Through my 1-on-1 sessions with my therapist, Daniel, I was able to make incredible progress. If I’m ever in need of therapy again in the future, I’ll definitely be coming here.

Fantastic experience: Danny helped me identify the problem I was having with my back, helped relieve the pain I was experiencing, and finally gave me exercises to strengthen those specific muscles in order to prevent the pain from occurring again. Highly recommend this physical therapist.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Miami Physical therapy over a month now, I had knee surgery and Alex is making sure I improve my mobility, physical function, prevention of future injuries and reducing pain for my condition. Fantastic experience: A few months ago I had ankle surgery for a fracture due to a fall during extreme sport. I also had damage to the ligaments. I started physical therapy at one location in Miami and it did not go well; for example, I would arrive ahead of schedule, the receptionist was stick in the mud, I would be treated 10-15 minutes behind schedule, they were light on the necessary work, there was no attention to detail, and the homework was very light. I was in too much pain, not progressing, my ankle was stiffening and atrophy was rapidly setting in. I was not happy, I was freaking out, and my excellent surgeon, Dr. Hodgkins, was not pleased at all. He referred me to Miami Physical Therapy Associates (MPTA). At MPTA my treatment was radically different. My therapist was Danny, he was 100% engaged through every session, was conscientious through and through, and new exactly how to dial into my needs. I began progressing rapidly and made up for the time lost. His homework and advise was solid too. I cannot recommend MPTA and Danny enough. I am athletic, 52 years old, and have been able to return to expeditions this summer, have started surfing again, zone 2 running, HIIT, and plan to hike and snow board again this winter. Danny and every employee at MPTA is positive, very professional, and the very clean location has plenty of equipment to facilitate many different therapeutic needs. I loved walking into MPTA for appointments, will greatly miss my time rehabilitating with Danny, and will miss the presence of all the other friendly and caring employees at MPTA too.

Fantastic experience: I had a pretty bad back injury and the team at Miami Physical Therapy Associates have been amazing. Danny is a really patient and caring trainer. The facility is clean and has everything you need. Everyone is kind and I can’t recommend this place and Danny enough if you need help with any kind of injury!

Fantastic experience: I had a great physical therapy experience, the team is professional, helpful and very accommodating with the schedule. I worked with Alex who was great, patient and kept the exercises interesting and effective. I would recommend this place for folks who are serious about recovering and building strong foundation to prevent injuries. The equipment is clean, varied, and also have great recovery resources.

Fantastic experience: I had the privilege of working with Daniel Soler (PT) who played a pivotal role in my recovery journey after breaking my ankle. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, their professionalism and dedication shone through, giving me the confidence that I was in the right hands. Daniel's in-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology was evident in the way he explained each exercise and its relevance to my healing. He took the time to educate me about my injury, the healing process, and the purpose of every therapeutic technique. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Miami Physical Therapy Associates for 35 years on and off. The therapists and staff that work there are Beyond professional and understand how to work with individuals with spinal cord injuries to overcome some obstacles but also learn how to take care of their bodies so they can live a better quality of life. I am constantly telling friends of mine that this is a place to go to get some fresh eyes and a second opinion after your initial Rehabilitation stay. They are realistic in their goals and outcomes. Fantastic experience: Alex and the team at Miami Physical Therapy did an incredible job getting me back to full health after tearing my Achilles tendon. Their professional and caring staff take the time to truly understand the individual needs of their patients. Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Alex at Miami Physical Therapy Associates for about a year for torn ankle ligaments and tendon, both before and after ankle repair surgery. The staff is so professional and friendly. My appointments are also always on time which is crucial for me. But ultimately the most important thing for me is that Alex is the absolute BEST physical therapist. She is super caring and kind and listens to my concerns, but she also makes me put in the work to get better and doesn’t let me get lazy. My ankle has improved so much over the past few months since my surgery due to Alex :) I highly recommend Miami Physical Therapy Associates for your PT needs!!

