Dubrow Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering horribly from tailbone pain for 2 years (it felt like a nail was being driven into my tailbone every time I tried to sit) and was seriously considering having it removed, despite all of the risks of serious complications and an extremely long and painful recovery. I don't have the words to describe the pain I was in. My doctor told me about Dr. Dubrow. She adjusted my tailbone about a week ago. I had instant relief!!!!!! and I'm still doing fantastic! I am going back to have my neck and low back pain treated next! I wish I had found her 2 agonizing years ago.

Fantastic experience: I've been hobbling with frustrating walking mechanics since i could remember, after a few years with torn ligaments in my foot and pain in my hip, spine and foot, a couple months with Karen Dubrow and she'll reprogram you like a robot to walk straight with SO much relief! Healing bit by bit every day she'll knock you into place. BEST doctor I've ever had :)

Fantastic experience: After years (25+) of chiropractic and massage therapy I found Dr. Dubrow and treated with her for almost a year following an exacerbation of my conditions. The one -on-one hands on treatments, along with the precise at home exercises helped me more in less than a year than my years and years of other therapies. Now, If I'm not feeling good I can pull out my exercise sheets and get myself to feeling better. I would recommend treatment with Dr. Dubrow first and foremost over any other options you may be considering. She is highly skilled and is a life long learner so she is always up to date and remains at the top of her field.

Fantastic experience: When my teen hurt her back during a high school golf tournament I knew Dr. Dubrow was the one to see. Dubrow had skillfully helped two of my friends (one with a back and other with SI problem) and with experience as outpatient PT myself I could tell she went above and beyond others with her skills. Not all physical therapists are created equal. I was impressed with her knowledge, years of experience practicing PT, one on one care, multiple treatments/modalities options, love for research, involvement in her field, attention to detail, patient education, dedication to her profession, genuine interest in her patients, ability to customize her prescribed exercises, manual skill with her hands, and ability to overcome her own physical injuries. Dubrow's staff (Shari, Chloe, Jasmine) are all accommodating, friendly and helpful! Making and rescheduling appointments is a snap! My daughter went from painfully struggling to finish a round of golf at the beginning of the school year to leading her varsity team at district and regionals! We are so grateful for the evaluation, assessment, guidance, treatment and exercises Dubrow provided her. We look forward to seeing how the golf body screen/assessment/exercises improve her game as we implement them over the coming months. - Erin

Fantastic experience: I’ve been very happy with the treatment I’ve received. I have a pinched nerve in my back and some nerve damage in my foot. The treatment has relieved the issues with my back and my foot feels better than it has for years!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dubrow is the pinnacle of the PT world. To me she is like a hybrid Dr./PT/Scientist and has dedicated her life in this field to help people. She has provided me with knowledge and diagnosed my problems that no one else could figure out (literally 10+ Drs). Her treatment plan is specialized for YOU, instead of some cookie cutter one-sheet-treat-all, and she understands the in-depth science/evidence behind it. You receive treatment from only her as opposed to a place with 10 people where you get randoms each time. To top it off, she has an excellent attitude and is actually INTERESTED in helping you...I lost count how many Drs I saw and since I didn't fit a diagnosis checkbox I got shown the door and referred to someone else). She reminds me of Dr. House without the poor demeaner! Her office staff are also extremely friendly and responsive. Looking forward to continuing healing and can't recommend her clinic enough!

Fantastic experience: To put it lightly, Dr. Dubrow helped me walk again - from barely walking to being able to walk for miles, pain free. Before meeting her I saw countless physical therapists, tried all of their programs but nothing worked. I felt like before her I was putting a bandaid on each of my pains, not healing the problem. Karen changed that.. She is truly devoted to helping others heal by creating a custom therapy program to each of her patients. She cares immensely about her patients, understands the mind body spirit necessity by taking the time to get to know exactly what you need and all while doing so, being incredibly passionate about her career. Dr Dubrow is dedicated, uplifting and motivating every step of your healing journey. I can not recommend Dr. Dubrow enough!!!!!! 12/10 doctor

