I have attended MANY PT sessions but have never had better results than my round with Karrie. Fantastic experience: This is a great place to do your physical therapy. From the wonderful lady at the front desk greeting you to the talented and very warm and supportive physical therapists. They also have a lot of tools there to work different joints and muscle groups.

Fantastic experience: Highly highly recommend this physical therapy clinic on Plano W 15th. Karrie is the main therapist here and she is knowledgeable, experienced, and truly cares for the patients. She helped me make a near full recovery of my range of motion after bad muscle strain/tendonitis caused by medication side effect and poor work posture. The other therapists who subbed for Karrie are also great too. The staff here takes patient feedback seriously, and they also provide good advice on creating your own self-care routine after physical therapy is finished. Go nowhere else if you're looking for a place that will help you heal & recover.

Fantastic experience: I like the BSW Rehab on 15th street in Plano so much that I'm a repeat customer. My doctor suggested I go to some place over on Los Rios, and after being severely disappointed with the "we don't care" attitude of the front office, and being accused of being rude when I was out of breath and in pain, I fired them and called Jan at the 15th street location, pleading "HELP ME!" she took care of everything and got me set back up to go to them... Andrew's been helping me to walk better, and is extremely attentive and knows what he's talking about. The people at BSW 15th street are *good*, they care, they're friendly, they're competent, and the front office lady (Jan) is *amazing*.

Fantastic experience: 15th Street office staff and therapists are great! Jan replied to my initial inquiry in a timely manner, with all the paperwork and insurance information I needed before my first appointment. She greets me by name every time I walk in the door! Andrew is knowledgeable, encouraging, and caring. He explains the exercises, and why I'm doing them. He encourages questions, and somehow gets me to do a little more than I think I can. :) I would recommend BSW Rehab to anyone looking for quality PT.

Fantastic experience: I've only had two sessions but I was impressed the first visit for the friendliness of the staff. More important, you can tell they care and know what their doing. Other places I have gone for help, they tell you what you want to hear such as, I can cure vertigo. At this place they dig deeper to find out what the cause is or if something else going on.

Fantastic experience: Facility is good, the people working there is what makes it outstanding! Resolved my back issues in 6 treatments and a home regimen to follow. They listen, they care. Wish I could figure out a way to get back in :-)

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough about Baylor Rehab on 15th Street. I am now using them for a 2nd time after a total knee replacement. The staff is friendly and very professional. They are willing to work with you on your schedule to the best of their ability. Stefanie was an excellent therapist, however everyone seems very capable to help. I would highly recommend this location.
