Fantastic experience: I am so happy to have this center so centrally located on 8 street. I am traveling to Mexico early on Saturday. Thursday evening I start to feel a little sick. I have been vaccinated for COVID, however I want to be sure before traveling. CIMA was able to get me tested and resulted before my flight for my peace of mind. Everyone in the office was professional and kind. I was surprised to see how many services they offer. I look forward to using their services again. Thank you CIMA!

Fantastic experience: Super easy process. Scheduled an appointment online for the 24hr COVID PCR test (scheduling took about 5 minutes,) they called a day before to make sure I was still coming. Showed up at 10am for my 10am appointment and was out of there by 10:10. The staff was nice and warm and efficient. Tiny caveat: the 24hr test means 24hrs from when the specimens are picked up from CIMA - NOT 24hrs from when you get it taken. So please be mindful about that! I got mine taken at 10am and the lady said the specimens got picked up at noon so I’d get my results 24hrs from noon, not 10am.

Fantastic experience: Cima Medical Center on 8th Street..... what a lovely experience. The center was very clean and organized. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and punctual. Fantastic experience: I’ve been to a couple other covid testing locations and felt like it was aggressive and rushed given that I have kids, but coming to CIMA MEDICAL was a breath of fresh air. Their customer care starts over the phone by confirming your appointment , the staff once you get here is patient and caring. Given that having a Qtip in your nose is very uncomfortable they were gentle and really made the experience quick and painless , I would definitely refer everyone to go to Cima. Fantastic experience: Thank you to the staff at CIMA Medical Center for making a scary experience into a great one. I had to get tested for covid for peace of mind and needed to get tested ASAP! My friend recommended me to CIMA, I was able to book my appointment online, same day! I literally walked in and out and best of all, it was painless. According to everyone that’s done the nose swab test, it’s a horrific and painful experience. Luckily, CIMA uses a much smaller swab not the one that basically scratches your brain. I even got my results in three days despite Florida having a surge in tests- my friends that went to the free testing sites, still don’t have their results and it’s been almost a week. I highly recommend you come to CIMA, you don’t have to wait hours in the hot sun, you can book your appointment online and the results are given fairly quickly in comparison to everywhere else. If you’re curious to know if you have covid, just come here and get tested! Trust me. They also offer the rapid antibodies test.

Fantastic experience: I needed to get a COVID test to return to work. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. The staff at the front desk were expecting my arrive because of my schedules appointment and it took me maybe 5 minutes to fill out and sign the documentation for the exam. The medical staff member that assisted me with the exam made me feel very comfortable and I was in and out in about 15 minutes or less. Thank you very much to the staff at Cima medical center. Fantastic experience: I was in and out in less than 15 min. Super fast, super easy. The staff was very friendly, and the manager was super helpful. At the time of my appointment i was the only patient being seen. Very clean. The nurse performing the test was very gently. Overall an excellent experience.

Fantastic experience: Booked the test Thursday at 10:00 for the same day at 3:10 PM. Parkiing was crowded but spaces were available. You need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and the door is in front of the elevator. Once there you have to fill a form, will be asked again about which test you want and will be asked to pay for the test. 5 minutes later you will be taken to the test room when they test 3 people at the same time, proper distancing. Waited 5 minutes for the staff member to perform the test, I was then escorted out and was instructed to wait for the call. 15 minutes in all to be on my way. I got the call and email with the results Saturday 3 PM. I paid for the concierge service (48 Hours, $250 + Taxes) if you have to take it again, they will give you a discount the second time.

Fantastic experience: Super easy to make appointments online and even better they had an appointment available for the same day. Place is clean and staff is super friendly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and was called with my results as soon as they were available. Hopefully I won't ever have to go back, but if I do I will definitely be back here again.

Fantastic experience: The clinic is very clean and the workers are very attentive. I went to get tested for COVID-19 and the results got delayed; the clinic continuously sent my family and I updates on their testing delay. All of the workers were courteous. I highly recommend getting tested here.

Fantastic experience: CIMA Medical Center came through in the clutch for our party of three traveling to Barbados. When the lab results came back “Inconclusive” on two of the three COVID-19 tests, CIMA swung into action, got re-swabs to a different lab, and delivered “Negative” PCR results within 18 hours, allowing us to board our plane. Fantastic experience: I have not gotten tested due to fear of stories I have heard but since I am traveling international, I had to get the test done . CIMA medical made this so easy for me ! From the moment I booked my appointment , to the courtesy reminder , to the check in and EVEN! The test itself! They just had ultimate customer service . I was in and out in 11 minutes . Liz, the girl who did my swab was so patient with me as I was a bit scared !! She made me so comfortable and relaxed . I opted to do the concierge testing so I should have my results in 24-48 hours! Fantastic experience: Easy to get to this medical centre, very practical to make appointments online, they have different times available throughout the day. It is pretty straight forward process, but if you have any questions they will always answer the phone and definitely help you with anything you need. The staff is friendly and attentive. I went to get the COVID-19 swab and rapid test, and the person who did it was very gentle doing both tests. The attention to all patients is outstanding from every member of the staff.
