Fantastic experience: Synergy is a welcome change from the other physical therapy places that have you do a few exercises, stick you on the bike and then send you on your way. Now don't get me wrong, you still can do the bike to loosen up, the stretches to limber you up and then it's Danny time, lol. He actually works on you and with you so he can address the problem at hand. Then when your time with Danny is done, you lay there iced up nicely and then sent on your way or not, they always ask me if I want to stay longer, lol. From the front desk to the assistants that are showing you the exercises and keeping you on task and Danny, they are all just the nicest bunch of people that REALLY want to to get and feel better! Synergy offers both land and water therapy. The pool therapy is perfect for people who want or have been ordered that kind of therapy. They also have a hyperbaric oxygen chamber. They also offer laser therapy for pain as well. Very clean and well run, wouldn't want to go anywhere else for any of my physical therapy needs.

Fantastic experience: Synergy and their aquatic therapy is working great post knee replacement surgery. Has decreased my pain tremendously and helped with my range of motion. Deep tissue laser treatment has been a game changer for my inflammation and scar tissue.

Fantastic experience: So this is my second time back at Synergy. First time was for arthritis in my right hip and the aquatic center was fantastic. Alicia was very attentive and fun to work with. This time I’m back for a right knee injury sustained during exercise. I’ve been given exercises to do at home. When I come in for therapy, like Cheers, everyone knows your name. Danny is very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He helps me tremendously.

Positive experience: Aqua Therapy is great if you can't do exercises bearing weight. Fractured Tibia and knee surgery recovery brought me To Synergy. underwater treadmill is great. Excellent customer service where everyone is friendly.. My only only complaint is the pool is too small but as the only option in the area it will work.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to try HBOT to see if it would help with Long Covid. Danny and staff were great to work with and answered all my questions. After only 6x1 hour treatments I already felt the extreme fatigue aspect lifting. I continued on for another 6 weeks and 90%+ solved my fatigue issue and the benefits remained for months after. Also the wound healing is no joke, I had a cut on my leg heal up at least 4x faster than normal.

Fantastic experience: Synergy Aquatic Therapy has an excellent hyperbaric therapy program! I just had a mommy make over and was recommended to try hyperbaric therapy. Their chamber was nice and comfy. Their staff was very welcoming, warm and informal. Mayra was very friendly and checked on me often to insure I was comfortable. I enjoyed the experience so much that I booked more treatments with them!

Fantastic experience: Synergy offers the only type of physical therapy that my body can adapt to with the aquatic therapy; a treadmill in the bottom of a heated pool with a TV to watch as you exercise. The staff is very accommodating and my physical therapy assistant is a pleasure to work with. Nice ofc and good location!

Danny quickly targeted the areas that were causing me pain and discomfort and provided the necessary care to provide me with relief and healing. Fantastic experience: This is definitely a place i would recommend to anyone for physical therapy. Everyone who works here is very nice and patient with you and always ask how you are doing every step of the way when you’re doing your exercises. It’s a very welcoming place and makes you feel comfortable and when you’re done with your stretches you get a nice massage before Danny comes to ya. I like that he actually has a one on one with you and that he helps you and cares about what bothers you instead of leaving you high and dry. This is definitely the place to go

Fantastic experience: The Laser therapy is amazing and has helped me immensely. The staff is so nice and truly caring; Danny is wonderful and it’s the first therapy I’ve ever looked forward to as I’m really being helped by the Class IV laser and the deep tissue massage for my Achilles tendonitis.

Fantastic experience: I have been a professional ballet dancer for two decades, and I have acquired quite a few injuries throughout my career. Last October, I had an old injury resurfacing that caused significant aches and pains for at least six months. After I found and started working with Synergy's Aquatic Therapy-Rehab team, this old injury has finally started improving. Daniel and Chris have walked me through the rehabilitation process with great attention to detail, reflecting their professionalism and excellent patient care services. The entire team provides an easy-going and joyful environment, but they are fully committed to each patient's recovery. Fantastic experience: Was referred to Synergy by podiatrist for inflammation of the foot. I was not familiar with Laser Deep Tissue Massage. Made appointment in person, staff was very helpful and pleasant. On this first appointment waiting time was minimal, staff was again very helpful and pleasant. Was taken to room and given a 10- minute session by a knowledgeable staff member. Laser treatment was a little warm at times but bearable. Look forward to seeing results. At check- out staff was again very helpful. This review is being written the day after first visit, am feeling some relief.

Fantastic experience: So thankful for Synergy! I am a VA patient and got referred here following my knee surgery. I started out in a walker and now I feel confident and walk and keep up at work. Danny is very knowledgeable and hands on. I appreciate him educating me on stretches and exercises that I can continue at home. Chris and Sarah are so helpful and patient throughout my therapy. Val is always enthusiastic and happy to find appointments that work well with my schedule. Alicia gave me great new exercises in the pool that challenged me in a good way. Everyone here is kind, patient, caring and helpful- I cannot say enough. I enjoy coming to physical therapy…I look forward to it! This is a fun, caring environment and I feel confident in my care.I have noticed great progression in my range of motion and decreased pain. Fantastic experience: Great staff. The clinic offers a class 4 laser, which has helped me a lot with my recovery. No other clinic in the valley has a class 4 laser. Synergy is one of a kind!. The manual therapy and exercises have helped improve the range of motion in my ankle. Danny sure is one of the best PT’s in the valley!.