Fantastic experience: Daniel & the entire Miami PTA team do a great job. I worked with Daniel for 2 months after I hurt my shoulder and back working out. The treatment received was fantastic and I can happily say that I am 100% recovered. Daniel is bilingual in English and Spanish so that was great since my native language is Spanish. The facilities are well laid out and extremely clean. I highly recommend this clinic as one of the best (if not the best) in South Florida.

I worked with Danny on my knee and he was was always very knowledgeable, personable, motivated, patient and friendly - thank you Danny! After coming here twice per week for a little over a month, my knee is so much stronger. I personally think Alex is the best! (That may be because she’s the therapist who has been helping me.) Fantastic experience: I went to MPTA to get help with tennis elbow and I am extremely satisfied with the professionalism and treatment I got. Danny, my therapist, was the consummate professional - a great listener, calmly explaining what we were doing, and making you feel like the center of his attention when you are his only client or when you are not. The office staff is also excellent - quick to respond, kind and friendly. I saw all kinds of treatment here from serious injury to less severe issues like mine. Leaving to the airport now, I am so happy that I really don’t have words to express my gratitude towards you…Dr. Laprade expressed that he was very impressed (this is a guy that hardly smiles and is not easily impressed) on how well and quick I had recuperated, he told me to tell you that your treatment was above and beyond…other patients at the 6 month review are still at 60%, WE made it to 106% in less than that. Fantastic experience: The simplest and most accurate way to describe Miami PTA is very knowledgeable and caring. All of the therapists are extremely insightful and caring. My therapist Becky helped me accomplish goals that doctors said wouldn’t be possible. The atmosphere in the gym makes a big difference for me. There is always a feel good attitude when I walk into Miami PTA. The secretaries greet you by name, the equipment is clean, the other patients become friends, and the occasional afternoon Cuban coffee is a great adrenaline boost. Fantastic experience: I am forever grateful to Miami Physical Therapy Associates and Alex De Amicis for getting me back up on my feet and walking once again. When I found Miami PT back in 2015, I was unable to stand or walk due to a spinal cord injury and hydrocephalus. I used a wheelchair as a means to get around. After a lot of hard work and much guidance from Alex, I am now walking in my everyday life, using a walker, and now moving on to a cane, which is so exciting! I never thought I would be able to once again be functional back on my feet, but thanks to Alex and Miami Physical Therapy, my dreams of walking again have now come true and I thank my lucky stars every day that I found such a remarkable place for physical therapy.

It has a billion different machines and exercises that are super helpful for anyone needing standard injury PT, Neuro PT (like myself), or PT for wheelchair users. Fantastic experience: Miami PTA is, without doubt, the best place in which I've had physical therapy, and I've been having PT since I was a baby. Professionalism doesn't even begin to describe it, and their knowledge and ability is incredible. I've been lucky to know Alex for four years now, and I'm all the better for it. Heck, with how often insurances change here in Florida I've had instances where I could either change PT offices or pay out of pocket, and you best believe I paid out of pocket. No way was I leaving. Fantastic experience: I have visited 3 physical centres before getting physical therapy at Miami Physical Therapy.... and this places is far beyond expectations. It is weir the doctor recommended this place as a 2nd option, but the ones in Kendall or close Sunset nor Brickell neither South Beach are as professional and level of knowledge as this one. The therapist at this place seems to have lot of knowledge and rely on equipment and instruments. It is clean, more than a person needs during Covid19. I highly recommend this place as a 1st Options because health is the most important thing. To bad that in Miami people don't use google rate and reviews.

The place is small, cozy, intimate, and your Therapist will have you feeling great in no time. Miriam the owner is one of a kind and expects nothing but the best of her employees from the students & aides to the front office personnel and her team of therapists. I've been a patient there multiple times for sports related injuries and unfortunate accidents and I will never go anywhere else. Miriam, Jessica, & Alex to name a few are top notch and will get you back on track in no time no matter how minor or serious a injury you throw at them!
