Fantastic experience: Dr. Sison knows me and my allergies. He's worked hard to make sure I don't have reactions to anything. His bedside manner is sweet and he's knowledgeable about everything he does.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk in the door you feel you are welcomed.. no waiting staff greet you right away and are so friendly I felt at ease to having to have this procedure (injection for my neck) from front office to prep station they make sure that you are comfortable and continued to recovery .. they make good coffee… I recommend any one with neck/spine pain to come here .. Dr Larsen is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Great group of professionals! The treatment path I took was fitting for me. While surgery was something to consider I opted for a less invasive treatment. That was RFA, (radio frequency ablation), which is a nerve block of sorts! Basically cutting the nerve path with radio waves! It’s been 3yrs now…pain free activity! Really gave my life back to me!

Fantastic experience: For being treated as a worker’s comp patient, there was no delay in getting seen and communication is good. X-rays are fast and so was the MRI with minimal wait time. Simon Dougherty P.A.-C is nice and explains everything very thoroughly. He made me feel very comfortable with my treatment plan. This is only the beginning for my treatment and I feel like I am in good hands.

Fantastic experience: SPOC has been my go to for orthopedic since an injury in 2006. I left in 2018 due to some complex pain issues and was referred to Stanford. After CoVid settled down I was referred to Dr. Larsen at SPOC for pain management. He went through Stanford’s PM Fellowship program a few years ago, and I feel very fortunate to be able to see him. He’s kind, considerate, and seems like he really cares about helping. I’m just beginning my journey with Dr. Larsen, and happy to be able to stay local.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was kind and helpful, from beginning to end. The communication was honestly one of the best experiences, even with a very long wait that began to be frustrating, once we were called they explained there was an unusual circumstance they were dealing with, apologized for the wait but were upfront as to why and that it is not typical. From there they gave us honest information as to how much longer and what the process would be from there. And it went quickly from there, they were efficient. I appreciate the explanation and immediately was happy to continue waiting with patience as they were honest and kind about it all. From there the doctor was the same, upfront and honest about my case! Straight forward in a kind way. He didn’t waste my time or his and somehow I didn’t feel rushed by him either. I appreciate the way he went about the appointment. He said “let me tell you what I know, what I don’5 know and the options you have and we will go from there.” In over 20 years of dealing with pain he was the first to tell me I was born with an anomaly that is most likely the cause of my pain. That information alone was worth everything. I left with a treatment plan and a process in place. I never write reviews but the way this entire office handled the events of their day with their patients and the actual care was beyond what I’ve ever experienced. Thankful for finding a place I feel is trustworthy.

I have never felt talked down to or if I were some sort of burden unlike other care providers I have experience with. They go above and beyond in order to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. 10/10 would go again.

Fantastic experience: This was my initial visit with Dr. Sison. My back troubles are a combination of genetics, injury, lifestyle habits and age. He was willing to accept the challenge of improving the quality of my life in ways that were improvable. More important he listened and told me what could be done to help me and what wasn't fixable and what my options were. Fantastic experience: At SPOC in general, I’ve had great experiences with most Doctors. However, Dr. Sison is very, very good. He is thorough, kind, professional, and to the point. I appreciate his pleasant attitude with clients and staff, while also saying things clearly and directly to me in ways I can understand. I have different body part issues - so I see several doctors but mostly the spine doctors. SPOC have their own imaging dept so you don’t have to be sent out for X-rays (unless your insurance balks). They have a PT dept with lovey folks. Their facility is clean, modern and often busy. I’ve been attending this facility for seven years.

The nurses were so kind and compassionate, and each personality was upbeat which made the experience easier…. Dr Larsen was wonderful and made me feel at easy and confident that things would go great as they did….

Dr Telles is a wonderful surgeon and takes the time to explain the surgery he will perform on you and went way above and did extra on my back that the insurance said no to and I love the socks he wears!!! Dr Kasturi is a great Dr!

Fantastic experience: I was immediately greeted by a pleasant team member who set me on course to my doctor another pleasant team member on the docs floor was prompt in checking me in. I was seen after only a brief wait. The system that communicated my arrival through to the return appointment was efficient. Staff were pleasant, I completed my appointment and left stress free.
