Fantastic experience: Steele is my Physical therapist. I enjoy working with him. He is thorough and knowledgeable. The facility is nice, clean and spacious. No overcrowded feeling. Everyone is pleasant. I'm starting to see some progress in my issue.

Fantastic experience: Recently I used Plano Alliance services as I experienced ongoing nerve pain three years after breast cancer. My Oncology PA referred me and I was blessed with the expertise of Sruti Manvi, Certified Oncology Therapist. Sruti was kind, patient, gentle and nailed it when she identified the problem. She explained the best tools and procedures which were easy to use at home. A month later she met with me again. I was delighted to tell her of the relief I'd already received. Since therapy can continue on my own, Sruti released me after that second visit. I am grateful and recommend the program. Seek help; it's worth the effort.

Fantastic experience: They listen to what you are needing and explain everything as to why you to do this not that (because you will hurt your injury) getting better

Fantastic experience: The speech therapist Leslie, the physical therapist Roselyn, the occupational therapist Molly are very experienced and knowledgeable, the therapies are helpful to Parkinson’s disease. I highly recommend them and BSW.

Fantastic experience: The front check-in is really nice. My first time in, they were welcoming and helpful (talking to you, Virgo!). They have been pleasant and quick to check me in every time since then. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Haley Llamas. She is a wonderful pelvic floor physical therapist. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I can't say enough good things about my experiences so far. I have Haley to thank for that. Haley, thank you for making it possible to be comfortable in a vulnerable situation. You're amazing. Pelvic floor PT isn't something I hear many people talk about, but I know there are many women like myself who suffer, but you don't have to ladies. While it's a very vulnerable thing, there's so much to gain for your health. Get rid of urgency or incontinence or that full feeling and gain back your independence from the bathroom. You will become stronger. You will strengthen your core. You may use muscles you didn't know existed, but you'll know . You'll become more in tune with your body. And it's not all sweaty with regular PT, which is nice...exercising without sweating, yes, please! In all seriousness, if you're looking to do some pelvic floor PT, Haley Llamas is really great.

Fantastic experience: Gregory AIKEN is my Physical Therapist at Baylor Alliance and is extremely knowledgeable. He has integrity, honesty and his knowledge and paitient skills are well honed. Straight forward with excellent people skills and knows his business. Would recommend him. I don't normally do these but am impressed by Baylor as I have been very Unimpressed with many of the smaller P.T. Clinics in and around Dallas. Both for their knowledge and customer service as well as their unethical financial practices. Baylor is the place to go if you are serious about your health care.

Fantastic experience: I did not think my back was ever going to feel normal again but thank God I was wrong! I went to see Brittany (Women’s Health Therapist) who took me from being unable to get in/out of bed to functioning normally and healthily once again. She was able to diagnose me in a single visit and totally healed my lower back/pelvis in just a few sessions. Ladies, please, don’t let your back hurt you for too long, know that there is a fix for everything especially with the right person. Brittany is that person!!! Thank you Brittany for all that you have done, I know you will always have my back, LOL!

Fantastic experience: R. Molina is an amazing PT. She understood my balance issues, from a mild stroke, and is putting together a program which includes: eye strengthening, quad and hip exercises, balance mat use. BSW rehab is providing the tools and education I needed to be able to get out of a chair without using my arms, steady my gait, and help lessen my dizziness! I will continue what I’m learning for the rest of my life!

Fantastic experience: Physical therapist, Roselyn Molina, it’s truly amazing! She is incredibly knowledgeable about vertigo and the different maneuvers to perform according to your diagnosis. Her professionalism, caring bedside manner and communication skills make her an outstanding physical therapist that I highly recommend for any balance issues.

Fantastic experience: Nicole Collins SLP-I is EXCELLENT. I am a professional singer and actor and after a bad cold, my voice didn't bounce back like it had in the past. Singers and voice professionals know how frightening this can be. As she is an experienced singer as well as a speech pathologist, she is able to meet me at my level of expertise and really help me by speaking my language - and she has an excellent ear. I imagine I will use what she has taught me throughout the rest of my professional career. I will recommend her to all my actor and singer friends. Highly, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Akansha was so helpful. Since my visit I have been following her recommendations and feel very encouraged about my care. Akansha was very good about answering my questions and patient education in general and seems very knowledgeable. It was my impression she sees people as individuals and is a caring person with a lot of enthusiasm for what she does.