Fantastic experience: My doctor suggested aquatic physical therapy for my chronic pain and overall health. I wasn't exactly sure of what I was agreeing to, but it turned out to be an extremely positive experience. I just completed my first six week session on the underwater treadmill and have been happy with my progress. Each session begins in a private dressing room, where you change into your swim attire (what you wear is really at your discretion. I've seen swim suits and t-shirts and shorts on most clients.) Next you take a quick shower to rinse off any excess oils and any lotions (they aren't good for the pool), then into the warm water where you get approximately 20 minutes of treadmill time (depends on the client I've seen some people only spend 10 minutes on the treadmill) and then you complete your personalized underwater exercises and stretches. When done, it's back to the private dressing room and another shower if you want to rinse off the pool water. Danny has always said that if I feel I need any additional help or attention with my problem areas, to let him know and he would figure out how to work me in after my session in the pool. I look forward to going to each appointment. It's amazing to me that for the hour I'm in the pool, I am almost completely pain free. When you live in pain, an hour away from the chronic pain is an amazing feeling. I would highly recommend this type of physical therapy. In fact, I just got approved for another 6 weeks and can't wait to go again.

Fantastic experience: Started Aquatic Therapy 3 months ago and its awesome. Havent been able to touch my toes in years until now. Extremely professional and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and willing to teach you about your body. The massage therapy is amazing. Love the friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Danny and his team are great!. Val, (front office assistant) was very helpful in scheduling appointments for me. She sure is the backbone of the office. Sarah and Christian (Aides) were also very helpful. They helped me learn the exercises. Danny (the PT) has helped me a lot with the recovery of my injured wrist. In addition to the hands on work, the clinic offers modalities such as a class 4 laser and electrical stimulation. Both of these modalities have helped me a lot as well. The clinic has a lot to offer.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Synergy Aquatic Therapy by my primary after multiple visits to the Chiropractor who failed to resolve my lower back issues. Danny was really thorough in his assessment and found that my lower back pain was actually glute pain. He has since been treating me and I have seen a lot of improvement. Danny really cares and takes his time with his patients. I never felt that he rushed through any of the treatments and he really works hard with each of his patients. He spends time with you and genuinely wants you to get better and improve. I have come across very few providers who are as caring and hard working as Danny.

Fantastic experience: I come here for the Aqua therapy pool and it is awesome. I never knew you could put a treadmill under water. And with the warm water close to body temp I don't really need a warm up period. I look forward to my therapy days because the staff are very nice. I am always able to get my appts when I need them.

Fantastic experience: I recently started at this highly innovative facility and from the moment I walked through the door I was greeted welcomed by the front desk staff. My initial intake with Daniel was better then my sessions with my primary care physicians. I had a tour of the facility and meet with the staff, everyone is very professional and treats each patient with respect. Fantastic experience: I am nearing the end of 12 weeks of physical therapy related to a shoulder injury I sustained at work. First off, I want to state that they make dealing with work comp insurance a breeze. The people that deal with such subjects, behind the scenes, are knowledgeable and do their job well. My experience with the physical therapy portion has been a great experience also.The staff is professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. I believe they do indeed care about the wellbeing of their patients and truly listen to any concerns they may have. Danny and Julia are who I have personally dealt with but in short conversations with other staff, I believe these attributes must be company policy! The routine they have me doing is challenging but I do see progress. I am asked regularly about my progress (or lack of) and if certain excercises are becoming too easy. They tailor the routine as necessary to provide the best outcome. I have read all of their reviews and do not agree with the negative ones at all, especially about being left sitting alone. Let me explain. In the beginning they spent any amount of time necessary to help me learn the excercises. Now I show up and do my excercises as I have been instructed. If you do that, they will keep a distant watch over you and correct anything you are doing incorrectly and remind you if you forget one. I actually appreciate not being hovered over quite a lot! I am an adult and am very capable of continuing my daily routine with minimal staff intervention. It actually enables me to keep busy and finish in a timely manner. From what I have seen the pool is monitored constantly. They deserve a higher rating than they have. A disgruntled patient has obviously affected that...unfortunate! One part of my own routine is that Danny helps stretch and massages parts of my shoulder. He is great! He is thorough yet gentle at the same time. He pushes me to my limits but never goes beyond them. I also like that it is a personal yet professional experience. I am always greeted by my first name and the conversation can be very interesting. He is a very likeable guy! The facility is clean and well organized. They wipe down each table after every use. It is in a convenient location with easy access. They do have a pool for aqua therapy but my injury doesn't require me to use it so I can't comment on it. They also offer laser treatments to help with pain (ask them for more info) and have started offering CBD products. I finally agreed to have my first laser treatment today and will update this review after a couple days. All that being said, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great physical therapist. I have been to other places for the same injury and this place beats them all hands down.

Fantastic experience: Synergy PT has decreased my longstanding pain to make moving again much easier. The front office is extremely professional, cheerful and appointments are on time. Therapist, Mr. Alfaro is knowledgeable and encouraging and teaches you with care. The assistant, David is also very helpful and supportive. The staff member who decorated for the Holidays is wonderful! The office is extremely Covid -safe.

Fantastic experience: I was always treated well, with respect and professionalism. They also showed me a lot of patience when I would need to reschedule or cancel appointments because of my mobility issues and not having anyone to drive me to my appointments. I would send my family and friends to this place if they needed aqua therapy. My therapist and her assistant were amazing, always available when needed and patiently answered even my silliest questions.
