Fantastic experience: Of the ten or so physical therapy centers I’ve been to, this is the first one where I can truly feel that my pain has started to lessen and I am feeling better. Julia and Katie have been tag teaming my many referrals and are very supportive. I’m very pleased with my progress so far.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Katie Long in February 2022 for what was thought to be a stress fracture in my foot. 4 months of pain, 3 different (and incorrect) diagnoses, and 2 podiatrists later… it was actually Katie who finally developed a successful treatment plan that allowed me to return to running. Her approach was holistic in a way I had not previously encountered with other healthcare professionals. She listened to my medical and athletic history to determine the best approach to treatment instead of only looking at the point of pain. I continue to see Katie periodically to work on overall wellness and she’s helped me address lingering imbalances and weaknesses from old injuries. Long story short (no pun intended), Katie keeps my body in tip top shape! Katie’s expertise is only topped by her positive and personable attitude which makes visits to Potentia not only physically beneficial, but also a fun and happy experience overall.

Fantastic experience: I worked with Katie Long at Potentia for a couple months rehabbing a calf injury sustained while training for a race, and I couldn't recommend her more highly. She was fantastic, listened to me (far more attentive, kind, and respectful than any other medical professional I had talked to about this or other medical issues, frankly). She kept me informed each step of the way using language I could understand, patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, and most importantly, got me rehabbed and back to running faster than I could have imagined. She's also a bit of a magician with dry needling. Plus, all of the staff I interacted with (especially Michelle, who was great at getting me in for my first appointment and was super responsive and helpful) were kind and pleasant, and the office itself is a very welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Katie Long for several weeks. I’m 7 months into rehab from a SLAP repair and biceps tenodesis. Katie has been truly exceptional. I’ve accomplished as much, if not more, in the 6 weeks I’ve worked with Katie than in the 6 months I worked with a different physical therapist. You will receive highly impactful, individualistic treatment here that is evidence based using the most recent peer reviewed literature. Katie’s approach is enjoyable, incredibly effective, and tailored to each patient. I highly recommend Katie and the rest of the practice here!!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Katie at Potentia because I had a few nagging running injuries that I couldn’t sort out on my own. She spent time with me listening to all of my various ailments, did an in-depth gait analysis, and patiently explained what she thought was going on and what we could do about it. She came up with a workable plan that was totally doable, and after time my issues were resolved! Anytime I have a new issue or injury, or hear of a friend who does, I immediately refer them to Potentia. Katie listens to you, spends time with you, and genuinely enjoys the process! The whole staff at the office is friendly, and the space is very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Sherrice at Potentia for several years now. What I love most about this practice is the individualized care and attention I receive every appointment. Other physical therapy places usually have 1-2 other people during the same appointment and are splitting time. Not here! You get to know your therapist and build that foundation for a positive experience and successful treatments!