Fantastic experience: The Physical therapist, Kristi Billingsley, has been great. She has set up my weekly/monthly workout routine for me to view and log into on my iPad.I can submit comments about my home workouts and track progress. I am so fortunate to have met her and the staff at reception at Outpatient Rehabilitation - Plano! I so look forward to working with Megan!

Fantastic experience: I admit… I was a bit skeptical about whether speech therapy was the solution for my throat issues, but working with Jean Skeffington is really working wonders. The insight, exercises and tools she has given me to practice are invaluable. The best part about this entire experience is that she makes it FUN! Visiting Baylor Scott & White Rehab for my therapy sessions over the last month has actually become a highlight of my week!! Thank you, Jean. You’re the best!!!

Fantastic experience: My Physical Therapist is Rebecca Ma. She is helping me with tendinitis in both shoulders. I have never had a person like her who has a terrific personality, excellent communication with me and is totally committed to my wellness and physical improvement. I would highly recommend Rebecca. I give her 5 Stars and she is the BEST I have ever had.

Fantastic experience: My experience with BSW Rehab for physical therapy has been excellent. The therapists have been very kind, compassionate, attentive and have shown great knowledge and expertise. My constant therapist Bailey is awesome. I actually look forward to my sessions as she never fails to make my sore shoulder feel better. I have been to several rehab facilities and none can compare in excellence.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful new facility just about a block northwest of BSW Plano Hospital. My physical therapist, Melody Coates, is tops. This is my fourth time to have therapy with her over the past four years and she is my reason for coming back, although over the four years I have seen nothing but excellent treatment from all the therapists there. I believe anyone would feel comfortable with any of them at this wonderful facility but I choose Melody!

Fantastic experience: This is Vanessa (although showing my son's email address)...Lauren Huffman is WONDERFUL! She is very personable, engaged in my well being, and extremely knowledgeable in helping me to address some of the physical challenges that I have. She chooses exercise and activities that stretch me and assist me in areas that need attention. She is caring and just a great person. I would recommend her to anyone. The entire staff makes a sometimes not enjoyable activity (therapy in general) very enjoyable and comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: I decided to choose Baylor SW Plano for my breast surgery. From the moment I was referred to this hospital, every single appointment, whether with my cancer provider (Dr. Lynn Canavan) or various Pre-OP testing and Rehab classes, everything was great. Doctors, staff, classes, very well prepared, organized, compassionate. The Rehab breast class is a must, if you are getting ready for either lumpectomy or mastectomy. Dr. Canavan did awesome to initiate this flow with all her patients! Absolutely great class, awesome staff handling the class and the whole Rehab environment excellent. The surgery at Baylor Plano again, great experience. All the nurses, OR staff, doctors 5 stars. Everyone was so nice with me and my family. Hospital very clean, cafeteria great, every wish patient has, staff is going above and beyond to get it. Great experience and totally highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Emily is outstanding! 1) she is personable and made me feel heard and supported, 2) she knows her stuff! The more we talked, the more I trusted that she had a plan in mind and I tended to get me “fixed” efficiently, safely and quickly 3) she is clear with her instructions- I know what is expected and what we want the outcome to be 4) she is patient- sometimes I’m a slow learner, and that was ok too 5) she is fun- therapy with her is not tedious, it is a process with a goal, and she makes it enjoyable.

Fantastic experience: Tara is excellent, professional and knows her job well. She knew my issues, had reviewed my MRI and is very caring. I am so happy that she is working with me and guiding me so I can get some relief and not be in so much pain. I highly recommend her and would definitely request her if I ever need more physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: Kellie is awesome. She quickly put my husband at ease. She clearly explained the purpose of each exercise and safety procedures used to prevent falls which helped my husband to do his best. She blended humor into her instruction which kept him focused and alert. Her upbeat attitude helps to get the best efforts from her clients.

The therapist was very knowledgeable and listened to me to get a better understanding of my condition and how we could work as a team to treat me in the most beneficial manner. My sessions were much more than I expected. I am glad that I chose Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation for my therapy. Sruti is my therapist and I would recommend her without hesitation!
