Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend BSW Rehab-West Parker. I've had PT twice at this location for my two knee replacements in 2022 and 2023. My physical therapist for both knees was Jordan and I echo the other reviews I see about Jordan - he is outstanding. He has the perfect blend of knowledge, skills, and personality for his job. He has a positive demeanor and is great about explaining the process and the purpose of exercises. Everyone working at the clinic, from the front desk to the other physical therapists, has a positive, caring attitude.

Fantastic experience: I've been working with both Drew (Nathan) and Jordan regarding my lumbar region, post op, and they have both been amazing! Knowledgeable, helpful, great attitude/energy, and it's only been a few weeks, but I feel like I am in good hands. They have helped me get over a lot of my fear and concerns after having spine surgery. I highly recommend either of them, and the other therapists seem great as well. Their front desk is also very friendly and have been accommodating to my situation and schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had to have my left knee replaced and have to have therapy to recover. When I went to out patient therapy this is where I have been going. The care and concern for my well being has been over the top. I feel Iike I am with family there, and they ask questions and explain everything to me. When I need my other knee replaced later this year, I will be coming here again. Trisha sets up the schedule to meet your availability and is a friendly face when I walk in. Elham, Jordan and Heidi are all amazing!

Fantastic experience: My experience at physical therapy has been very good. The front desk staff is very kind and helpful and my therapist Jordan is very knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about his work. This is my second stint at this facility because I chose to go back here when another issue arose. I've been to another facility in the area which I did not have the same level quality experience at. The location is also great since it's not in a large building or part of any hospital complex.

Fantastic experience: Jordan is a great PT. He helped me a lot with my sciatica pain (L5S1) in 2 sessions only. I hope to come back after dealing with my insurance since I finally found someone who can help me!

Fantastic experience: I spent a month, attending 2 sessions per week to address sciatic pain in my right leg. Before I started I couldn’t stand longer than 30 minutes. Physiotherapist Jordan broke down why I was feeling the pain and addressed how he was going to help me relieve it and prevent it in the future. Now I have absolutely no pain and can stand, walk and run like I used to. Jordan was fantastic, he was friendly, funny and made me feel extremely welcome at every session. He is extremely knowledgeable and I recommend him to anyone who wants to feel better. I can’t thank Jordan enough. He is a superstar.

Fantastic experience: The physical therapists are focused on helping you achieve your post surgical goals. They maintain a positive attitude all the time. They even post a daily riddle on the board for you to mull over while exercising. Jordan is my favorite. He is funny, keeps me motivated, asks throughout the session if I am ok. Offers me water if I want it. He knows what he is doing and how to explain/demonstrate the exercise. Best of all, he wears those fun conversation starter socks.

Fantastic experience: Finding a physical therapist can be intimidating. I chose BSW on Parker because it was close to my home. It turned out to be the perfect place for me. I loved the interaction with Maureen, the PT, and I've had a very successful experience after 2 knee replacement surgeries. Maureen took great care getting me back to normal. She is very professional and I felt totally at ease with each session. I could not be happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: I have had physical therapy at the Parker location in Plano before and now back due to another injury. Both of the therapists I've had have been phenomenal. Would definitely recommend Marina and Mo to anyone I know.

Fantastic experience: I have had the good fortune to be in PT at BSW Rehab in Plano, Tx two times. Once after a knee replacement and, currently for a foot injury. I have found all of the staff to be helpful, professional and positive. I trust their judgement in developing a plan of care and I have benefitted from their skills as therapists. In addition, they are just great people!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the attention and serviced I received at this location was excellent. My therapist (Kayla Keckeisen) was very attentive to my injury, pain and range of motion. When we were finished I was able to have a good range of motion. She listen to my needs and did well with our exercise plan. The facility was very clean and all the personnel were very helpful. I recommend the facility very highly.

Fantastic experience: if you're having back troubles you should visit with Mirina McDonald at Baylor in Plano. she works with you and guilds you along at your speed. she goes out of her way to see you get the right excerizes for your specific problem. great help, and I'll be visiting with her again for sure. like having my own personal trainer.
