Fantastic experience: I’ve had the good fortune to meet Carolyn Sink as my physical therapist. I’ve been working with Carolyn as a follow up to my hip-replacement therapy. I’ve my sessions to be very effective, and am seeing improvements in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend Carolyn and the folks at Physical Therapy of Plano.

Positive experience: I had a wonderful experience with Chris after my Ankle break and very grateful for him and the wonderful assistants there. Unfortunately my issue is with the billing department. I have been waiting for an overpayment reimbursement for over 6 months now. I’ve called approximately once every 4-6 weeks and am always given the same excuse “let me confirm your address. The check was mailed a couple of days ago” this is getting very old and I realize I should not have been as patient as I have been.

Fantastic experience: Carolyn is the Physical Therapist and she has several student interns and a couple regular therapists that help. She's compassionate, detail oriented , and keeps an eye on everybody who is in for therapy - occasionally correcting form or adding exercises while working with others. Personally, it was a relief when she was able to pinpoint my main issue right away and start me on exercises and stretches at the first appointment. I've been going 2x a week for 3-4 weeks now and am seeing steady improvement.

Fantastic experience: I had a total knee replacement in January. My wife heard about Physical Therapy of Plano from a friend. I am so glad I decided to have my therapy here. Carolyn is incredibly knowledgeable about everything PT. She is very personable and very caring, too. Her staff of PT technicians are very well trained and conscientious. They're all very fun to work with, too. They all create a great environment in which to rehabilitate. Why go to a boring, somber place for PT? Go to PT of Plano and have a blast with your rehab!

Fantastic experience: I utilized Dry Needling. Carolyn was fantastic. She saw me almost immediately, even when when I arrived early. She explained in detail each procedure and worked to keep my discomfort to an acceptable level.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about the crew at physical therapy of planning. In reality I could but then they would get all full of themselves, but they truly deserve all five stars. First they take time answer any questions you may have. They will explain how and why your doing every exercise. They don't get mad if you're a little late, just call if you can't make it. I have several more visits coming as of the writing of this review. I am a current patient and I really look forward to going in.

Fantastic experience: I had ACL reconstruction surgery in December, and 6 months later I am playing tennis at my pre-surgery level without a brace! I definitely credit Carolyn Sink as my physical therapist for how well my recovery went. She balanced me out and held me in check when I wanted to do more than what might have been advisable, and I greatly enjoyed our rapport. I'm very thankful I could stay at the facility for as long as needed to complete all my exercises. (Full disclosure regarding my recovery timeline: I made sure to do the exercises at home, and I bought some of the rehab equipment for that purpose. I also went to cryotherapy and saw a chiropractor regularly.) Everyone I interacted with at Physical Therapy of Plano was super friendly and personable. There's usually one tech working with each patient, but the physical therapists are always watching and listening and very much on top of what's going on at all times. I was particularly impressed with the number of bilingual staff members they employed who could talk to the patients who didn't speak English as their first language. Obviously I hope I don't have to endure another major surgery, but if I do, I will be coming back to Carolyn and PToP for my rehab!

Fantastic experience: Had therapy with Caroline for about 4 months but stopped because I moved. She was very knowledgeable and did everything she could to help my pain. She also performs a technique called Dry Needling that was very helpful as well. The staff there are very nice. The facility is clean and you never have to wait long.
