Fantastic experience: I just completed therapy at the Plano location following total knee replacement (TKR). My main PT was Morgan and I can't say enough good things about her. She is very knowledgeable in rehabbing following TKR and coming up with different exercises to address my needs as things changed and I progressed. Many thanks to Morgan, Steve, Evan and the entire staff.

Fantastic experience: I just completed my 2nd PT experience with Greater Therapy Centers. My first experience was in 2021 after a hip replacement. This most recent one was following a shoulder rotator cuff repair surgery. Everyone that worked with me was extremely professional and helpful. My primary PT Megan was very experienced with my therapy needs and worked with me to develop a customized plan that I could do at home to further improve my rehabilitation. I can highly recommend this group of pros!

Fantastic experience: Therapists were knowledgeable, understanding, and encouraging. Although their job can sometimes be quite uncomfortable for the patient, they do try to ensure the best outcome. At certain popular time slots, they did get overbooked.

Fantastic experience: The Plano Legacy location has helped me so much in the past two years...first after a hip replacement, and most recently with a hamstring/groin issue. Ashley was amazing and knowledgeable about my problem, and worked to get it resolved. She also gave me a packet of clearly described exercises to continue at home now that my official PT is done. I will always use this PT location for future needs as they arise, which they probably will since I have a lot of joint issues :). Great place to go for therapy.

Fantastic experience: The people are all great at this location. They all work together to make sure everyone is getting the therapy needed in a timely manner. Every time I left after therapy my ankle felt so much better. It wasnt so tight feeling. I highly recommend this location to everyone that it is convenient for.

Fantastic experience: Meagan is excellent!! This is my 2nd time working with her for my other partial knee replacement. She brings kindness and confidence for PT every time. She will help you to get to where you need to be before going to outpatient!

Fantastic experience: I had tendonitis in my knees for 1 year from distance running and they helped me to finally heal it. Ashley the PT is friendly and smart, and the PT techs have good attitudes as well.

Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy after having shoulder surgery in May. Kelly is amazing! She is super friendly and very knowledgeable about what to expect during my therapy. She answered all of my questions and put me right at ease. She made me feel very comfortable and positive about what the outcome will be.

Fantastic experience: Jolene was my PT and she was absolutely amazing. She helped me recover a lot faster than I thought was possible. She is incredibly good at what she does & is very caring with her patients. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a great team of therapists! Jolene is so compassionate and caring and so knowledgeable. She is making a difficult situation bearable and giving me honest information with regards to my progress Brian and a Victor are both very welcoming and supportive and Joanna always greets me with her warm smile. Fantastic experience: I’ll give 5 out of 5 stars for Methodist McKinney Greater Therapy on Preston. They have a great team of physical therapists! I had worked mainly with Zach and sometimes with Jolene. I cannot say enough great things about my PT experience with them. They both are very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and professional. Everyone that helped me at this facility was friendly and accommodating. Joanna, who assisted with scheduling and insurance paperwork, helped me to worry less about those items and to just focus on my knee and getting stronger. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for physical therapy.
