I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over a decade of experience in competitive CrossFit, basketball, swimming, soccer, and triathlons. Though I specialize in working with athletes, I also have spent thousands of hours successfully treating general population impairments and pain.
Whether you are currently injured, slightly tweaked, or looking to reduce your risk of future injury, I will help make you stronger, faster, and safer.
In less than 20 minutes, he was able to figure out what my issues were and how to begin correcting them. His rehab program as been incredibly effective.
Went to Jordan at EPT after having some chronic wrist pain from weightlifting. He not only gave me a great rehab program, but also exercises to train around my wrist issues.
Dr. Eldridge is an amazing physical therapist. He evaluated my situation without causing such pan and provided an easy routine for me to get back in shape.
Jordan began his academic career at the University of California Berkeley studying Mechanical Engineering. However, after much deliberation he left the university to pursue a field with a more direct and positive impact on people’s everyday lives. A few years later Jordan earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology from California State University Sacramento. He immediately applied for the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at California State University Sacramento and was one of 32 accepted into the program. He graduated and passed his first national licensure exam with a 4.0 GPA.
In addition to his doctorate, Jordan is certified in the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, Functional Movement Screen, and Functional Mobilization 1.
He has also developed a successful physical rehabilitation phone app, Renegade Rehab, to help the average injured person for minimal cost. His app utilizes an algorithm based on clinical expertise and research to determine the best rehab approach for each user. The app then guides through each day’s rehab with videos and chat features on demand.
Jordan has spent over a decade competing in swimming, basketball, and soccer, respectively. He also has experience competing in baseball, cycling, cross country, and triathlons (sprint and olympic).
For the past decade Jordan has focused on CrossFit and qualified twice for individual Regionals. Besides spending hours meticulously training, he loves coaching the sport. From the seasoned veteran to the “it’s my first time”, he enjoys improving people’s fitness ability, confidence, and safety.
Eldridge Physical Therapy accepts private pay only. This allows extended periods of more personalized care instead of catering to the requirements of insurance agencies.
For many, the ‘free’ insurance based therapy consists of a 15 minute physical therapist check up followed by time with an aide, not a therapist. This is so the therapist can start work with another patient and earn the company more money.
At Eldridge Physical Therapy, Jordan treats you, 1 on 1, the entire time. Whether you need 30, 60, or 90 minutes to fully diagnose and resolve your issue, the time can and will be taken. During sessions, the focus is on YOU, not meeting insurance requirements.

Eldridge Physical Therapy: Reviews
Fantastic experience: I have been having chronic rhomboid pain on the right side. I tried a chiropractor, cryotherapy, and stretches to alleviate the pain, but nothing worked. Not until meeting with Jordan did the pain start to improve. He was thorough in his assessment and gave me two stretches and an exercise to do to get my body back into balance. It has been only a week and I am already feeling 10x better! Definitely would highly recommend.
Fantastic experience: Jordan has been the only PT to be able to get me back to my normal workout routine. He is an accomplished CrossFit athlete, so he is familiar with the pitfalls of overtraining and the other results from high intensity training.
Fantastic experience: Jordan is a fantastic physical therapist with a keen eye for long term care and preventative solutions. I came to Jordan for a few problems a few months ago explaining my desire to improve my physical condition through prevention. As a an avid exerciser who participates in a range of types of activities from high intensity training like CrossFit to long endurance tasks such as Spartan races and long runs, it is important to invest in preventative measures that Jordan prescribes so that I can continue to do what I love. In just a few weeks I experienced major improvement in all of my issues and cannot thank Jordan enough for his care and expertise. I highly recommend him for any athlete (all ages) and all types of activity levels as his base of knowledge extends well beyond just athletic individuals.
Fantastic experience: Jordan has helped me so much with my back pain. He gives great exercises and constantly checking in on you.
Fantastic experience: Dr. Eldridge is an amazing physical therapist. He evaluated my situation without causing much pain and provided an easy routine for me to get back in shape. He has aided me in eliminating my back pain and ham string flexibility. He has also created for me daily work outs that work around my mobility. He I constantly checking up on my progress. Highly recommend him for any pains anyone may have!
Fantastic experience: I had been struggling with a hip injury since the beginning of February. I wasn't really sure how to improve it. I decided I would take some time off from working out. When I returned to my regular routine, I recognized that the pain was still there. I finally I reached out to Jordan for a consultation. Jordan asked me a series of questions ranging from what I was doing for exercise, what type of rehab I've been doing, to the level of pain I was in. He was very methodical in his approach when assessing my injury and pain level. He went over a series of poses and stretches to perform under his supervision. In total it took him 30-45 minutes to identify the source of the injury. He prescribed me a couple stretches to perform with the understanding that he would re-evaluate me in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, I let him know that the stretches and warm up movements were allowing my hip to feel way better. He re-assessed me and and increased the movements and intensity of the warm ups he had initially prescribed me. I can honestly say that my hip feels good as new. I still till this day use his stretches and warm ups. I would highly recommend contacting Jordan. His customer service is great and is super easy to talk. He also listens to your concerns and is very patient! I'm glad I found him when I did! Thank you Jordan!
Fantastic experience: I've been training recreationally for a couple of decades and have developed a few chronic injuries in my shoulders and lower legs. As soon as I found out that Jordan opened up Eldridge Physical Therapy, I went to him with my issues and couldn't be happier with the results. He was able to assess my pain points and program exercises & stretches that remedied my years-old issues in only a few days. In less than 20 minutes, he was able to figure out what my issues were and how to begin correcting them. His rehab program has been incredibly effective. Please go find out for yourself.
Fantastic experience: Went to Jordan at EPT after having some chronic wrist pain from weightlifting. Being very athletic himself, he was really able to relate to my situation. He not only gave me a great rehab program, but also exercises to train around my wrist issues. Thanks Jordan!
