno North every time!

Fantastic experience: Maria is THE BEST. I’ve been in physical therapy off and on for around ten years for back issues, and Maria and the Pro-PT team are by far the best that I’ve ever gone to. I lift weights, and over the past couple of months, Maria has helped me get back in the gym while working on my strength and form. I’ve referred both my dad and best friend here, and would recommend to anyone who needs physical therapy. I’m sad to have completed my time here, but am so grateful for what Maria and the team have done for me!

Fantastic experience: On August 24, 2021,I had my hip replaced and because of the procedure, my recovery was a bit longer and more difficult than normal.Pro-PT was recommended by a friend so I followed the recommendation and I'm better today because of the care I received there. The entire crew there is professional and caring to all. My therapist was Stefanie, who did an amazing job bringing my body back to the point that I'm able to walk unassisted after a few months .if you are ever in need of physical therapy, I strongly recommend Pro-PT NORTH,(ask for Stefanie).

Fantastic experience: Maria is the most professional and knowledgeable physical therapist I have ever had. More so, she genuinely cares about her patients and their progress. Fantastic experience: Pro PT came out to Fleet Feet to do a pop up clinic for our training group participants. They were able to put over 75 participants through the Runner Readiness Scale and give them feedback on the spot. Our participants loved testing themselves and finding out where they could get stronger for more successful walking and running. The Runner Readiness Scale was done in a professional, efficient manner. The level of service, enthusiasm and encouragement the staff at Pro PT gave to our participants while administering the test was phenomenal. Thank you for all you do for the community!

Fantastic experience: I finally found a PT that can help me! The PTs here actually listen to me and figure out the best strategy to intentionally strengthen the right muscles to reduce pain. Everyone from the front desk to the back gym is friendly and helpful. Thank you Pro-PT!

Fantastic experience: I am immensely grateful for the amazing work of Maria Fermoile at Pro-PT. In February 2020 I broke my ankle as I was training for a heliskiing trip in Iceland. Even though the pandemic resulted in the cancellation of my trip, I was devastated as I underwent surgery, coped with bed rest and then found that all of the PT facilities where I lived had closed. A friend suggested I contact Maria and see if she would begin virtual PT with me until I could get some in-person care. Maria was amazing with Zoom PT. She assured me that I would get back on my feet and even back on my skis. She gave me strategies immediately that helped to improve my flexibility and desensitize my foot to the pressure of my ski boot. She met with me virtually and gave me exercises to do at home. As my local PT offices began to reopen after the shelter in place orders were lifted, Maria acknowledged that I needed some manual manipulation and encouraged me to find a local PT. I so appreciated her encouragement, her support, and her honesty when I needed to get services elsewhere. Now, almost a year later, I could not be more grateful for Maria's support. I am in Colorado during the third largest snowstorm in history and have spent every day snowshoeing and skiing. Maria is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I had shoulder/bicep surgery in June 2021 and was in a lot pain needless to say. My physical therapist was Maria Fermoile I am beyond grateful for her guidance and determination to get me back to my best self. If you would of asked me if I thought I’d be able to wash my hair again or reach behind my back I would of said no. But with the in person therapy and at home exercise plan I am doing great. Today I have been officially discharged but know that this office will always be here to answer any questions I ever have. Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fermoile(Maria) is a highly knowledgeable PT with a wealth of experience. I have sustained a host of injuries from working out, lifting weights, Brazilian jiu jitsu, life, etc. and she always finds a way to get me back to doing what I love. If you need PT and don't want to hear "maybe you should stop doing ____" then this is the place for you. Give them a call and talk to Liza. She's awesome as well and will work with your scheduling, insurance, etc. I can't say enough about the great experiences and outcomes I've had with this entire team.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been working from home and needed some ergonomic stretches to relieve my neck and back pain. I had relief within the first few minutes of my first visit. Maria is extremely knowledgeable and patient and kind. Liza is amazing too!!

Fantastic experience: Maria is a skilled and knowledgable PT, who treated my neck pain with both manual therapy and strengthening - have not had a return of symptoms! As a PT myself, I can say she is a therapist's PT. I have sent several people to Maria and all have done well there. Staff is great and facility is clean and bright - a real pleasure to be a patient at Pro PT.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Pro PT by my physician and to Maria Fermoile, DPT, specifically and I have nothing but good to say about my experience. I was always treated with respect and courtesy by the entire staff. The facility is clean and light and never crowded. Patients are given individual attention and therapies are based on constant evaluation by staff to resolve on-going or new issues that might arise. I was provided with strategies and exercises to deal with my issue and now have a "tool kit" to use whenever the need arises. While I am not 100%, I am able to function at a significantly higher level with much less pain. I would highly recommend Pro PT and Maria at the Champlain location for physical therapy services.

Fantastic experience: PRO-PT is fantastic! I was experiencing pain that began hindering my ability to exercise. I made an appointment for an evaluation (PRO-PT took care of the referral so I didn't have to go through my doctor). After a thorough exam and evaluation, Dr. Maria Fermoile showed me several stretches and exercises that dramatically lessened the pain; in addition she started me on a strengthening program to prevent it from returning. As an active person, I appreciate that Dr. Maria found ways for me to continue to exercise without exacerbating the problem she was treating. I was always seen on time for my appointments. I was given personal attention and instruction every time I came in for treatment. The facility is immaculately clean; after each use, items such as straps and dumbbells are disinfected, mats are cleaned and equipment is wiped down. As a healthcare worker I felt safe and comfortable in the facility. Overall I had a great experience at PRO-PT. I have referred several people to them and will continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a number of physical therapy centers in Fresno/Clovis and have not found one like Maria and staff at Pro PT (Champlain). I came to Maria through my running club and then went back to her after my knee surgery. Her center is outfitted more like a training center and Maria’s approach to your condition is total body and not focused just on the site of concern. Her technique is dynamic and progressive - always changing and adapting to you with the goal of improving if you are willing to do the work. She stays current with the latest research and my outcome in being able to run 2 1/2 months after surgery and stay injury free is a direct result of her prescription. In observing her during my time there, Maria and her staff are caring and patient and I would recommend her and the Pro PT Champlain location to anyone who is dealing with some physical issue or needs PT after injury or surgery.

Fantastic experience: Went to see Maria for a fractured foot. My MD left me in a boot for 3 months! After therapy with Maria and Staff, I was able to transition out of the boot and to a cane. I regained my leg strength, reduced my low back pain from walking oddly with that awful boot and am back to a more normal routine. I know that without her care and concern for my well being, I may still be stuck with a cane and a limp. I highly recommend her to anyone who has muscle weakness and or back pain. Thanks Maria!
