Fantastic experience: I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I had some work done on my back after a car accident and the 2 male chiropractors that worked on me we're very friendly. A few of the receptionist were a little crabby but to me that's just something to be expected, most of them were nice. There wasn't much of a wait either, it was usually in and out and no appointment is needed. And they always had good movies playing! I would come here again.

Cleanliness of the place is spectacular, it’s cozy and warm. PA’s to MD’s made it very comfortable to talk to. I went in for my TB and physical for nursing school. In and out right away

Fantastic experience: The providers are always friendly and the visits are complete in an acceptable amount of time. They make their availability convenient for the patient. They always take the time to explain everything in detail and a patient you don’t feel rushed.

Fantastic experience: Doctors and staff made me feel welcome and cared for. All of my concerns were listened to and I wasn’t rushed out. Senior staff members helped new hires with my complicated billing requests and they limited redundant paperwork for me to complete. 10/10 they did fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Once all the papers were filled out, everything was straight forward. Had my visit, they cleaned my wound, wrapped my hand and gave me my Tetanus shot. Then I was on my way. Good visit

Positive experience: Updated Review (5/16/23): They did end up referring me to physical therapy and have continued to help me with my case. Always responsive and kind. The staff is very nice and respectful. The service is fast if you make an appointment. My only complaint is that it takes them a while to refer you out to a specialist (in my experience). Also, I was told over the phone that they would be able to help me with my disability as long as I brought the receipt number; however, once I was there, the doctor said that he was not able to help me and that my primary care doctor would be the one to help me. All of this adds extra stress to my situation as primary care doctors do not want to see patients that have been in car accidents. Meanwhile, I am waiting and I am not sure what is going on with my right arm. Yes, I am trying to be patient, but that does not help my case.

Docs have a great bed side manner. especially needed at this time of crisis. . I loved how they were able to get me the help and therapy I needed in fast safe and convenient to my schedule. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the receptionist was attentive and friendly, I came in for a pre employment physical had never been here before and the provider was the same professional and awesome bedside manner. I called my husband after and told him I think I found our new urgent care for our family! I have been to many urgent cares here in Fresno d/t having a large family we have 6 kids and things happen but I must say we’ve had bad luck with finding friendly courteous professional medical staff and I was really taken back by this office and we will be using you all for our family’s urgent care needs and I highly recommend you to friends and family. Thank you for treating your pt’s well, I see you and I appreciate you !

Fantastic experience: Had an appointment at 9am so I showed up 20 min early cuz I figured there would be some paperwork.. It took less than 5 min to fill out everything.. I was walking to my car by 10.. Everyone was friendly and helpful

Everytime I visit for an appointment I never have a mask, and it’s like if they already know because when I’m signing in they have one ready for me every-time, not like some places when they give you an evil look or act so rude as if they are soo expensive. overall the doctor and all staff there are great and very fast, I’ve never had any issues with them once so ever!

Fantastic experience: My biggest feeling after my visit today was calm. Everybody had a smile and helpful attitude from clerical people to medical professionals! Yolanda, PA was very compassionate and caring, she knew her stuff, but was not arrogant. She made my day!

Fantastic experience: I made an appointment for the Urgent Care. I was seen quickly and the staff was very pleasant. I went to Saint Agnes the night before and wasn't pleased with their diagnosis. So I thought I would try First Health Medical Center since my primary Dr wasn't available. Glad I did. I was absolutely happy I went there because my diagnosis was more serious (as I thought) than the stupid hospital was. Goes to show you! Go with your gut feeling.

Fantastic experience: I have always been treated the best at First Health Medical! They are my Primary Care for my Workman’s Comp case and if I had seen them first, I believe the case would have been over and done with. They are professional and they also have a Physical Therapy Rehab and Massage place connected which I had no idea of!!! Wow and they are located in a good clean area across from Kaiser so it is conveniently close to the freeway!