Fantastic experience: I have the utmost respect and admiration to Dr. Dubrow and her staff. She help me through to get life back. I was referred by one of the hip orthopedic MD for a physical therapy. I was so skeptical because I have been to of the physical therapy here in the Dallas Metroplex area and after each session I have more pain. But after several months of her detailed individualize plan of care with my injury I have more good days than bad one. This is best keep secret place if you need a physical therapy. She takes time to explain about the exercise and will show you why she ask you to do it. Thank you for making my life better.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dubrow is an expert in chronic pain (CRPS) and the PT solutions in helping me. What's so rare is her ability to listen to me during each visit on how I am doing, so she can create a plan of action to help ease my chronic pain. She has helped me so much in getting so much of my life back. I am forever grateful to her and her staff for their persistence, attention, dedication and care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Dubrow is amazing at physical therapy. I was in an accident where I fell and broke my knee cap and had never broken anything before so I was extremely nervous. She put me at ease and addressed all my concerns and got me to recovery quickly. She teaches you techniques that will help during your injury to help you recover and prevent further injury. She does hands on therapy along with using weights and pulleys and her team is very compassionate. Her office is extremely clean and tidy even before covid.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dubrow was very quickly able to diagnose the cause of my discomfort, and recommend exercises, stretches, and changes in technique that quickly had me on the road to recovery. I was particularly impressed how quickly the exercises formed muscle memory, and naturally transitioned to improved form in my normal activities. The knowledge, skill, and experience Dr. Dubrow has are truly impressive. It is clear she has a passion for what she does, and that Dr. Dubrow and her staff are committed to your success.

Fantastic experience: I wish I could give them 6 stars or even 10 these people are the most best people you will ever meet in your life. Not only do they help you through the pain, they become friends here. I’ve been coming here for about a year (maybe a little more I honestly don’t know) after a serious car accident no one knew what was going on and Dr.Dubrow DID NOT stop until I was at my 100%. I love everyone here. They truely are my family here. You feel so welcomed from the smile at the front door till the smile on ur way out. Ann will help you with anything (I feel bad cause she listens to my problems! Lol) but when you meet Dr.Dubrow she’s not like any “normal” doctor you’ll meet. She thinks and ruminants on things to make sure you get the best care you need. I’ll be sad when I have to go but I’ll always remember how amazing and wonderful they are here. 40/10 would recommend to ANYONE needing physical therapy ❤️ Love my girls!!

Fantastic experience: My family has seen many physical therapists over the years and has never been pleased until we found Dr. Dubrow. Her training, skills and commitment to providing exceptional care are in a class by themselves. It began with a thorough understanding of our condition that was far beyond the cursory evaluations we received in the past. For the first time, we felt we had an accurate, well-informed diagnosis - she told each of us things no one had noticed or understood before. Her subsequent treatment plan was customized to address our specific problems. She suggested exercises and did adjustments that actually make a positive impact on how we feel and function. It almost makes me angry to think of the time and money we wasted on previous treatment that was cookie cutter and ineffective. We have absolute confidence in and respect for Dr. Dubrow's expertise. We are equally impressed with her genuine interest in the well-being of her patients. She makes each person feel comfortable. It's like having a good friend take care of you! Plus Ann at the front desk is always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Dubrow. She knows her stuff, and I don't think I've ever come across a physical therapist who knows as much or has the passion that she has. Dr. Dubrow never has more than one patient at a time. Her full focus is on you for the entire session. I highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dubrow is the best physical therapist I've ever been to. She has two doctorate degrees and REALLY knows the human body and how to heal it. I've been to two other well-known and highly ranked PT offices and they don't hold a candle to the expertise and results I've received from Dr. Dubrow. In fact, one PT office gave me an entirely new injury while trying to fix my original condition. Dr. Dubrow has made great strides in reversing the injury the last place caused, as well as helping my original condition! I wish I'd known about her to begin with, hoping my review can help others get help the first time around!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dubrow is awesome! I have a repeat-ankle injury from running, and she has used multiple therapies and exercises to help me get out of the walking boot and back to walking again!! She even found back and hip issues and addressed those. She looks at everything! I plan to go back to Dr. Dubrow in the future, and highly recommend her! She's educated, experienced, caring, and thorough-and works very hard to get you all healed up!

Fantastic experience: She is the best. Everything she tells me to do to get out of pain works. You will get more from Dr. Dubrow than you would in a typical physical therapy office. I have been suffering from a L1S5 disc herniation since May. She helped me get my pain under control. Ultimately I needed surgery because my herniation was so large. I will resume therapy in another three weeks. I think she can help anyone avoid surgery if that's the goal. She really knows the body and will guide you on diet and supplements along side of exercise. I'm so glad I picked her. I even went to the surgeon Dr. Dubrow referred me to and I was told by multiple people he was the best of the best. Dr. Dubrow and her staff are seriously amazing.
